I ordered a swimsuit 3 weeks ago for my upcoming cruise. I was told it would ship immediately. I received a shipping confirmation two days later saying it had shipped but that was a lie because now, three weeks later I find out that my suit hasn't even left China yet so I don't even have a chance to wear it on the cruise. I will never order from them again and you shouldn't either. They also don't answer emails because I'm sure all of them are complaints just like mine

I ordered 2 bathing suits on March 2017, I have no way to track my order, plus I tried to call you and there is no service. I talked with someone on live chat before I ordered and she promised this was a good site, I was very skeptical about ordering,, now I am asking where is my order.

Sent wrong product also swimsuit had no bottom. The shirt I ordered was XXL, it wouldn't fit a size 8, never mind you had to have arms the size of a twig to even put it on. And as mentioned they only refund 60% after paying for postage to China. Oh &n it took a month to arrive

I wished I had seen these reviews before I purchased my item there is no address to return items I have tried to return this item by submitting a ticket for them to contact nothing has been done. I am now reporting them to eBay they should not be advertising on eBay. Do Not Touch This Company

This company doesn't seem to honor returns! Take my word for that!. I wanted to exchange a size. I paid to return merchandise to them, and I paid for shipping to get my merchandise back from them, (big mistake on my part). They have no intention of sending me my stuff (I have proof of all my actions every step of the way). It was a waste of my time and money. I had so much aggregation.

The sizing of the dress I ordered is way beyond too small. The style is different than the picture, the material and workmanship is shoddy. The different parts of the dress are not the same color. The company will only refund 60% of the purchase price, and you have to pay the return postage to CHINA! Do not do business with these people.

They do not respond to emails when you have questions, I did not receive a confirmation email, and when my products finally arrived the sizes were inaccurate & they smelled so bad I had to put the bags & clothing in the garage. And even though it says returns in 30 days that is false. Read the small print below. Unless the product is defective ( and then they want to you to send them 3 pictures) they will only give you 60% of the purchase price once you mail it back to China at your cost.
This company even recently changed its name. From Lulugal to liligal.
I am warning everyone this company is a scam...

The dress I ordered was cheap looking, inferior fabric, and did not look at all like the one in the photo online. I should have looked at reviews before I ordered. And trying to get a refund or send it back is a joke! No address, no way to contact them except by calling CHINA! This is a royal rip off... and a gross misrepresentation!

This company is a scam. Their clothing looks nothing like the pictures they post online. Neither is the quality anywhere near as described. The dresses that I ordered were supposed to be cotton but turned out to be a cheap synthetic material and instead of being the same colour all over, they arrived as a two tone outfit. Their customer service is non existent. Their refund policy is a TOTAL SHAM - they do not refund. SO BUYER BEWARE>

The clothing is made of extremely poor quality fabric. Before thinking you can return items, read the returns policy carefully. 1st, they don't provide a return address - you have to ask for it by email. 2nd, they say they will credit your 'account' - meaning you have to EXCHANGE the merchandise for something else. 3rd, if you insist on returning it you pay postage and they ONLY REFUND 60% of the price. Their invoice numbers don't work for tracking or complaints.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering a sweater. What arrived was of poor quality, did not fit properly and did not look anything like the photo of the advertised goods. I ordered from them (first and last time) because the site advertises easy returns. Return was anything but easy! After many attempts the company refused to provide a return address. They eventually offered 20% on the original cost which I refused. I complained to Paypal who returned my money and I have thrown the item in the garbage.
STAY AWAY.

This company is a rip off! Dishonest. They will quickly take your money and maybe send you terrible quality clothing, possibility you may never receive anything at all. Which is what happened to me. You start off ordering from lulugal, which changes to liligal afterwards. They are always "processing your order", My daughter and I learned the hard way. Hoping you receive this message before you make the same mistake.

I ordered some nice looking items. First off they took longer than usual to get here. When they arrived they were very cheap looking and on the small side. I have tried to contact them by email, live chat and phone and cannot get through. The web site does not accept my order number, so I cannot contact them that way. The phone just rings and rings and then goes to a busy signal. I want to return the items, but am blocked by them. This is terrible customer service, bordering on scamming. I would never order like this again. I was taken in by the Lulu name, which they are apparently now blocked from using. I should have looked at the reviews.

I am embarrassed that I ordered from this "company" and trusted their legitimacy. One item too large and other the poorest quality imaginable! They sent me a dress, it had 3 stains on it an frayed sleeves. It was very poor quality. When I asked them for a refund they would only refund 60% and expected me to pay for it to be returned. Disgusted with this website. I am now out of pocket!

Do not order from this company - they send faulty goods not as advertised. They state that it is free delivery however when you want to return the FAULTY goods they only offer 60% back!
