I placed my order around march 13 and just received it April 4. I expected a long wait time to receive since coming from China. It did sit in shangerla wherever for most of the time it was being shipped. I just got my bathing suit and it fits as expected. The quality is as expected. After reading reviews like all these I wAs very scared about my product. I believe all your claims are bogus and you're all impatient on shipping! I would use this company again. Very satisfied and no I'm a regular person not paid or anything.

This company is in business to rip off people. No one answers the phone, site won't allow me to submit a ticket, got no paperwork with the product and they need to be contacted before I can return.

Well, there's a fool born every minute, and I am one of them! I should have read the reviews on this so called liligal company before my purchase. I'm doubting I will ever see the suit, and I ordered it for a trip I'm going on shortly. Tracking says it's still in Shanghai, after 2 weeks after order placed, even though the reviews from the "customers" on their website say they received their items in 2 to 4 days! Ugh... I was scammed, don't you be too! Reporting them to the BBB.

Like others who have reported their unhappy experience with a company that won't provide an easy way to return a poor quality ill-fitting product, I tried and tried, and finally got through by messaging them on Facebook. When I insisted on returning the product I was met with total silence so I contacted my credit card company and successfully challenged the charge. I provided full documentation including screenshots of my FB dialogue with the company rep.

Scam don't bother

I bought a swimsuit from their website. They never sent it! I emailed them about it and they played games with me. Playing like they don't know what i am talking about. Never got it! Never got a refund :(

The clothes are not The same as The pictures.
They do not send you an address for return.
They make it extremely difficult to send The clothes back to them and just say that it is going to be very exspensive to return. The company is fake

I also ordered from this site (several sizes from several items). They are shoddy. When I went to return found that go to china and are prohibitively expensive to send back... got an email (to which I could not reply) suggesting I keep the items and they would help me out with some compensation What a scam

Just awful

I ordered a dress from lulugal I saw advertised on Pinterest. At $27 I knew it was too good to be true, but I didn't listen to my gut. It advertised as shipped in 24 hours, after 48 my gut feeling was getting worse so I decided to look up the company. That's when I found all of the horrible reviews. Fast forward a month, I finally get my dress. It's nothing like what was pictured. The color is 10 shades of awful, bright orange, not the dusty red on the website. While it does fit (I was extremely worried it wouldn't) the shape of it is nothing like what I thought I was getting. The stitching is god awful too, my 3 year old could have done a better job wearing a blindfold. Also, sometime while waiting for my order lulugal changed their name to liligal. Huge red flag. Hearing all the stories about how difficult it is to return your items, I'm just going to keep it and cut the $27 as a loss. The fabric is ok, maybe I can use my sewing machine and limited sewing skills to make it into something more acceptable, it will probably turn out better honestly. I'm hoping someone else reads this before they're conned into wasting their money. Seriously, don't even bother. If I could give the company a 0 I would, but 1 is the lowest rating available.

BEWARE!

Sizing is small and the company is in China - nothing on their site says that items will have to be returned (with signed for postage) to China. I stupidly spent nearly £200 (wished I'd looked at reviews first) to find nothing fitted despite ordering larger than usual. The only way to get more than the £50 suggested refund is to return the items to China - cost £90. Even with the help of PayPal, this was the only way to get money refunded. I am still waiting for the refund with baited breath!

Terrible!

I wanted to sent 2 of my 3 items back as I didn't like them. Impossible to find how to do this, a "ticket" has to be raised. Staff don't get beck to you and when they do their email says not to reply as it's automatic. Eventually told to sell my items or give them to charity as it is expensive to send returns back to China

Crazy cheap but after ordering "Medium sizes" (that was the size Small, Medium or Large & I'm 10-12) size 8-10s arrived - I couldn't get them over my head!
AND... you have to pay Registered Postage to China (BTW they weren't SENT Registered) on any returns which would cost more what they cost!
I'm giving everything away and I won't be back!

Excellent service

I recently ordered some clothes and then I became ill and could not pick them up. Then I called the optical dept and asked it they could mail them to me well they arranged for an employee in another dept to deliver them to me on her way home. Two hours after my call I had my clothes. I was just astounded with the service. Thank you Rotita

Utter rubbish!

I have never seen such terrible quality clothes! This might be acceptable in China but certainly not what one expects from clothing sold in the U. K.

Order arrived quite quickly from a return address outside London, I returned the goods immediately, fortunately I sent them back by Royal Mail "signed for" so they have stopped disputing that but now they offer to refund a fraction of what I paid.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I am so ashamed at having been duped.

Bad, bad, bad. How can they be allowed to keep trading?
