My husband ordered me a bathing suit as a surprise. I had warned him not to buy any apparel from China, but he was duped by the website's Canadian address. It took about 3 weeks to arrive and, of course, it was from China. A size XL, it might fit my size 2 daughter-in-law, but even then, the bust is probably still too small. I tried to return it but their website doesn't recognize their own order number, which prevents me from being able to generate a return ticket or even initiate a customer service contact. What a scam!

Believe me when I say I read the reviews and said it can't be that bad! Guess what I just received my whatever you want to call it shirt, dress whatever looked nothing like the picture and I ordered a 2XL they sent me a XL and when I say this would not even fit you if you were a size 4 I am SO DISAPPOINTED I will never order anything from this company merchandise looked amazing and that's as far as it went was the picture.DON'T ORDER ANYTHING read every review they are all the same now I am going to have to try to return it

Buyer Beware

I almost ordered from this company, but thankfully didn't. Something seemed fishy about the it. It was clearly not an American company and if you look at the information on shipping and returns a red flag will go up. The merchandise itself is much too inexpensive for the styles being shown on the website. I have come to believe that they are probably cheep knock offs of much more expensive clothing lines. Now that I've opened the site anywhere I go on the internet follows me with liligal ads. The clothing styles are tempting for sure, but this is not a company you want having your credit card information. Read the site entirely and then don't order. You don't want these people having your credit card information.

Stay away. Do not order from this company. Items are no where near as described or even come close to the catalogue picture. The sizing is way off. PayPal no help in getting money back decided against customer and protected retailer. Buyer beware, you will not be happy. Items will take forever to receive and once package arrives you will be totally disappointed with what you receive. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM this So called RETAILER.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Shop at your own risk. I ordered two dresses that looked nothing like they were supposed to look. It took a very long time for them to arrive and when they did, no human could have worn them. This is not a legit company. This is the same kind of company that you see selling prom dresses that look nothing like their photos.

WHAT A JOKE

Let's talk about liligal.com.
Bathing suits that are cute and inexpensive. All over the web. Be warned that if you ever even look at them online their adds will appear on everything you will do from know on!
I made the mistake of ordering.
WELL. The sizing runs about 4 sizes smaller than you wear. I thought that maybe I should go up a size since things that are ordered online can tend to be smaller. LOL! I should have ordered 4 sizes bigger at least! In order to make a return you have to mail it back to "CHINA"! Seriously. The shipping label that was attached to the DHS package from "CHINA" stated "SAMPLE ONLY - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE". Well, we all know what that is about.
I had to contact them thru PayPal since I could not find any other way to contact them unless of course I wanted to make an order. They actually did respond that they would offer me a 40% refund or of course I could pay the postage to ship it back to CHINA! I said no and escalated it to Paypal for a Chargeback. WHAT A JOKE! Just thought I would share. Be warned...

Purchase a pair of pants and top. No conformation email so ordered again! Item came way too smal. Sizing wrong. And you can not for the love of god send items back. They even block you on fb!

After a wait of weeks finally received the swimsuit I ordered.
Only for it to be nowhere near the size stated AND for it to be stained.
After numerous emails and despite being promised that they would refund the return carriage costs they now say their 'terms & conditions' state that buyer pays return carriage costs-even though the swimsuit was unwearable.
Paypal can only help so far as refunding the original cost but am still out of pocket by over £8.
DO NOT order from this website as the only thing more shoddy than the goods is the after sales service!

Love love love the outfits from this site! This is the only online site I trust to buy my clothes. Took a while to get items, but really cute! Free shipping and they always have specific measurement for each item. Good quality and you can't beat the price! Would definitely recommend!

I made my first purchase right before Mother's day... I saw the product online and was able to use several coupons to get it even cheaper! I used the pick up in store option and it was a breeze! "I got great clothes there! I really like Rotita. I have found some really cute clothes on this site. I didn't have any problems receiving my orders.My last order from Rotita went well, but the clothes themselves seemed to be more cheaply made and the fit wasn't quite right. The good news is that my mother doesn't seem to care as much as I did, so she was able to gain a couple of blouses for her wardrobe.
