PayPal is a joke when it comes to getting help for anything shipped out of other countries. I got NO help at all. And the item took over a month and then their version of a 3x is like a small
Never received anything from the seller in email in regards to an order number or tracking information. After a couple weeks I opened a case with Paypal. The seller sent the information thru Paypal case. The package had been shipped, made it to US, cleared customs, and had left the local distribution center. After weeks of the status not changing and the USPS not able to track\find the package I requested the seller to either resend or refund. They continued to tell me to wait. Indicating it would take longer or the product was back logged. It was all a stalling tactic to keep me from escalating with PayPal. I suppose we'll see if Paypal will honor the protection plan and maybe stop doing business with this company.
I purchased a top which was not true to size... sleeves were too small. To return anything, you have to create a return ticket which I tried numerous times to no avail. Says my order # was not right (pasted/copied it straight from my PayPal account). So I put that exact order # in their shipping tracking page and it recognized it... funny huh? So wished I would have seen this site before ordering from them. I am so disappointed as the price of their clothing is not cheap and basically flushed that money spent down the toilet. Learned a valuable lesson. 0 stars for sure!
Cardigan was not reversible as advertised. The quality and the making of garment was way below acceptable standard. It looked nothing like what was advertised.
Not the same fabric. Not the same colour. The joins in the piping which edged the garment were not sewn. Threads and cotton loosely hanging from garment needed to be cut and removed. Your company is fraudulent and a con! Waste of money.

Ordered three different pieces. Quality is so poor, not at all what the picture looked like, I wouldn't wear it to slop in the mud. After a week of emailing back and forth, I went to send two back only to find out it would cost almost $100, I didn't pay that much for them. They insist on a 'tracking number' which is double the postage. Never order from this company!

I ordered a very nice looking dress, and it arrived 4 weeks later, way too small, and made of what looked like mixed scraps of fabric... the colors didn't even go together. So of course I wanted to return it. No invoice in the bag. Went through Paypal to try to get some help. Liligal sent back a message trying to make me keep it for a partial refund, and also tried to dissuade me by saying it would be expensive for me to return, and would take a very long time. Still no return address offered. This is a SCAM company out of Shanghai China.
I hope PayPal honors its buyer protection claims.

Match the pictures. Kind customer service.It is exactly as is in photo except the length. It goes to right above the ankle which is fine. Still a really cute dress. The skirt is a little cheaper material but not too bad! I definitely recommend this dress!
Yes. I ordered clothes from them in a 3X. I am normally a 1X. I thought perhaps they'd be a little smaller. 3X is like a large. They have NO idea of sizing in America. They should not be selling clothes in America until they understand the sizing.

I received the items I ordered about two months after placing the order. They were not as described and didn't fit. There was no record on the website of my order and I can't seem to figure out how to do a return. It keeps looping in circles. Truly trashy quality and impossible customer service.
DONT trust this website. The sizes are completely different. When you order a L it is really a small. I have contacted only through the emails and they are so stupid (or they are just pretending to be) i have shipped back my order to them and they are claiming that they "still" have not received it. It has been over 6 month. I also emailed them a tracking number and so many emails that i have just given up. I hope they go bankrupted and have all of the clothes burn.
