I have been enjoying ordering from Rotita for years now and overall have been very pleased with the items I've purchased. In the event an item didn't work out, it's been relatively easy to return or receive credit back for the item. The only down side to ordering is it takes a little longer receiving my purchases.

Ordered two tops. Very good quality. Had to return one because of size. Customer service offered two choices: your return and pay for shipping OR we reimburse you 50% of the value. The return address is in China and I checked: 12$ shipping (which is not too bad). But still, I took the refund. Customer service is fast and excellent. The only downside is delivery time.
Shipping needs improvement. Although a tracking number is provided which gives the date your package will arrive I received my package 10 days after the stated date for arrival. But I must say it was like Christmas. Boy was I pleased with my dress. I wore it and I received so many compliments. All I can say, if you are purchasing for a special event order 2-3 weeks early!

Do Not order from this retailer if you want to receive your order within a month of order. I ordered three tops on May 18 and have yet to receive my merchandise... yet alone be able to track my shipment with the link that was sent to me. But of course they have processed my payment. Worst online company I have ever experienced. Never again. And will share my thoughts with everyone I can.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Delivery took several weeks, top had extra long arms that were very narrow, sized at least 2 sizes too small. Picture of item looked beautiful, reality was horrible quality and fit. This is the second time I have ordered from a Chinese company and received garbage, lesson learned $32 wasted. Return is difficult and costly, I just threw the top in the garbage.
Do not order from this company! I saw a blouse on a FB ad and ordered it. It was too small. After several emails attempting to get me to accept the blouse which didn't fit at a reduced price I paid the shipping fee to return it. I then ordered the larger size. Shortly thereafter a second shipment of the smaller size came. Same ritual to return it. By the time the larger size arrived I had found something else I liked better and returned it as well. I am still trying to receive credit for the shipment I did not order. I also want to be reimbursed for the cost of that shipment. I don't think the service representatives understand English.

I paid for extra shipping still took almost 2 weeks very poor quality clothes. Bought a dress for a wedding I wouldn't wear it anywhere it looked so cheap and not at all like the website made it out to be... Then when you try to return they make it almost impossible make u pay to send it back horrible customer care... DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I purchased two tops from this company. I paid extra to have them delivered within 8 business days. They arrived 15 days later. Both tops were such a disappointment... poor quality fabric, skimpy sizing. Worse... trying to return is a nightmare. My only hope is to get my credit card company to intervene to resolve this. Otherwise, I am out the dollars. Once again, you get what you pay for!
This company is a bait and switch. They don't say anything about them being in China (6weeks) to get the items and then they don't ship the product they show on-line. Product were shorter then the pictures. They sent something different from the photos. Stay away from this company!
Rotita s return policy is very difficult. You are responsible for returns which average 10 to 15.00 dollars per item. There are also several steps, corresponding to customer service before the return is initiated. They offered me 50 to 80 percent off the dress

Purchased a top and bathing suit. The flowered top was totally different than pictured on their website. It wasn't the same flower pattern or color. The bathing suit top style was also different than the picture on the website. It had all these frills on it that definitely were not on the picture. (attaching images to show the differences)

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
