This is one of many companies overseas that pulls photos from legitimate clothing businesses and then sells cheap knock offs. If you don't get an immediate response to a return, and you've made a good faith effort, IMMEDIATELY contact your credit card company and file a fraud charge and make sure you block that company from anyou future charges. Whenever ordering from an online clothing site, if it looks to good to be true, it usually is. Did for the "contact information". Of they don't have a US address, you're probably going to be ripped off. Shop smart, ladies!

I bought swim dress arrived within time scale but unfortunately size to small I emailed with quick response (24hrs) due to time difference asked for refund with which they agreed to then offered me to keep item and have 50% refund which I accepted due to postage back and was told up to 10 working days for monies but Received within 48 hrs I'm in north west England have had no trouble what so ever A+

About a year ago I ordered 3 dresses from the old Lulugal. I did not order any more at that time as I became ill. Great prices and loved the styles and colours. Arrived when I expected. Only real problem was one dress in an XL as I ordered M for all. 1 dress huge! I very quickly realised the huge faff about returns. My small advantage is that I am a very experienced seamstress. Instead of trying to return the huge dress, I took it appart and re-constructed it keeping notes to make my own pattern for a future dress.

Given to how cheap, buying a pattern and similar material it would have cost double.

The amazing thing (if it works) the credit had recorded by Lulugal was still here offered for my payment after almost a year!

I have read numerous reviews both in this site and others. There is certainly a wide variety. I have chosed to order just one thing in Liligal and accept the risk. I know some are worried about this site being a scam which I understand and am certainly no expert about this. However, given that orders are revieved one way or another. Even if not what is desired or sizes are difficult, it looks like a very rubbish scam - I think even I could do a better scam for less work. Just not a very fantastic website that we are all much more familiar with quality online website. Usually much more expensive though!

So I am not making any particular claims. I will update my new order when and if it arrives. DEFINITELY only use Paypal and no other system for payment.

I ordered a jacket but when it came not of great quality and was really very undersized for the supposed size of the garment. I contacted Rotita and they said if I chose to keep the jacket rather than returning it they would refund me 50%. As I calculated the cost of the returning the jacket would be about 50% of the cost, I accepted the offer. That is the last I heard. There has certainly been no refund. The company has lied.

What Did You Expect?

This is a company based out of Shanghai (check the "contact us" area) - what do all of you giving one star reviews expect? Seriously? If you want quality then pay for quality. Did you really expect this to be quality? It's like going to the Walmart to make a high fashion statement - not happening. However, if you want something that will look good until you have to wash it, then maybe get a season's worth out of it? Then maybe. Do you want something to stand the test of time? Yeah, not happening. You get what you pay for...
Oh and don't expect fast shipping... if you do, there is a bridge I could sell you...

Dreadful product

Not as advertised. Poor quality materials. Shoddy workmanship. Took a month to arrive, then came from Shanghai. They say you can return if within 30 days of receipt, but I have strong doubts.

It's a real shame because some of Lilgals clothes are very cute, but because they make it so difficult to exchange or return, I am forced to keep these clothes that don't fit and I will never purchase anything from them again. Why do companies feel like they can run this way and get away with it! The fact that I took a risk on a foreign company and it turned out so bad, makes it wore! NEVER AGAIN!

Clothes are way small

I order 2 shirts in a size 12 which I have worn for 5 years now and when they got here marked as a large... one was more like a small or size 6 and the other was an 8 or 10. They were way off! Now I was told someone would get back to me with return info within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and still no answer back.

I tried to return the cheap clothing I had received several times but found it very difficult due to the lack of customer service which was not available, including staying up late to call them but got an answer machine instead. I am still waiting for my full refund and have forwarded my issues to the BBC Watchdog to further investigate + the fraud office.

Although I measured myself carefully and compared the Rotita measurements with garments that I own, the top that I ordered was too small. Rotita provided a return address that my Post Office was unable to identify. I contacted Rotita and they then provided an address that included a city and country. Back to the post office to be told return postage was going to cost me $15 Aust $. I chose to cut my losses and not return the top - too expensive. The top itself was not of great quality - similar to what you might buy in a market. I am disappointed this purchase did not work because the clothes on the Rotita web site look fabulous but the risk of losing money is too great and I will not order from them again.

I ordered swimsuits which were poor quality and not worth the money. Having problems with returns when they advertise easy return process. Joke! I have submitted tickets in with 1 response has they would refund me 50% of the purchase and to keep the swimsuits. I said I would pay for the postage and want my 100% refund. NO responses so now I will contact my visa to have the order reversed on my credit card and send back their junk... Very unsatisfied customer...

TERRIBLE CLOTHING!

Three words; DON'T DO IT!...
Fabric is CHEAP (probably why I read people saying light and soft, either that or they have no idea what good quality clothes looks like, or are just paid reviews) Unless you like your dress made out of the fabric of a sheer curtain, don't do it. Is cheap sheer fabric, wrongly stitched, smaller than the chart guide states... etc. Also, accessories, cheap and tiny... I will love to know where to get the actual clothes on the pictures even if they are more expensive, because the clothing in the pictures are amazing, but that's not what you get, at all.
