After posting my review regarding product and service from Rotita, I am pleased to say Rotita responded quickly and I have now received a full refund. Although happy with the outcome, I think it shouldnt have had to come to naming and shaming to get a result.
I bought a jumpsuit in July, it arrived quickly but was poorly sized, bad quality and had stitches not caught on one strap. I tried to arrange a return online but was unable to enter the site for some reason. I returned it to the address on the packet the next day, signature on delivery, so far no reply, no refund. Not happy! Will not order from this company again.
Took forever and an intentional hidden information on how to get a refund and they basically charged me over $60.00 for 2 cheap swimsuits that don't fit. I returned them and no refund. So they have the product- brand new never worn and my money.
I've already written one review. I've ordered 4 items in PLENTY of time to give as Christmas gifts. My credit card was charged immediately. Nothing has arrived as of Dec. 18. Their customer service hour are 11PM - 2AM EST. You cannot track orders. I received an email letting me know that they don't accept returns and to deal with the original distributor. I can't comment on sizing or quality as I've received NOTHING, but I'm skeptical give the host of negative reviews. This company is a complete scam. NEVER order from them!
This dress hugs all of my curves but in a classy way. It's nice in green. Nice length and I like the light material for summer& spring. Arrived early and the price was great. Didn't have a smell like some clothing shipped from China. I wish I ordered another color. I absolutely love this dress! It is made of good quality material & very flattering on.
I love this dress! It fit as expected according to their suggestion/size chart. I'm 5'5" & 135lbs and the Medium fit me perfect. The material is soft and smooth. The design is as pictured. I wear a size 10-12 and I ordered an extra large and it fit me perfectly. I love this dress and I am planning to order more colors.
Huge mistake! Placed order on Nov 26th still waiting, can't track or call. Do not order from this so call company.

No problem with your bank,, but you open a chargeback case -ID PP-D-******* in your bank before, we have no right to apply refund now, so could you just send the case ID NUMBER to the bank and ask them to closed first?

I do not know what you are talking about. I do not use PayPal. I dispute this with my credit card company but you denied the refund - so the case was closed.

AFTER THE FIRST WASH IT IS 1 TO 3 NUMBERS SMALLER. IF THEY CAN NOT SUPPLY ALL THE ITEMS ORDERED, THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR FURTHER ORDERS ONLY. WITH A DISPUUT BY YOUR BANK THEY DENY THAT THEY DID NOT SEND ALL THE ORDERED ITEMS. I NEVER RECEIVED 2 DRESSES AND SO LOST 68.86 DOLLARS. THE REST OF THE ITEMS WERE SO BADLY SHRANK AFTER THE FIRST WASH, THAT THE TOTAL ORDER WAS A WASTE OF MONEY.
Ordered denim coat from Liligal. Absolutely love it, and was amazed by the quality. All my friends ask where did I buy it, because you the design is very unique. The only thing was the wait time, but it was definitely worth to wait a little bit to receive such a cute item!
I placed an order on 10-18-17, Still haven't received it. Today is 12-15-17

I ordered something advertised on Facebook. It was a sweater. Coming from China. $32. Ordered on November 2 and the beginning of December I was trying to track it. There was no way to track it in the US, because it said it was coming from China. It finally arrived on December 12. It is too small, and there was no way to reach anyone to try and return it. Im stuck with the top. Be careful of the scams coming from China.
I got the product ordered after 6 weeks and many attempts to contact their customer service. The item was totally unacceptable. Buttonholes not cut, stitching came loose in the package. There is no recourse, as trying to return it would cost more than the item. LiliGal is a scam! I so regret not pulling up reviews prior to ordering. It would have saved me money and anguish. I have decided to chalk it up to a horrible experience, will notify PayPal as well as BBB and hope they will not honor this business in the future to protect the American consumer. You have been warned by not only me, but the many reviews herein. This business has garnered so much money from our country, it should be illegal, not liligal.
I ordered over $200 worth of clothing and jewlery from Rotita. I received one wrong sweater, a broken anklet, and was completely missing a leather bracelt. I tried several times to email them regarding this and never received a response from anyone. The quality is low and you don't even get what you pay for. I would never shop Rotita again!
I received a 20% coupon for new customers and tried to apply it to my first order. The coupon did not work! I tried to back out of the window but the website put the order through. The coupon code goes in below your credit card info. I tried to find a customer service number but they only have a "live Chat" option which IS NOT live chat you have to wait 24hrs. For a response so I quickly canceled my order. When I finally got a response to my coupon issue the customer service person said she could not help me because I canceled my order! I explained why I canceled and that a notice came up indicating no coupons were allowed because product was already on sale. However, there was an option for another coupon available to every one for 10% and that coupon worked. My coupon WAS NOT expired, I had just received it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said no.
I just got my dress the other day and I love it! Its super cute, very comfortable and affordable. I received the dress within 3 days of purchase and wore it yesterday! I loved it so much. So I just bought another one yesterday in pink to wear with some skinny jeans. I would recommend this product! It's causal and sexy at the same time!
My husband really likes me in this dress. I bought a lightweight COLOR dress to wear underneath because the dress is not lined and you can see the outline of your under garments if you wear it alone. Overall, very satisfied with the style and the way the dress fits and the price is awesome! I bought the red one and the white one. I'm very pleased with both dresses.
Here we are at 12-13-17 and i have been offered a refund however nothing yet. If it was $100 I probably wouldn't bother but i've already filed a complaint and opened an investigation. Maybe as a whole we can forward this over to Facebook advertising and Google to suspend their advertising accounts. If you're thinking about ordering from this company let me save you the trouble. DO NOT ORDER! First let me just say that the shipping will be 6 weeks and longer. You are lucky if you even receive your order. Keep your hard earned money. I placed an order for 1204. 52 and it was refunded through paypal. A representative from that company messaged me to send the money via moneygram. I did that and 4 weeks later i hear nothing. No tracking number, no shipment. I sent a message to support and they were very responsive. I asked for a refund and the rep claims they sent it back to me via my payment method which was moneygram. They proceeded to send me a reference number 17 digits long. You guys moneygram reference numbers are 8 digits long. I confirmed with moneygram and they said they see nothing but the company continues to say they sent it and for me to check. This company should be investigated and a class action lawsuit placed against them. Google their name to look for reviews and you will see the long list of people they scammed. I wish i had done this initially. I would love to send this to my attorney as i have the means to travel and wouldn't mind seeing these people in jail for all the money they have stolen from people.
I was very disappointed with the dress, it looked fabulous in the picture but the material was dreadful, well not my standard. However since I contacted them to send it back a week ago, their service has been excellent. The is i n my bank and I was allowed to keep the dress at 80% what more could they have done, NOTHING. I bought this dress for a wedding that I was a part of. When I read the reviews, others said the dress was "quite sheer and the size was small" and the reviews almost made me steer away, but I am so happy I didn't! I normally wear a 12 in woman's for pants, and Im not very busty (36 C), so I decided on a medium. It's really a great dress for this summer!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
