It's always a crap shoot to order clothing online. Especially something as fraught as a bathing suit. The photos were nice and the price was great, so I figured I'd take a shot. My two piece bathing suit arrived today and I am shocked at how nice it is and how well it fits. I am 5'9" and 142 pounds, and the size medium is a perfect fit. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it came out of the package with a strong odor that I am very much hoping will dissipate after I wash it. Smells like tires, hmm...

BUYER BEWARE
I wish I had read the reviews first. The website and prices look great, but BEWARE, if you need to return anything, they make it next to impossible and there is no phone number to call. Instead of a refund, they keep offering you a bigger discount to keep the item you dont want. I ordered 6 tops that I will be giving to charity.

I will never order from them again.

This company is the worst. Forget a full refund. Their sizes are off by about 3x. If you get half a refund, forget ever accessing your account again. This is a scam. Do not fall victim to liligal.com

The Worst!

I have never posted anything before that was negative.
I am shocked how poorly the customer is treated. No way to connect, submit ticket, they don't respond. Ordered 1 month ago. Ok Amazon is unique with the 2 day delivery. But this is ridiculous!
And they keep sending me offers, like I want to do business with them?! NO Way

Received duplicates of items ordered. My RETURN Took 3 times. They "bargained" for me to accept a 50% credit & keep goods. I DENIED OFFER. Then offerred 80% credit & keep goods. I again requested FULL RETURN CREDIT. THEY DO NOT PAY FOR RETURNS. I returned everything! They won't accept returns with out their RMA number & approval. You must send them the RETURN TRACKING # before they will accept the return. Poor Quality clothes! NEVER AGAIN. Buyer Beware!

The quality of the products ordered was poor (two women's tops): cheap fabric, poorly made - with a terrible smell that made them unwearable (and untouchable). But worse than that was the horrible service and attempt to avoid the return process. First, Liilgal replied to my request for a return by writing back that I would have to wait for a month while the company went on vacation! Then after five weeks, I had to contact Liligal again only to be told the company would rather give me a small credit and have me keep the merchandise. I refused and wrote back I wanted to return. Then the reply was an offer of a larger credit. I again said "no." Then the company informed me that even if I sent the products back, I would receive only a partial refund - AND I must use UPS or FedEx (expensive method) to effect the return. This smacks of unfair business practices that should not be allowed to continue. Customers beware.
