There is no such thing as customer service with this company! They are horrible! Their links to customer service are not functional- their "live Chat" sends a msg that "they are too busy to respond". DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I can't tell you about the quality of the clothes because they haven't arrived! The wait is way too long in the age of next day shipping. All the tracking information tells you is that it left China a long time ago. Terrible business...

Not as shown in pictures... Very bad quality material. Ordered my size... im. A small it would fit a 12 yr old... and washing it, it will shrink. Never again. And try to get Some one to respond to you IMPOSSIBLE!
They have this weird ticket system that is so customer unfriendly. I sent back one of the two items I ordered and following their procedure, received an approval for an exchange for a bigger size and directions to ship back. I did so and I have my USPS tracking number which shows that it was received at their College Park MD returns address on Dec. 2nd. No merchandise yet and it is now Jan 23, no acknowledgement of the return, no refund either if the merchandise is not available. Their means of contact is almost non-existent and I am thinking that this is a dishonest company. Never again will I order from them and advise everyone to avoid them!

It bears NO resemblance to photos on this site OR it's "sister-site" ROTiTA, who is selling exact same clothing!
Mine was so long, that I could not shorten it as it's shown. LOTS of EXCESS fabric on the back side and sides. The style on both front and sleeves are NOT what is shown on models on both sites (same models, too. Duh...) either. It's a mess if you are less than 6+ feet tall!
I ended up donating almost everything I ordered and IT'S ALL MADE IN CHINA, SO IT TOOK NEARLY 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. This company is so corrupt, even with returns. It was not worth the stress for me to send back, so donated to a thrift shop I support, in nearby, poor city.
Purchased a blouse from LiliGal. In the photo it looked really pretty. In person the material looked and felt cheap, and was very poorly made. Looked on package and saw it was from China, so that told me why it was nothing like the photo. The blouse had been $22 but they charged my card $32. When I tried to return it, they only offered to give me $10 if I would just keep it! Then said I would have to pay full shipping to China to return the worthless item. It will cost too much to return it, and the material is too cheap to even use as a cleaning rag. In the trash it's going. Will NEVER do business with LiliGal again, or any of the other business names they use to sell their garbage!
I get ads for liligal and other names selling the same adorable clothes and found lots of scam reports. Thanks for the warnings. Paying it forward.
In an earlier review, I reported that in response to a complaint about size and quality of a purchase, Rotita offered a 50% refund, or a full refund, if I mailed the item back to CHINA ($22). I thought that unreasonable and declined. After posting that first review, Rotita has refunded the entire purchase price.

Retuning my ordere has been impossible. I have been offered my garment for half price if I keep it why would I want to keep it if it doesnt fit properly. No address given as to where to return and process to return so complicated. I now have paid for something which is of no use to me from a site which says Easy Return Policy. Will never use this site again or recommend.
I was very tempted to order from this website but thank god I read the reviews! I am very sorry to hear about everyones misfortunes and aggravation but remember where these products are being manufactured...
One or a few Chinese businessmen own a plethora of these companies - a la syndicates. The 'companies' are given names like Rotita, FashionMia and many others. They steal models' photos wearing beautiful clothing (without showing models' faces) then sell godawful knockoffs of the garments to unsuspecting customers. Most victims complain to CS. If they receive any customer service answers at all, answers are cookie-cutter generic responses. Facebook has cracked down on these advertisers but many other sites are happy to take the scammers' advertising money. This is such an old scam that I am surprised that people continue to fall for it.
I've seen some really bad reviews lately on this company, but they had such beautiful dresses I decided to try. I ordered the item below on 1/2/18 and received it on 1/17/18 (China to Colorado). It's exactly what I ordered (large). The material seems to match the picture, but I'm not in love with it. It seems cheaper quality. I think this style only looks right on a smaller size woman like the model in the picture, but I did get what I ordered. I'll likely order again (still one at a time) to be sure. Material is awful- very cheaply constructed by cheap Chinese labor market. Poor quality. Donate your money, spend elsewhere, but don't line their pockets.
I received items in a timely manner. All items are too small- poor quality. No packing slip was received with the items in my package to describe anything! I went back on line to find a way to return it because it advertises "Easy Returns". Well it is NOT easy. No customer service line. When I hit the button to return it tells me I have to log in, once I log in, it tells me I am not logged in to return items. I think this is a total scam. The pictures on line are not what you receive. You receive very poor quality made items from China.

LiliGal (liligal.com) is a scam. It's not an actual retailer. You will waste your time and your money. The product is junk and you'll never get your money back.
I placed an order with Liligal in what looked like a legitimate ordering site. My order never arrived. I tried many ways to contact them and am very internet savvy in this way; they never responded to my inquiry. In fact, their automated response to every attempt to contact them said they couldnt respond to the mechanism I selected and routed me to a different method. It went in circles and never resolved the matter. Furthermore, I started receiving a lot of spam mail after trying to email them and suspect they grabbed my email address and sold it to a spamming company.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
