Ordered a bathing suit when I received it it was not exactly what I was looking for. I contacted customer service on-line and they were very easy to work with. They replied in a timely manor and offered a nice refund and allowed me to keep the swim suit. I will shop with them again.

I ordered three blouses. I'm madly in love with two of them. I need to return one. However, I will order several more blouses that caught my attention while browsing Rotita's Website.

I checked my notes and the third blouse was substituted by the company. I hate it. If you didn't have my original request in stock, then you should have sent two blouses instead of three.

I appreciated getting half my money back instead of the expense of returning the items BUT since they don't fit I am stuck with them.

Aweful returns. They want a tracking number which will cost me over 70 dollars. Do not order anything from these people ever!
Update. They gave me a refund of 100% and I keep the merchandise.

I ordered a cute grey and pink double sided jacket and the trip ripped apart from the garment after I wore it for the first time because it was not carefully applied to catch in all the raw edges of the material.

I also ordered a shirt that I have not worn yet-hopefully it will be better constructed.

I am so happy with the clothes I got it's exactly how I imagined. Such beautiful pieces! The swimming dresses I got fit perfect and look exactly like in the picture! I just love the way they look on me! Also came on the time was promise which make me feel confident to make more orders to Rotita. Oh yes!

I ordered the dresses. First it took a long time to arrive and when it finally arrived was very disappointed. The dresses were very very poorly made really cheap material and it didnt even look like a dress just looked like cheap material sewed in the form of a circle and I am definitely returning them. Very disappointed with this site and will never be ordering from them again

I just received by long awaited order, only to be disappointed in the quality and size of the garments I ordered. Both tops looked nothing like the photos and the material is awful. I usually do not write reviews but wanted potentional buyers to be cautious.

I wore the dress as a gown for a special occassion. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in time for my event. It's very nice, I will wear it again.
