I ordered two bathing suits in April. Delivered in May, not bad. Unfortunately, one of them wasn't what I had ordered. I am now trying to return the wrong one. Since May 9th, I have been in contact with the company by email about 18 times and we are going in circles. They don't want to cover shipping costs, if I return the item, or they want to give me back only 50% of the cost, if I don't. Since it was their mistake, I am not accepting these conditions. So far, nothing I wrote has made an impact. I am afraid they might want to play this game until the 30 days have run out and then say that it is too late to send back.

I will never again buy from this company. Their business procedures are not what you are used to with American based companies. Stay away from Liligal! If there is any problem, you won't get satisfaction!

I ordered a dress from this liligal for my pregnancy pictures paid for the fast shipping and my package is still not here over 10 days later. When tracking my package my order didn't update for 3 days the time frame my phone was supposed to delivered. When I called the customer service number I was only told they could tell me my package was in the US. But no accurate location. I will never order from them again.

I have spent the last 2 hours on their website trying to find out where to return their crappy merchandise. They ask for an order number and I have none. All I have is 5 pieces of clothing that are not sized correctly, very poor quality, drop shipped directly from China with no recourse to get my $195 USD back. I paid with my debit card which was converted to their PayPal site, so I have no way to reverse this charge. Everyone out there... run the other way from ordering on this site.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROTITA! Poor, poor quality. Fabric so cheap, until it made me itch. I have never seen such poor quality in my life. Package came from China. Appears to be sweat shop. Rating should be 0!

I placed an order for a dress, had issues with the shipping time, reps got back to me in a timely manner and made things right. I would order again from this site. Given that it's coming from China, don't expect the shipping to be short, also the tracking info will give you more headaches than good news, HOWEVER, if you go by the estimated shipping arrival date they give you when you place order, and use the tracking only in case something goes wrong, you will be a happier camper. Dress was really cute, I thought it was well made especially for the price. I would order big, things tend to run small.

I ordered two bath suits, never received for order status/shipping tracking. On the website said US EST time and phone, however, I called *******997 when I called they said this is not company LiliGal.com and this is 3level communicate which is from China not from US Alabama so, I called to my credit card to report/disputed this. This is Scam! My first-time order and never ever order this!

I ordered a topmthat was way too small even though I ordered a size larger than what I normally wear. Trying to return but can't get any response when I attempt to submit a ticket which is what they require to approve your return request. Can't call as company is in China. I'm just out the money but you can learn from my mistake.

Stay far far away!

I have ordered from places before that I got stung on and realized the merchandise was from China and ran small. I looked at this website carefully and it showed a USA address. I ordered a swim suit on 4/22 and I still do not have it! They tell me it is held up in customs! I ended up contacting my credit card company. I paid for it and have no product from over a month ago.

This company was formerly known as LuLu Gal. They are in China. Fabric quality is poor, sizing in inconsistent and returns and exchanges are impossible. Don't waste your time and money here. I had to dispute this with my credit card company, sent the return registered mail and it never arrived. Buy beware big time

It seems the Chinese have found our price point. All three of these businesses, and I am sure many more, need to be avoided. One clue, low prices. Second clue, no address on website. Third, unrounded numbers.

They make it impossible to get a refund. I didn't realize the company was based in China. I paid $37 for postage return. They said they applied a refund and to wait 3 days to see it. No refund has been applied. Now they offered less than half the amount for refund, it won't even cover the postage!

I ordered some swimsuits. They never sent me an order confirmation. After waiting a long time, I decided to contact them for the shipping status. Their phone # is incorrect on their site. No email was given either. So I placed a dispute through PayPal since I used them in this transaction. They got in touch with me through that and I finally received my order. However, one of the suits I ordered was too small. It was extremely small and yet my other suits fit fine in the same size. Huh? I contacted them through an email they gave me and they have offered me 40% off my next purchase to replace the wrong size suit. When they finally sent me the info for that it equaled $4.30. Huh? It takes a full day for them to respond to anything because they are 12 hrs ahead of me (China). I am still trying to resolve this matter. Using this company was a huge mistake! Never again will I order from anyone that I've never heard of without doing my homework first. If they were here in the states, I would contact the BBB and put an end to them!

Have tried to contact Rotita to return damaged coat... received with spots all over it. They require an order number - no order number given... never received one in order confirmation or in package. Has link to "Forgot order number" - nothing comes up. So I submitted question in new order question area on site. No answer. Paid with PayPal, so out of luck. All I have is PayPals Transaction number.

Several weeks later, despite sending numerous messages & photographs of the faulty & wrong size tops, nothing has been done. I've received identical requests & replies off several people. They don't supply return labels, & it's very expensive to return them to China! From what l received, Rotita's items don't necessarily match their published photographs, it would appear that they rely on people giving up! Think twice before purchasing anything from Rotita.

Dreadful non existent customer service! After checking the sizes on their website, l ordered 3 tops in XXL, 2 are the wrong size & far too small & measure only 40 inches across the chest! The 3rd item is the correct size but has a black mark on the back. I've sent Rotita various messages & 2 lots of photographs showing the tops with a tape measure across the front to show the exact size, & the black mark on the back. I've also sent a message via Messenger. Two weeks later nothing has been done, they haven't supplied any return details! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company!

Did anybody figure out how to get around the 'access denied'? The blouses I ordered were too small and it was too expensive to return so the gave me a credit which I can't access since all I get is that my access is denied. It doesn't make sense since I was going to place another order.

I ordered a swim suit for an upcoming vacation, but with the processing and delivery time, I knew I wouldn't get it in time. I also decided to look at reviews after ordering for some reason, and got nervous. I asked for a refund, and they emailed me almost immediately that it would take up to 30 days, but after two days, I received a full refund. I was very relieved!
