I love this store, everything is so fashionable and i love the prices. I will share this store with everyone and be shopping here more often. The shipping is a bit slow but i willing wait for the wonderful stuff i can have.The customer service is quick and helpful.
Ok so I heard that their clothes run small according to Liligal so I ordered up 3 sizes and what did I get something that was about 10 sizes to small! I gave them 2 stars instead of just one because they did allow me to return the clothes minus the postage they paid to mail it to me and minus the postage I had to pay to mail it back. They continue to send me coupons but I don't think I'll ever fit into Barbie's wardrobe!

Never buy from Rotita. Your product will be sent from China, will not fit as advertised, and is likely to be mislabeled for customs, so it will take 2 months to arrive. While you wait, you won't be able to tell anything about where the item is from the shipping info they give you. When it looks nothing like what you thought you ordered and you ask for a return/refund, you'll spend at least half the cost of the item to ship it back.
Processing orders takes patience to wait for but they're quick to ship once that part is done. I've always received my package earlier than estimated arrival time which is awesome and received all items purchased, never missing any items. Merchandise is cute and good quality. I like that they have an app which is easier for browsing and or shopping on the go.
I ordered a bathing suit from Rotita.com. It did not fit and the quality was poor. There was no return address on the package (except somewhere in China) and no info. On returns on their website. Finally, I called them and got an address for the return. My package came back as the address was non-existent! Their customer service is awful and I am stuck with a bathing suit I don't want plus the cost of shipping to return the item.

Unable to get a response to return a bathing suit. Despite that it took over a month to receive. Unable to get signed into web site. Keep getting error messages. I should have read reviews before ordering. Never again. Even if I get a return ticket I hold out no hope of a refund based upon comments.

They make it impossible to return an item. There site will bring you in circles over and over. I even called the overseas # and there is no answer. Pass the word to everyone. Lets put these crooks out of business. They Suck
Ordered swimsuit and top is too small. Tried about 10 times to submit a ticket but keeps telling me the order number is wrong and it is NOT! Even copied and pasted order number. So now I'm stuck with an item I can't use. I will report this to BBB.

I absolutely love this website. Always order from it, the prices are fair, it may take some time on the delivery, although some orders might come faster, but overall I love it. I am very satisfied with this website, would definitely recommend it.
Since ordering from Rotita, I have received my merchandise in a timely fashion and have been pleased with the fit and quality of the material. I have also used the Chat line and have received excellent customer service. I learned, it is best to place orders as soon as possible to have your merchandise for special occasions. It works for me!
I have placed a total of 3 different orders with them and have never had a problem. The items are as described and returns is quick and easy if you select shipping insurance when placing your order. You get points for placing reviews and you can use them to buy items.

One time my package was lost and I contacted Rotita customer service, the chat is readily available and they provided me a refund for my lost. Clothes and fit size are always what's described on the website. I keep coming back for more, the clothing is cheap, cute, and fine quality.

Ordered a swinsuit which was not true to size. I attempted to send the swimsuit back to address given and jumped through the million hoops... RMA number etc.
Well guess what was back in my mailbox today? Yes... the swimsuit... and the return label says... "Return to sender... unclaimed... unable to forward" then another "return to sender".
Pay the extra 10 bucks and go to the department store, then... if you need to return it, you can and not throw your money away.

They will run you in circles to get to return and get your money back. I got an address to send items back as I was told and the box came back undeliverable. I am out 100.00 too.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
