I place a order in Dec, and received my parcel on the 8th January which is fine, my problem is it came with no document delivery note or a return label and I have no idea where to return it to and I would have to handwrite my details in hope that you will give me a refund.
Why is there no documents with this delivery?
I wish I had found sitejabber before ordering from Rotita. The product is pure junk.
Red tunic over jeans looked very cute & generously sized on the model photo.
I checked the size chart and reviews of other buyers and ordered Sz Medium.
I received the item, but it is way too small & the quality is bad, especially since I paid over $30.
When I attempted to get authorization to return, their website crashed & a blank screen said "This area is forbidden". I may try again, but don't make the same mistake I did. The photos look cute, but you'll lose your money & hate yourself for being such a sucker.
My very first purchase a black open jumpsuit looked good online, but when I received it, I was not impressed at all. It was not the style that I ordered, completely different style, material was cheap and yuck!, doesn't have a sleeve it was suppose to have, cost me $34.00 waste of time and money. This will be my first and last time ever to be buy from this crap chinese made United States based company.

Waited over a month for product. Was poorly made. You will have to upsize on everything. Sizing is very questionable on all products. Products do not come with cleaning instructions! Website sucks and that's only if you can get it to come up! Return policy is awful! You can tell that this company is not based or run in the United States because there correspondence language is poor!
You will not get merchandise, you will get emails saying you refused the order. You will not find ANY way to contact these crooks!
Do not buy from Liligal. China based. Clothing is the poorest of quality. Impossible to return and get refunds. A scary scam indeed.
My wife ordered an item from Liligal which she found was too small. She asked me to return the item. What an awful process. You go to the order confirmation email and see "If you want to return the goods, please contact customer service for designated shipping address. Otherwise the return is not accepted and received. Need to return or exchange? Log in My Orders and click "Returnfund" (sic) button."
You say why you want to return it and 'submit'. They respond asking if you would like a 50% refund to avoid having to pay postage back to China. I wrote "We will decide whether to accept the 50% refund after we have been given the return details and we can establish the return postage cost." They ignored this and simply refunded 50%. My wife will never shop here again.
I just received my item. It is a very poorly made halter swimdress and shorts. The design is beautiful but the stitching is badly done, the edges have no sewing on them at all, they have been cut badly, not even straight, no sewn seam edging at all. It is also sheer and can be seen through, which does not show at all on the description.
It cost me $58.19AUD with expedited shipping. The shipping did arrive almost on time but the item is not worth it at all if you cannot wear it.

Is there a class action suit against them? Their address is in China, in Chinese and they do not respond to emails. I have the "ticket" for return on the site but they do not send it to your email so you can follow through for a return. I have a page of instructions they give to follow and that does not work either.
Never buy anything from China... deliberate dishonesty.

Beware of this site! Dishonest. Take your money but don't deliver!? Ordered and paid with PayPal for safety. Almost 2 months and no parcel. Provided PayPal screen shots. Date time reference number and amount. They won't refund. That equates to stealing. Very shady. Refusing to fix the problem. Apparently PayPal proof of purchase listing all of their info is not good enough.
The one top I got that looked ok. Drove me nuts., the seams itchy. No address to exchange or return to! Going to give everything away. If anyone else wants any of it! Never again! Only going to buy in person or through a store I'm well aqainted with... Quality & exchange policies.
Rotita says my order shipped out and I will receive it no later than 12-25-2017.
My order has not arrived. I have wrote a ticket and tried to track the order and all I get is we will contact you in one business day and the order left the facility 12-10-2017.
I have ordered from other companies in China and got my order in less than 2 weeks.
I also paid for insurance now I will have to go through the hoops to see if I can get my money back. I will never order from this company again!
Very small sizes compared to US sizes so basically don't buy because you have to return them to CHINA! I received my one top in about a week or so. Gave it as a Christmas present & was worried Rotita would say I was over 30 days. They did not but instead offered me 80% back or pay shipping to return to China. I countered and asked if would give me 85% refund and they immediately issued a refund to PayPal. Wished I would have asked for 90% but only lost $4.66. That was a cheap lesson! The quality was so so. It was some sweatshirt material made into a hoodie with a longer uneven hem. Cute idea but was too small (ordered a large) and the back of it was dress length over jeans. Didn't have a horrible experience but wouldn't ever order again.
I order from them but have receive my order! The first time I order it arrived on time but the second order I have received it! If yall dont send my order by Saturday! Im going my bank to canceled the money you take out of my account! I will not order again because yall dont responded and yall didnt send my clothes!

Like Karen J., I received the item which was too small. I could not obtain return authorization and could not find an address to return it to. Paypal Credit initially gave me credit but then refused my claim. When I called Paypal, they found me an address to return to and told me to get a tracking number. I did all this and received the tracking notice that the package was delivered. Since them I've been calling Paypal every week looking for my credit. Each time they said they would file an appeal and I'd hear within a few days. Finally, today, they told me that my appeal was declined because "a claim cannot be reopened once it is closed". I'm disgusted!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
