I purchased a top in my normal size when it arrived i tried it on and it was way to small also the material was almost paper thin. I have followed all there return policies but they will not answer me with return authorization. This is a company no one should ever do business with.

Dress was absolutely as said to be, it arrived earlier than expected for homecoming and the only problem is the bust was too big even when I ordered a small, but other than that I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be purchasing from them again for prom!

Just like the picture. A little tight in the butt, if you have curves. Especially I want to thank the customer service that she kindly answered so many answers from me. Next time I will choose a larger size. I suggest that I should have measured my bust, hip and waist. But the quality is very nice, and the price is so cheap.

Stretchy Jumpsuit

The delivery took a very very very long time but thank god the item didn't disappoint me. I was worried about the stretch issue but the customer service told me that the item is stretchy. Highly Recommend! I can normally get away with wearing a medium locally but the large was perfect.

I ordered a couple of bathing suits. Took them out of bag and immediately knew they were too small. Tried to return the items but got every run around in the book. Had to log into my account to be contact customer service for return form but never able to get in -- kept cycling me around (asked for an email but would say "username" not correct). Tried to set up another account and then it said my order number was wrong (it wasn't). Bottom line --a big scam. Not to mention product is very, very subpair.

Nothing seems to be able to resolve this. They promised an 80% refund on my card and also a complete refund for my return which I have never, after all this time, gotten. Order nothing from this company unless you plan on keeping it even if it is not to your satisfaction. I will continue to send reviews or call the Attorney General if Rotita does not credit my account.

After three days of trying to return my items I was offered a 50% refund and I could keep my items. I don't want my items. Then they offered me an 80% refund and I could keep my items. Once again for the 4th time I asked for a return address because I don't want my items. They finally gave me a Maryland address. Today I got my items back saying return to sender. BUYER BEWARE. There is no address or phone number located anywhere on their website. Nor do they let you know this company is in Hong Kong. Thank God my credit card company has my back. Absolute scam if you need to do a return.

Was very worried after reading reviews after I had purchased swimsuit for my daughter, in fact tried to cancel the order. The swimsuit did take about 3 weeks to come, but when it arrived it was exactly what she wanted, a lovely design and fitted perfectly and to size. Maybe we were just one of the few lucky ones but very pleased with the swimsuit and the price.
