Fraud

They keep your money, and will not send the product you bought. I bought my product last month, and they tell you it will be 6-10 business days but you never get the product. Then when you submit a ticket, they do not fully respond. They say, "Unpaid," but they have taken your money proven by your bank statement.

I ordered 4 items costing over $120 in April and still haven't received it.
Um finding it impossible to reach anyone to resolve the issue.

I ordered a nice top and it took three months to get here. The top is nice and fits right but it just took too long and the event I was going to wear it for had already passed. I did email them two months in and they said to wait for another 1 to 2 weeks. I waited for 4 weeks and then I messaged through PayPal. They told me my item was a hot item but they shipped it within a couple of days of me ordering it. They asked me to close the ticket but I didn't, within two weeks I received my order.

I agree with previous review, not enough fabric to flow like picture. Models must be 7 ft tall, extremely long. Ordered 2 sizes larger and it just fits.

I ordered three tops from Liligal and when they arrived, was very disappointed. Sizing is wrong and poor quality. There was absolutely no paperwork with merchandise so it was obvious that the company did not support returns. When I pushed the issue, and was given instructions by PayPal, I followed them only to have Liligal say they did not receive the return. Of course they did not acknowledge the return as they didn't want to return my money in the first place. PayPal was of no help. I will never order online or use PayPal in the future as they continue to support a disreputable company, and offer little/non help. I'm now out the money for the merchandise, as well as the cost for the return shipping. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.

I ordered my mother some clothing from here on 5/14/17 paid for expedite shipping and Let me tell you guys it is now 6/3/17 (Her Birthday) and the clothes never came! Submitted a ticket of course and it said something about a PayPal account and I paid with my wells Fargo card not PayPal.! So now they have my money and I still have no clothes for my mother on her birthday.

I ordered two items. One sheer blouse arrived with greasy marks on the elbows - looked like someone had worn it. The other, an open cardigan/jacket was so badly made, cut crookedly and puckering along the front edges that it is unwearable. Was offered that I could return them but expensive to do so. Was then offered a 40% refund, which I accepted but have one item that can only be thrown away and the other which after two washes is a bit cleaner.

What a ripoff!

Received the wrong item. When I tried to return it the shipping cost to do so was so expensive (to China) that it wasn't practical. Rotita seemed to understand exactly the issue and was frankly unconcerned. Essentially simply a ripoff. I'll never shop from them again.

Buyer beware... I should have known better than to order from this company without researching it but the prices seemed fair and their advertising is slick. I ordered 4 items in my normal U.S. Standard size and not one thing fit. Each item is approximately FIVE sizes too small!

I wished I would of read the reviews before I bought online! Please Do not order from this company... Quality is honestly crap! I have bought better quality from Walmart seriously! Size is not true to size. Picture of item doesn't even look any where near what it shows... Very Disappointed...
