Ordered and paid for a product advertised on Pinterest 2 months ago. Contacted both credit card and liligal. A transaction tracking # was sent that told anything. I would advise to go to a local shop and get it in your hands before paying.
I hate these Chinese retailers. They are thieves. They purposely use a confusing and useless account setup scam. My order is nowhere to be found therefore I have no recourse to return this cheap crap I received.

I ordered items worth £130, they turned up God knows how many weeks later. Unbelievable cheap terrible material quality. You would think someone was practicing sawing. I tried to get a refund but they make it impossible and instead are offering me to keep the clothes and get a small % back. How can people be allowed to rob others. They use one model in all the pictures. Clothes look nothing like the pictures. Not contact details, impossible return policy so dont be fooled by the promises on the website. Just an online scam based on China. Im yet to know if my money will be returned.

Beyond disappointed! I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. Two weeks later the item hadn't even shipped. Since the item wasn't going to make it in time for my event, I requested to have the order cancelled. Ironically, the next morning I received a shipment notification and a response saying the item had already shipped so it couldn't be stopped. While a label was created, it wasn't actually picked up for another 24 hours. They clearly could have cancelled the order but chose not to. I I contacted customer support and they simply said to refuse shipment. That's impossible to do if you're not home and a signature isn't required. This was my first purchase and will surely be my last!
Terrible quality, i tried to return and they immediately offered to settle. I had to dispute with paypal and still didnt get all of my money back. I agree the pics are fake not nearly the quality of the pics.

Odor had to wash before I could wear. There pictures are deceiving.
The clothes are poor in quality, and the size is smaller in size, but the prices are affordable. However, the first time I ordered it took a long time to arrive. I had to continuously make an attempt for them to send the items. However, when I ordered the second time, they would not send the items after continuous reports of the missing items. One response was the item was on the way, and the second time they reported that I had not paid for these items. However, funds were taken out of my checking account.
I never had this happen in my life with other companies. There is a problem with tracking, and you cant reach a person to talk to about a problem with the order.

Totally avoid this company, it is fake advertisement, it looks like a company based in the U.S., but no, it is based in Shanghai, China. Their sizes are Asian size even though they said U.S. sizes. Tried to return the clothing, never gotten the money back, even PayPal refused to honor it. Stay away from this company. Email to them was returned as undelivered, phone call no one answered, chat online feature do not work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Liligal. They DO NOT honor their return policy. They are located in China, and wont even return email requests for return info. Complete ripoff!
I ordered the jean jacket two months ago. It never arrived. I called the number on my statement and it was a private residence! The Liligal web site indicates I have no order!
Just to be fair, writing this update months later.
After many days of arguing with their customer service, they finally refunded most of my money for the item I wanted to return. They did not want me to actually ship it back because of the cost. The dress went into donation pile.
Even though I still believe this is not a good site/company, at least, they did resolve my issue to my satisfaction.
Do not trust reviews on their website, they are totally bogus. I wish I read the reviews here before I made the order.
When I asked for refund, they told me I need to pay shipping, and I need to go to post office to find the price. Of course, the shipping using USPS is cost prohibitive, so there is nothing else I can do.
Do NOT order anything, their sizes are not even close to what they post. No comment on quality, you can understand... The pictures on their website are very nice, so they lure you. I should've known better...
Mostly I buy my clothes in MoldLily, While Rotita is my another try. It makes my feeling goods, reasonable price with equal quality, I will try again and hopping it will be my second place for happy shopping.
I placed an order for a coat on 11. 6. 17, Latest anticipated date to receive the order was 11. 27. 17. It coming from China; they must make them to order. The item Supposedly just shipped. I wanted to cancel prior to shipping. Order still not cancelled. New anticipated arrival is 12. 11. 17. Ridiculous!
6 weeks to receive 1 blouse but they had my $$ in seconds. Not at all the color shown but I can't even imagine trying to return the blouse.

I ordered a dress for my graduation! I paid almost $12.00 to ship it. It is awful! The color is fine but the dress looks homemade and the material is an awful thick polyester! Now I am trying to return it. They offered a 50% refund to keep it! No information yet on how and where to return it, but they are telling me I have to pay shipping to return it. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered 2 items. One fit beautifully and I love it. The other was cute, but a bit tight. Tried to return it, cost of shipping is WAAY more then the blouse cost! Sadly, will not use this company again. It's too bad, because I think their clothing is cute!
I'm not even sure the blouse (the pretty gray one on the HGTV site!), MAY FIT and may not (looks a little small). Doesn't matter, I would not return after this amount of time, because I'll never see my money again, I'd bet. It took from 10/21 (when they processed my PAYMENT, until December 4th, for the item to arrive. The longest shipping estimate was November 30th or so!
I will NEVER, EVER order from this company again. I would advise others to consider this LONG wait as a consideration.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
