"You can find some something you like here, I being a faithful customer of Rotita for more than 3 years, Clothes are perfect fit for me and my age! One of my faves for fashion. Great prices; great quality! Is consistent on quality and fit. I find it hard to buy clothes online but Rotita is great for petite sizes that might be a little curvy as well."

I love Rotita clothing. It's quality and online shopping is way more productive than in-store shopping here in Little Rock, AR. For petites. They simply don't have enough to my liking. They've even told me to go online for a better selection of petites.The store is nice, and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Love online best. Good sales.

They charged my card before it ever shipped. Then, it said it shipped but the item had not left the facility. So, I sent a message and lo and behold, it finally shipped from the facility. I believe they were going to take my money and not ship the item. Also, after I got on them about shipping the item, it stated that it would arrive by a certain date, and of course, it did not. I did not realize also they are shipping from overseas (dumb me). Buyer beware. I am trying to get a prepaid shipping label to send the item back and get a full refund. I'll update, if that ever happens.

BEWARE shoppers: the online women's clothing shop LILIGAL is the new name for what used to be LULUGAL. Please read the hundreds of negative reviews for Lulugal before you buy from Liligal! This is a China based operation that posts false reviews and sells undersized, junky clothing. When you try to return it they offer you credit toward more clothing. If you insist on returning they tell you that you will have to send it to China on your own dollar and only get a fraction of your money back! Don't fall for the cute pics, this company is a scam and should be put out of business!

Got 2 swim suits that were suppose to be plus sized the both came in as size 8 s and when i tried to return them all i got was a big runaround no packing slip no return labels nothing but products that were awful and cheaply made and the wrong size
Don't try to call either theres no place to call
I threw them in the garbage where they belonged

I ordered two dresses from them, which looked totally different when I received them. Not to mention the size (chart) that they offered is way off. I paid them on PayPal and have officially filed a claim with them and have been communicating, but to no avail. They had me send the dresses to an address in Hyattsville, MD to a Dingchang Deng, and it was not accepted, and is being returned to me after spending $15+ on Fed Ex. They are BS and still owe me $70.91. A scam for sure.

Ordered a dress and a blouse. The dress was ordered in a size XXL - it came in a size that would fit a child - the sizing is NOT american sizes. Tried to find out how to return the items. When I logged on and was attempting to create a "ticket" to return the item I was logged out and when I went back to the site it gives me an "access forbidden" I cannot even get to the site to find an address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There are more reputable places to order from! I have definitely learned my lesson!

This is crazy! These blouses and swim suit are for people with NO bust. The swimsuit I order was too large but the top was like a pastie didn't even attempt to cover anything. I am having a difficult time returning them. Totally a rip off.

I ordered two bathing suits. If I hadn't paid via paypal I would've received NO receipt! After 3 weeks i recd no email and no product. Inquired via paypal and they provided tracking #. I finally recd one bathing suit. Inquired twice about the second one and recd no response after a month, escalated to paypal. Cute bathing suits, good prices - but order at your own risk...

Scammers

Ordered 2 tops unable to send 1 back which was not even the same top I ordered was charged double for my order and is impossible to get to speak or contact anyone. This is clearly just a dishonest money making scam cheap (or so they advertise) flimsy products... please think twice before throwing your money away to these scammers!

The worst

I bought two items asking about returning them both they emailed me back saying I need the sku # or I can keep the two items at they would refund 40% well if it doesn't fit that still doesn't work, I wear a size 4-6 dress and the sleeves were very tight. I could exchange the items but I would have to re buy the items first then they wod refund the money with that being said it's way to much drama and they still have't sent me the address to return the items... I sent back and email with info. And now no response... That was wasted money but Im glad I didn't re buy the items SMH

Update the company sent me the return address. I will rerurn the item but won't re buy UNTIL I get my rerund to make sure they do as they say on my refund.

My boyfriend ordered me a coat that I fell in love with from this company. I told him my size according their chart. When the coat came in it was several sizes to small for me. He tried getting an address and return information to exchange the coat and got nothing but a run around. I tried the to get information to exchange the coat and could not get anyone to send me the information needed to exchange the coat. This coat was purchased at a sale price. They wanted us to purchase another coat at full price minus 10% off which was still much more than the original sale price. Their excuse was that it would be expensive to ship the coat back them. I am now stuck with a coat that I cannot wear, exchange or return. I do not recommend this company to anyone or their products. They are only concerned about getting money and not serving their customers. If I could have given them a negative score, I would have!

I thought I finally found a conservative bathing suit. I happily ordered because it looked legit. I received an email receipt and a complaint number if needed. I waited and no product. I looked for a number to call; none to be found. I tried online chat but it lead me to a dead end. The order ID that they gave me in the email doesn't work. They scammed me!

I ordered 3 tops and although I ordered them in my usual size they were all majorly too small. The returns process is not clear and although I have sent them a 'ticket' I apparently have to return them at my own cost and where is the returns address?

Rotita but please review your quality assurance because your garment was unwearable. I will remove the review as requested when people see that they can get there money back if they persist without returning the item... what a waste if money and time when you could have sent a descent item in the first place.
I am sorry I feel people should know their rights in the UK..

Don't buy this rubbish, having a battle to get my money back. They want me to pay for returning a faulty unwearable jacket that is shabby... customer service us so bad. Even PayPal protection does not protect against not returning your item. Never use the s site made in China rubbish..

I purchased a cardigan size large, UK 12 when it arrived it was too large.
I got in touch to find out how to return as there was no address, I saw so many bad reviews about the company I was worried that they would not get in touch with me, but they did, I went to the post office to send the item back but it would have cost me
£15.00 half of what it cost! Liligal messaged me to ask if I had sent it back, I explained what it would cost me, so they have refunded half of the money and I can keep the item. I shall see about getting it made smaller. Excellent customer service.
So I would recommend this company by my experience. Gwen Katchis
