Horrible!

You have no contact with the company I now sent an email and Im waiting for days for reply. Theres no phone to call them the merchandise comes from China and you have no idea whats the size is really going to be. The fabric is crummy. It doesnt look anything like the pictures. Buyer beware.

Ordered top on 25 Sept and when I got email of confirmation said latest date delivery 8/11/! 9th now and no sign of parcel! If I had read reviews I would not have ordered. Same as everybody else on here when you try to track with ref no it is invalid! O well 30$ gone to good cause I hope! Doubt it

The quality is beyond horrible and clothing looks nothing like the photos. The quality of the material is so poor it would fall apart the first wash. Now I am doing their run around to get my money back. However, I'm going to skip their little song and dance and call my credit card company and have them deal with them. All of their line comes directly from china! There is no way to contact them and all information is in chinese characters!

I ordered a top which arrived, but the size was way too small and the quality was horrible! I followed their instructions on returns which was so difficult. I finally got a reply which asked me to please help them out by accepting a 50% refund and I will keep the item as the shipping costs for the return would be expensive. I agree but has c fee e yet to get my 50% refund. I realize now that I am going to have to write this off as a lesson learned! This site should be removed so no one else will get scammed! Too bad I had to give them a star...

I ordered a blouse which I received but it is too small. There is no paper work with the order. No way to exchange for another size, This is the second time I have ordered from this company but never will again. They tell you returns in 30 days but there is no way to send a return. My first order was poor quality but then again no paperwork for a return so I put it in the Salvation Army box.

It's a shame that I cannot get hold of you to report i paid for a top 2 monthago and have not recieved it yet. I admit it... I was enticed by the attractive tops and just whipped out the credit card. Stupid move! I just came across this site and am now regretting the purchase. If you notice, the 5 star reviews were all submitted the exact same day and have misspelling. I only placed the order a few days ago. Wonder if I can cancel. Going to the bank today to see if I can put a stop on the transaction. Thank you everyone for your honesty. Your unfortunate experience may have just saved me 70 bucks!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This company is completely ridiculous! I ordered a dress from liligal and waited 4 weeks before receiving it.The dress was not as pictured. Size and color was completely off. I attempted to contact company for a complete refund. But to no avail. No working phone number and the process for returns is full of sh.! This company is a complete rip off!

Worried about my order

I am kicking my butt for ordering from this company. I have not received my order yet but after I had paid it said it will arrive around the 28th of November. No way to get in touch

There is NO way to get in touch with customer support. My order was "guaranteed" by 11/3 and it was delivered 11/6, when I no longer needed it. The website does not work to reset passwords and when I try to email support, it requires me to sign in. DO NOT give them your money.

The items advertised on their website does not match up with what you receive. The materials are cheap and of poor quality. They are based in China so the return shipping costs are much greater than what you have purchased. So you are left with no other option than to accept a 50% refund, because the return shipping was significantly greater than the products purchased. I would not recommend purchasing items from this company as you will be disappointed. After receiving the purchase I went back and read more reviews and every single one gave the items 5 stars, not a single person was unhappy with the purchase, which leads me to believe these reviews are not real. Do not purchase from the company if you want a quality product.

The dress only took twelve days for it to arrive; the shipping is pretty quick for it to come from China! Absolutely love this shop. I'll be posting an image later with the shirt on. It's exactly as the picture and they even gave me a yellow belt to got wit. Great quality

I really enjoy my shopping experiences with Liligal.com. They have trendy, cute clothes like what I might find at Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe, but better prices and more appealing styles. Unlike the other reviewers, I have yet to receive something that isn't decent quality. Everything I have purchased has held up for a few washes so far, and still looks nice. Shipping is fast, too!

This shirt is super cute! It's comfortable and soft, kind of silky. It sits right below the waist, so great for work or to wear with high waist skirts, The colors are much brighter than they look in the picture, but it's really beautiful.
