Such a scam

I purchased two tops from this company. I paid extra to have them delivered within 8 business days. They arrived 15 days later. Both tops were such a disappointment... poor quality fabric, skimpy sizing. Worse... trying to return is a nightmare. My only hope is to get my credit card company to intervene to resolve this. Otherwise, I am out the dollars. Once again, you get what you pay for!

Bait and switch

This company is a bait and switch. They don't say anything about them being in China (6weeks) to get the items and then they don't ship the product they show on-line. Product were shorter then the pictures. They sent something different from the photos. Stay away from this company!

Difficult

Rotita s return policy is very difficult. You are responsible for returns which average 10 to 15.00 dollars per item. There are also several steps, corresponding to customer service before the return is initiated. They offered me 50 to 80 percent off the dress
To keep it. That was very discouraging ( the dress went on sale 80 percent off once I said it didnt fit?)

Purchased a top and bathing suit. The flowered top was totally different than pictured on their website. It wasn't the same flower pattern or color. The bathing suit top style was also different than the picture on the website. It had all these frills on it that definitely were not on the picture. (attaching images to show the differences)

As I write this, it has been two weeks since I placed my order. Nothing was written that Rotita is merchandise from CHINA! Being said, I don't know when I will ever see what I ordered. The USPS tracking number has been up for two weeks with nothing happening. If you think you want something from Rotita ads, buyer beware, it is not coming from anywhere in the US. The swimsuit that I ordered may or may not ever get here this summer. Oh well... lesson learned.

The 3 tunic tops I received are very nice quality. It did take over 3 weeks to receive them. All 3 were accurately depicted in the photos. I have already ordered another top.

Im soooooo please with 95% of the items I purchased. The only downside is delivery time. I would love to receive my orders in 7-14 days from China to the United States instead of 6 weeks or more.

Superb shirt!

I purchased this shirt because I am a musician and love the print. However, I was apprehensive as to how it would wear. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was and the ease of care. It washes like a dream. I removed it from the dryer and was able to wear it immediately. No ironing necessary.

I was quite happy with the dress I received, the second did not work out, but I was not able to find where to send or return the dress to since there was no slip sent with the dresses. I love the one I purchased and will use it for my July Event. I plan on returning in Late July to find the right dress for me Nieces *******@Walt Disney World in Orlando late November.
