I would not even give this company one star but it will not take the review without it! Never purchase from this company. I ordered a swimsuit, they took my money and told me it was no longer available. I did not receive a refund. It has been six months and I am still trying to contact someone and they make it very difficult. No phone numbers and cannot reply to emails. Never again!

Bad experience

This is not a real business. There is no phone number for service. It supposedly takes over a month to receive purchases. Tried to create an account and site wouldn't let me. After filing a review on this site, Rokita issued a refund. I would still be leery about purchasing from a group that has no phone number for customer service.

Impossible to return items! A password is required to log in to get a "ticket" to tell you where in China you must mail back your item, and nothing works. When you click on "reset password," you wind up in a never-ending loop, which requires a password you obviously cannot reset. Sound insane and frustrating? It's beynd ridiculous. Even if you could find out where to mail your item, the postage to China is on you. "Caveat Emptor" - let the buyer beware!

Bathers

I wrote a review yesterday but mixed up the business name. Liligal is the place where I had a pair of Tankini Bathers which were so small that when I tried them I could hear the hem stitching breaking. I told the firm but they said since they were overseas and postage would be expensive they would offer me half. I agreed, what else was I to do. But the bathers are made like as though a kid sewed them up. Terrible quality and while I bought an XL size still don; t fit. In Australia I am a 12-14 so I thought the XLarge would be okay. Never again. But at least I got some money back. I am sure the garment I purchased would have cost only a couple of dollars to make. Sorry Liligal but I won't buy from you again.

I bought a cute looking grey and pink jacket, but it came, it did not fit like the picture at all. I kept it, as a lesson learned. 2 years later, I ordered a stylish looking top and top. It looked like a sack. Realized that it was the same company. Very misleading pictures. Material cheap, very rough feeling.

Horrible! Scam!

They sent a duplicate order. No papers enclosed. When you go to website, you can not get the needed papers to return item. They even told me my password was wrong. The new one they said they would send, never came.

This site is horrible

Takes forever to get an item. After you get it you can't return it. The site they send you to doesn't work w/o a password. It does not let you set a password.

Originally, I reviewed Rotita with the following: I cannot reset my password to return an item. Every attempt gets a failure as does their chat line. The quality of the item is rubbish, the size is huge. What a waste of money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Rotita responded, eventually, with an offer of 80% refund, without sending back the item. I accepted as it would cost me ££ in returns and the refund would not be 100%. The quality is rubbish butI still cannot log on if I wanted to!

NEVER AGAIN!

This is the worst on-line purchase I've ever experienced! They've had my money for over 2 weeks and I have heard or seen a confirmation or purchase yet. I've called the number provided and it's "no longer in use". There's your sign... Now I will dispute the purchase with the credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I purchased an item one month ago, has never been shipped. I purchased through what I thought was a secure paypal site. But when I log on to paypal there is no record of purchase but the amount was taken out of my checking account. And as I read other reviews, I too, wish I had read the reviews before being scammed by Rotita. Never Never Never buy from a facebook ad.

Returns Impossible!

Within the 30 days, I followed the directions and after 2 months of dispute would only give a partial refund. The time spent trying to get a refund was more costly than the refund. NEVER AGAIN!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Im from Montreal, Canada. I have an event on Oct 28. Ordered one piece of clothing on Sept 29, and my order was processed and shipped Oct 2nd. No update since then. I received it today Oct 24.
I opened a ticket yet nobody can tell me whats going on. At first I wasnt too happy and I said probably wouldnt order from them again.
But its not that bad and the only thing is that its too big. No time to try and return it so Ill get it altered. Fabric is crepe and its good quality. I will order from them again, but I will pick a smaller size and I certainly wont order when Im in a rush!

Rotatable clothes are drop dead cute in pictures and priced "too good to be true". The real thing is "too cheap" to be caught wearing. Cheap fabrics and totally weirded sizing. One top I ordered according to sizing chart was sized for a tiny Aisian lady but with 4 foot arms. And cheap lookin everything-buttons-stitching-fabric-EVERYTHING. The other top was a little better but same thing. They smelled so strongly of sizing that I suspect they will resolve into nothing once they are washed.

Customer service and processing is excellent-sad thing. Every issue was addressed immediately and they offered a range of discount refunds instead of returning items. In the end the 50% discount won over return shipping cost.

All communities were immediately addressed.

I noticed the pricing is charging up so they must pay be making a ton of money fast with their strategy.

Don't order from this company-it's pure junk. You can get junk like this right here in this country.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. There is no way to contact them after you place an order. There is no phone number, address, and all their e-mails are from "*******@rotita.com". As soon as they receive your credit card information to place an order, you THEN see that the item is coming from China and it could take 6+ weeks to receive it. As soon as I read that, I tried to cancel my order immediately by trying to submit a cancellation "ticket" which is just a joke on their website. It just takes you back and forth from one screen to another. I even tried to cancel the item by leaving a message on their Facebook page and that didn't work either. I finally had to resort to waiting until the charge came through (not just as pending) on my credit card and then notified the credit card company not to process it and that I tried to cancel the item immediately. So far, I've received a credit from my credit card company for the amount I was charged but I shouldn't have to put all the time and effort into simply cancelling an item.

No idea where my order is or money that was paid. Ordered Sept 19th, a month and nothing. Tracking number does not work. Can't log in, says incorrect password etc, etc. What a scam. All they can say is So sorry for your inconvenience on the reviews! Unaware it was a China site. Would not have ordered. Worst service ever ever received. BEWARE and do not order from this site. I should have checked reviews before I did. SHAME ON ME!

I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. I ORDERED EXPRESS SHIPPING. THE USPS TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME DOESNT WORK. EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOG ON ITS THE WRONG PASSWORD AND IF I TRY TO RESET THE PASSWORD THEY SAY MY EMAIL DOESNT EXIST SO I CANT EVEN MAKE A TICKET TO REFUND MY PURCHASE. PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT WORK. TIME AND MONEY WASTED! SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS WEBSITE AND I NEEDED THE DRESS BEFORE NOVEMBER.

Most bull**** Site Ever! I was unaware it was a China purchase. I tried to cancel as soon as I placed the order. It stated cancellation was successful. The order came after I returned from Vacation and none of the Sh** fit!

I am happy to report that I received a full refund for the total purchase. Therefore, I am updating my review as of October 18,2017. It is unfortunate that I had to provide a review in order to receive a refund. None the less I am very grateful. And please note, I would never order from them again.
