I have never seen a garment so poorly constructed, and the size did not match the website description at all. I asked for a refund. The company offered me 50% (and I can keep the merchandise) if I didn't want to return it. I said no. The return address is in China. NOWHERE does it say that on the website. I'm still "negotiating" with them.
MY MISTAKE: I misread the return address. It is in the US. In response to my second message, The company offered me an 80% refund if I wanted to keep the items.
Terrible I just tried to order something and they kicked me out of page after I put my bank dtetails in if they steal from me without any item being delivered I will go to Trading standards straight away

Then comes the fight for a refund! Refusal to send return address - just try to get you to accept a partial refund that NEVER gets actioned. Raised tickets are hard to re-find or disappear. Small sizes I wear a 12 and an xl did not fit in swimsuit. They do not honor return and your best bet is to have a credit card dispute it is the only way to get your hard earned money back.

I just received my 3 swimsuits which took over 3 weeks to get here. None of them fit and I am trying to go through the steps to return the items and have gotten NO RESPONSE. This is scandalous. There is a 30 day return policy and I am afraid that I will not get what I need in order to return the merchandise. I will NEVER order from this company again.
It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. The fabric was thin and cheaply sewn together. I
Followed the first step for return, which was to email the reason for return and wait for reply. When I didn't get a reply in 5 days, I completed another request indicating that this was my second attempt. The reply thanked me for my order. I write another request but never got a reply. By that time, over 2 weeks had passed. (The company gives you 30 days to return.) The post office advised me to forget it because they couldn't guarantee it would arrive on time unless I paid extra. General airmail to China starts around $15.
I ordered three suits I wanted to return two of them and was given a ticket to return I mailed the first one with info I was given from company only to have the packaged returned back to me unpicked up! I want my money back this company is very hard to deal with I have two suits I can't use and can't seam to return. This has been going on for months! Don't use this company

I have been trying for quite some time to get an address so I can return items. Have been offered 50% refund if I keep the items. I do not want the items. One dress I ordered was not in stock, and I was given store credit, despite repeatedly asking for a refund. Online shopping should NOT be this hard! Do not purchase from this website. Unlike other reviews, my package arrived in a fairly timely manner, given it was coming from China. My two blouses arrived but the quality is horrible. Spot on one, uneven seams in both, buttons that won't fit into button holes, cheap fabric, etc. etc. One blouse is unwearable, the other looks like it will fall apart after one wearing. Just pissed away over $50, but at least I learned a valuable lesson to never buy online from an unknown source!
IT took forever to get my swimsuit & the darn thing is so small. The bra cup is like 5x smaller than the rest of the suit. I wish i would have read reviews first, gonna use it as a cleaning rag!
Ordered swimsuit, got wrong size! Had to beg for a return address in md. Mailed it off got there on may30 got there on june 2, didnt picked it up till 6/ 21! I bought two bathing suits and a cover up for a vacation. It took weeks to arrive since it came from China with no return info. One bathing suit fit (and I like it) the other did not and the cover up was too small. So I started a ticket to begin the return process. I've never had more difficulty communicating with a company about anything. I got an email right away that I'd gotten a response about my issue and when I clicked the link to get into their site to view my response I couldn't find anything. It says I don't have an open ticket at all. There is no customer service number to call only a place to start another ticket which does me no good at all. After tryng repeatedly I finally made it to their response which was a question which I answered and now when I got the email that a reply has been given on their end once again I can't find a way to get back to the ticket. This is crazy! How they stay in business I have no idea. I'll never order a thing from them again. Stay away!
Ordered a blouse, didn't like it. Filled out entire return form including resizing the published picture of the blouse to fit their requirements... they require you to include a picture of your purchase! Got down to the submit button, clicked it and nothing happens. Check everything I entered and there was an error message that the order number was not correct. Well... it was correct. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
