Takes too Long

I order June 10 and today is July 5th--still haven't received my order. I tried to contact their online chat email, but never heard back. Today when I tried to contact the online chat, the email returned to me.

Refuses Returns

DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. Their return policy is HORRIBLE! You're better off using Amazon, Macy's, JCPenney or Kohl's. I needed to return a bathing suit because of the fit and had to get "permission". The company gave me permission then refused to accept my packageafter I had to spend the $9.00 to ship it! Worst company! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce in Maryland. I will be posting on ALL social media websites!

I put in a Paypal dispute. They offered me a small 36.00 to drop my case. I said no and escalated it to a claim. They then came back and offered me 56.00 a 14.00 loss. I went ahead and settled it out because at least the shipping had to be that and I wanted these people out of my life. I hate this company and never as long as I live buy anything from them or any company from China. China is notorious for fake food and products. Never again.

Terrible quality, no shape and when I returned and payed for the return, they pretend they don't speak any english and until now (its been a year) I haven't gotten my refund. SO i payed 20£ to return the clothes to china and my 80£ haven't been refunded. STAY AWAY!

Sizes was right

Love this Site. Got a lot of good complements when I wear their clothes. I would buy again from this seller. Shipping was fast too. And the sizes was right. The size chart was easy to understand. Bad company. Poor products--shapeless and too big. Bad return policy--you pay postage IF you an get a return address out of them. Correspondence by complicated set of 'tickets'. Really bad.
Finally got a 50% refund in lieu of sending product back to Shanghai for between A$14-21 postage. Was offered an 80% refund if I changed my review first. Ah, no.

This site accepted my order and money, then asked for an "alternative shipping address". I live in the UK, I have had orders shipped here from various parts of the world without problem. But Rotita say my address is not compatible with their shipping methods! If they don't deliver to the UK then they should state that fact BEFORE they accept your money. Total scam! Glad I used Paypal, at least I should get my money back.

I wish I had read some of the review before I ordered from them. They are a total SCAM. Their stuffs cheap and the sizing is complete wrong. I wish I could give them a big fat zero. Please please do not order from them. I have been trying to get a hold of them to send stuff back but needless to say with no response

2 bathings suits received. 1 is ripped and the other is nowhere close to size. Cannot access account again online. The order number is not valid when trying to start a return ticket. Terrible!
