I have had positive experiences with this site.At first, I was unfamiliar with online shopping and one of my best friend recommended this site to me and I fell in love with it. I really enjoy the variety of colors and patterns. Very unique and well-made. I will order more from this site.
This is a follow up review to my first review of Rotita. After my negative review on line about Rotita, I finally got detailed instructions on how to return my item and where to send it. I have been watching email and my bank account to see if my return was processed and the money added back to my account. On Saturday I received my package back with this message on it, "Return to Sender, unclaimed package". As before, I can't get them by phone, so now I have spent an additional $7 for mailing the package that returned to me!
The merchandize does not fit and it is impossible to get a refund. I am out $200.00. I reported it to Facebook since that is where I saw the advertisement for the site. I was totally scammed. I learned a hard lesson. Disgusting immoral company. DO NOT GET SCAMMED like I was!

Yesterday, I posted a review saying I'd heard nothing from Rotita and had no way to contact them. Lo and behold, my order arrived today. That's the good news. Mind you, I'd received no shipping notification, so this was a surprise. I ordered 2 dresses, and they look pretty much like the pictures. HOWEVER, they don't fit at all. Much too small, even though my measurements said L and I ordered XL. The sleeves are so narrow I can barely get my hand through the armhole, much less get my arms in there. The bust is so tight that I can't pull the dress down past my boobs. These dresses would fit you if you wore a size M and also had really skinny arms. I haven't started the return process yet, though I don't hold much hope for success after reading other reviews. Customer Service, are you out there? According to the first and only email, my order number is W1705301129436338, but when I try to enter that in your system, it says it is incorrect.
UPDATE: Rotita replied to this review quickly (thank you) and offered a full refund if I "submit a ticket". I can't of course -- my order number is not recognized by their system. They were the ones who gave it to me in the first place. Again, they told me to check their size charts. Again, I point out that I did that before ordering and that I ordered a LARGER size so that the fit would be loose. Ha! These Asian companies should stick to Asian customers -- the body build is entirely different.
Have a good read of the 5-star reviews folks - they are obviously written by Rotita to counter the genuine bad reviews.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
