Well after a couple of months it's finally sorted Rotita have now come to a satisfactory settlement. It took a while but as with most things you need to keep fighting.

I placed an order on April 17. It supposedly shipped on May 8. It's now June 1 and I still don't have my order. Rotita received and cashed my payment back in April. It was over $100 wasted. Stay away from ordering from this scam company.

I have not received my swimsuit, nor received a shipping confirmation email. My card was charged though the same day I made the order. May 26,2017.
Ordered 2 of the same bathing suits because I never received an email order confirmation for the 1st. So thinking my order did not go through, I re-ordered. The same day I re-ordered, both transactions were removed from my bank account. Both suits do not look like to pictures. I have been trying to return both but am so frustrated with no reply, no phone number (even though there is one listed, it is no longer in service). I have tried to Live Chat... nothing! I have submitted 2:"tickets" to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization number)... nothing! The only way to submit a ticket is to hit the close button otherwise the site just takes you around in circles! What company does not include a return form in their orders?! I have resigned to the fact that I am out the $50 plus dollars and 2 bathing suits that I can not wear. I will never order from this site again and will probably not do much ordering on line again after this horribly frustrating experience.
After waiting for what seems an eternity, the swimsuit came today. Looks good - no loose seams, holes, etc. I am now a happy camper.
I ordered two bathing suits and sent them back the next day -signature required per their instructions. Someone signed and accepted it and I still have not received a refund. I am disputing this with Paypal and my CC company. Lilligal has responded only once on Paypal to my reply and there is no direct phone number to call.

Once I ordered, no tracking information was made available. I finally received my dress over a month later. The dress did not come in the measurements listed on the site in which I ordered. The make is extremely poor quality. It also smells horrible. I should have done more research and read reviews of this company. Seeing what trouble it takes to return and get refunded, I've decided to consider this a loss and a lesson learned.
I saw a swimsuit, thought the website looked a bit off, no listing on Yelp, googled it, found one bad review. No thanks.

Still waiting for an order from over a month ago. They keep saying in 7 to 15 days, well now it another 20 days per their customer service, by the time I get my swimsuits fall will be here. Did not know it comes from China via who knows how! Now they say if it's longer than 20 more days they will give me 50 percent off or I can return them for a refund after they are received. Really?

I orders items on May 12. Never got any sort of "tracking" email or "we are working to ship your order". I became very suspicious and found all of these other horrible reviews. I tried to contact customer service (haha! What a joke!) and it was some odd "submit a ticket" crap. I did this at least 5 times. I tried calling... another joke! So, I submitted a dispute on PayPal. FINALLY got a response. They said my order was a "hot sale" and they promise to ship it out tomorrow. Whatever. I just want my $ back!
I am so glad I read the reviews before making any purchases. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt by calling the company. I had a hard time getting through and could never reach anyone what so ever. Yes, their clothes look nice and I was looking forward on spending a good amount of money but this company have too many red flags to even trust them with even a $1. Yet another bad experience from these retailers based out of China. Should have known better. I ordered 3 pieces and only one piece I will wear. I ordered a jumpsuit for my friend's wedding and it looked so cheap! Poor quality! I also ordered this summer top and same thing, poor quality and cheap! The bottom of the shirt looks like someone just took a pair of scissors and tried to cut neatly without hemming it. TACKY! Now, I've been trying to "submit a ticket" for over a week to return the items, which they claim is easy. THIS IS A LIE! Every time I submit my order number I get a message in red stating the information is not correct. Then they ask you to upload photos? I tried to contact a rep through the "instant chat" which is also a joke. There is no one every available. You must send an email, which I did, and they responded back, "We can not respond to this email, please submit a ticket for your request". They never respond! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I ordered a bathing suit two weeks ago and still haven't received it. No way to call them. Tracking just shows label created.
I ordered a swimming suit on April 28 and they duplicated the order online. I contacted customer service through the Liligal web site and they canceled the duplicated order (you cannot do it manually, you have to send an online "ticket"). Since I had not paid for the duplicated order, they canceled it right away. Then I waited patiently for the other order until three weeks went by since receiving the message that it had been shipped (from Shanghai, China, no less). The tracking number through USPS shows the package "processing" since May 2nd and not having left the facility yet. I sent a new ticket to inquire and received the following message: "we have asked the shipping apartment for u and they told me at the Apr, the customs is so strict with every package. So many packages have been delay in the airport, and this delay the shipping, could you wait more days to get the order?" My next step is to request a refund and dispute the charge through Paypal. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from Liligal.
Loose seams, cheap cotton ribbing... unfinished, cotton ribbing and flannel not sized together so it bulges in places. Looked like first effort of a six-year old. Rotita makes money on photos that don't match product and FIRST-TIME BUYERS. Don't get taken!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
