First time Ive ordered amd what a nice surprise and great customer service. I saw the ad on an online site and I dont usually order from these companies since Ive gotten taken in a couple, of times but I took the chance, ordered two items and love them both
I wore the dress as a gown for a special occassion. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in time for my event. It's very nice, I will wear it again.
I purchased a swim dress from liligal. My account was debited on March 16. I had not received a conformation of my order or that it had shipped. I contacted the company. They told me they had no record of my order? They debit some ones account without an order?. A few emails later I finally received the swim dress. It was to small.
I again emailed the company and requested return instructions. I was again told they had no record of my order. A few emails later I received return instructions.
I followed the instructions on how to return the swim dress for a refund.
I returned home to follow the final instruction which was to upload proof of mailing with tracking number. Well guess what the site would not let me upload the information. I than typed the ups office number and the tracking number. I am awaiting my refund.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered two tops: one is just great-exceptional!; the other didn't work for me. I submitted a ticket on the website for a return, and response was a few days, but very satisfactory. There is a US address, in Maryland, to ship returns and exchanges. The value is terrific.

My dress was absolutey Stunning! The sleeves were the biggest hit and caught attention from the back of the room! The royal blue color was rich and the quality was good!

I ordered 4 items and paid for expedited shipping (7-10 days) because I was going on vacation. I even allowed an entire month to get the items. Half of the items came 2 days before I left. The other 2, including a swimsuit, didnt come until 2 months after I ordered them. 3 our of 4 items had multiple varying size stickers on the bags that varied from the clothing tags. Needless to say, those 3 were all a size too small. It makes me think that they dont really carry plus size clothing, they just label it that way. I wish I had found this website before I had ordered. After reading all of the reviews, I decided not to even stress myself out more by trying to get a refund or exchange. I will be donating everything instead. Its a shame because the designs are beautiful. The clothing quality wasnt half bad, despite the incorrect sizing. I even used their size chart and had my measurements taken. That doesnt help when all of the clothing has differing size tags. No wonder the employees cant find the right size to pack. Dont do it!
Purchased a shirt which took 1 month to arrive. It was very short in both length of shirt and sleeves and very tight, even though I ordered a large. This also did not reflect the size in picture, which looked like a baggy shirt.

My daughter and I have been ordering fro this site for approx 2 moon the, ordering size 2x s most of the time. We have found that these sizes really Run small, especially for large boobs. Fortunately we have other members in the family who are smaller and have been able to wear what we ordered so as not to have to return. We will not be ordering from this site anytime soon. I received the Musical Note button up and it is well made of a lovely fabric and the color is vibrant. It is exactly what I hoped it would be.
I liked the way I was kept aware of when the package was shipped and was able to track it through the system. The top I ordered is beautiful but the sleeves are much shorter than shown on the website. The sizing is weird - I seem to fall between a Medium and a Large. When I ordered a large it was WAY TOO BIG. The medium fits except that it is shorter than I wanted and the sleeves are too short.
As described and good service. The 2 blue tops are a different new material. I'll have to see if I get used to it. Very nice overall and fit well.

Answer: We have been providing free shipping and high quality products all over the world. Some customers may not like them, but they have right to return and get a refund. Meanwhile, there are many bad reviews not written by real customers, but fraud competitors. We really despise it.

They send cheap fake knockoff of their items and the pictures on the site are stolen. Don't read the fake positive reviews. I ordered from here and I was extremely disappointed and angry. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
