I placed an order on May 8th and it was received yesterday May 17th. I got my bathing suit and i just love it! After i placed my order i checked the reviews of the company and I got so scared but I pray for the best as always and definitely nothing to regret at all! All I can say is, at least the swimsuits are the perfect size and a great fabric. I am very please with my purchase!
I thought it was odd that I haven't received shipping information... it has been close to 2 weeks yet they took the money out of my account instantly. I purchased a few swim suits from different sites online in hopes I'd find one I loved and return the others. The only reason I purchased this suit is because the website said "easy returns". From reading the reviews it seems this will not be the case and I do not have high hopes for it. I have already called two different phone numbers from their customer service with no response and one was even a busy tone. Thank god I only spent $30.00, but still, I'd love to see some customer service!
I wish there was a zero star because they are horrible. I ordered two items on March 26th. Because they are coming from China, I received my items on May 17th. When I received the items I did not like either of them because the quality was really cheap. My jumpsuit felt like paper. I will not order from them again.

I ordered a swim suit. Paid for it. Then got a email that they were out of stock and won't be getting it in. I have received a credit to purchase another. Now, it will not let me log in. Says Access denied. Really? You advertised a swimsuit for sale, now you don't have it and I can't get my money or get another suit. SCAM!
The sizes are very inaccurate! The XL Dresses I ordered fit my daughter whose regular size is Medium also receiving the order was longer than expected.
Customer service is not available for you. If you have to returned a item, there's no one to talk to. Their website doesn't work to well. The clothes is cheap material like something to would get in a costume store. It takes weeks for you to received your items.

Waiting and waiting. Filled out a "ticket" to inquire about my order. A few days later I tried to check again. Entered my order# several times and it wouldn't go through. They took my $$ out of my account right away. I should have read the reviews! Never again!

I was pretty worried about not getting my package or not liking my bathing suit after reading so many bad reviews, but it fits well and it is cute. It's kind of cheap fabric, and I probably wouldn't order from the site again.
I have been trying to find out how to return merchandise. No reply... no one answers the phone number provided on ad. The sizes are not true. Much smaller. Pictures on ad do not represent the true product. Misleading. Very unhappy customer.
Ordered two items a day apart. The first item ordered on April 8 in the amount of $33.88 was received. Ordered second item April 9 in the amount of $35.84 not received! I want my money back in the amount of $35.84.
I am writing this review because unfortunately I purchased some items from them before I looked at their reviews. Oh how sorry I am. I recently purchased three items, after what seemed an age they arrived. They were absolutely disgusting and one was two sizes to big and one too tight. There was no returns address in the package. I then had to go online and try and get the returns address. This is the most difficult process I have ever encountered. Over the course of two weeks they came up with the most ridiculous reasons for not wanting to give me a returns address. The last one saying that due to the expense of returning the items, why didn't I just give them away to charity and they would give me 15% discount off of another order placed with them! I presevered and eventually was given an address in china. It cost me £18.60 to return the goods. Then over the course of the next couple of weeks they kept denying ever receiving the goods, denying being able to find my order number and generally the emails kept just saying the same things, asking me to send proof which I kept doing. So I contacted paypal as I had bought the items through them. Initially Rotita offered paypal a £23 refund. The goods I bought and returned cost me £73.99 so why would I accept this. Even paypal could understand that. So I refused and thankfully after nearly two months I have received my refund in full. Unfortunately I have lost the £18.60 postage plus a lot of time spent in emails.

The only valuable thing this has taught me I will never buy anything from a company I don't know without reading the reviews. Please take heed. Also go back to your credit card provider or paypal and ask them to intervene. They will help you.
Photos are not representative of products. Long delays in shipping because its coming from China. The quality of the fabric is very poor. Sizes are not true, they run extremely small.
This company is out of China. There is really NO return policy; because you have to send it back to China. The shipping would cost more than the purchased item.
To be honest, before I received my package, I have never believed that I can buy such good and comfortable clothes online. To my great surprise, I loved the material and quality for the price! Highly recommended!
After contacting this company through PayPal about my order (from April 24th) and having not had any further shipping information, I did receive an answer from them on May 18th stating; " ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 11:34 am on May 17,2017. Surprisingly enough my package arrived today.
No. 1 They are apparently a legitimate company
No. 2 It may take about a month for your package to arrive (as in my case)
My blouse, an XL is too small and the material was a bit disappointing. I will keep it and put it for sale in my next garage sale and recover some of the cost of the item
Purchase from Liligal at your own discretion. Be prepared to wait. There are "state-wide sites to buy from to avoid this confusion. All in all. It comes down to looking before you buy..

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
