You can't talk to anyone, I tried to return a shirt that looks nothing like the pictures & there is not return address it just goes in a loop. It has chat now & it does not work.

This company has a horrible customer service. They never or resolved my issue. Every question I asked they answered with another question. They claimed not find my order even when I sent a picture of what they sent me. Yet they manage to charge me with no issue.
I was thinking of buying from this company but checked the review, the majority are 1 star and BAD, the ones that have 4 and 5 I will discount as most of them are shams as you can tell by the repetitive 'cool' and animal pictures, so I will stay clear and stick with ezibuy. It would be good if people leaving an honest review would put what country they are in. I am in Australia.

I ordered 5 bathing suits from this company off Facebook and paid for all 5 with PayPal. 3 suits came and they did not fit according to their US size charts. Being they were too small, I requested a return and their address. After several attempts, they still wouldnt give me their address to make my returns. They offered me 50% off my total order. I said, no, I want to return them for a refund. I asked again for their address. Instead they write me and said they can give me 80% off my total order. I finally agreed even tho I did not want them. I wanted my refund!
2 of the bathing suits I paid for did not come so I cancelled them. I told them they owe me a total refund for those 2 bathing suits. I have written them several times and they will not respond back. Im furious and dont know what to do. I wish I had check this rip off company out before I ordered from them. Shame on me! If anyone knows their address, please post it..
This company has no return policy and a BS telephone number so if u order something u don't like or doesn't fit u r stuck with the items and no refund SMDH
I ordered a cute-looking top after seeing it on the NYTimes website several times. It took about a month to reach me. Not only did it not fit (too big in places, too tight in others) but it came in two pieces. The cowl collar was separate from the blouse and didn't hang right, leaving part of my neck showing in back. When I tried to return it (the ad said "easy returns") They offered to let me keep it for a nominal fee (like $1.50 or 3.00, I had a choice), which I thought was strange. When I insisted on returning it, they posted a message on their website (their way of communicating with customers, which is very hard to figure out) that I had to mail it back to China at my own expense, but they would let me keep the top for $15, which would be cheaper than the return shipping. At that point I gave up. I would never order from them again.
My order shipped exactly what I got. Clothes are great and fit well. Looked even better then on line. Only issue was with the shipping time. 4 weeks was a long time. Since it was my first order I was a little surprised or concerned that maybe I wasn't getting my order. But then it arrived and was great, so on my next order I will be prepared to wait.
Ordered adorable looking shirts. Took forever to get them. Customer service sucked couldnt understand them. Shirts so poorly made never wore them. No return address given.
I am a size 14, and the large is a perfect fit. The color (red), and fabric are very nice. The length is perfect. Would definitely recommend this dress and site to others.
My mum purchased 3 tops $50.00 each all tops she received were the wrong size, when she tried to contact this company she was told to send a " number " which she didnt have, so again she tried to make contact only to find they had blocked her so they wouldn't receive her message, this company is rude and has no respect for thier customers at all... The clothes are cheap in every way, but they look amazing on the web-site. FALSE advertising. They pin the shirts behind the models to make them look more form fitting and even pin some of the sleeves. This company is from China and a sham. It's impossible to return anything, and even the emails are written in broken English.
I am very pleased with Rotita, the bathings are very sharp and stylish and the cost is fantastic. The tops some have too much material and make a person look big, you need tops that are more slimmer looking for a woman, colors are fantastic

Ordered a bathing suit when I received it it was not exactly what I was looking for. I contacted customer service on-line and they were very easy to work with. They replied in a timely manor and offered a nice refund and allowed me to keep the swim suit. I will shop with them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
