What a disappoment. I threw the stuff away. Cause I couldn't send it back to China. Be aware no customer service!

Poor Quality, bad sizing, bad customer service falsely state they have 30 day easy return policy but don't give you geographical address when you want to return an item,
Phoney Chinese company that pretends to be European by pricing in Euro\s and US dollars.

This is a reliable place to shop for stylish clothes at discounted prices. I have shopped here on many occasions, and I have always been happy with the items and customer service.

I love the T-shirt, the material is good quality, small knit, has stretch, but does not get all stretched out like some of my other tee's. So you can wear it more than once without washing & it still looks great.

Trying to return several items & am running into same problem as I have now seen from so many others. Unable to put my order number in in order to get return authorization. Phone number given no one answers. Totally frustrated with this company!

I really wanted to place an order but read the reviews of your site and I got very scared because they are saying awful things about you and you didn't even try to answer by apologizing to your customers and try to fix the problems... that says a lot about the kind of business you run and your character!(

A company with no regard for customer service. Delivery cycle not indicated when clothing was ordered. "We will send out products in 1-4 working days" is totally misleading.
Still waiting despite my credit card being charged.

I placed an order on March 30. I have nothing yet. I have contacted Rotita three times in the last three days. No response. BBB here I come!

My shipment took 3 weeks to arrive, no notice until I started hounding them. Sometimes I wear a medium, rarely a Large top. I ordered a large from them, and it fits like an extra small. NO shipping return slip came with my order. I have tried 2 times to contact them for return info, with no word back. I will never order from this site again.

PayPal is a joke when it comes to getting help for anything shipped out of other countries. I got NO help at all. And the item took over a month and then their version of a 3x is like a small
