I received my order of $90.00 clothing. They were too small even though I followed the size chart. Cheaply made and did not represent the pictures on the site. This is a scam. I gave them to a charity. China! I did not even try to return them based on the reviews I read. Ill be sure to tell my friends and family, stay away from liligal.
I ordered a tunic which came but was too small and not high quality. When I tried to return it, I was tricked into selecting a small refund ($3.60) on a $30+ purchase). I'm going to try to get my proper refund through paypal. This is a SCAM!
Reading the reviews after I made my purchase was a huge mistake. Paid extra to get my dress faster, and still hasn't gotten here and it's been almost 2 weeks. I'll be back to write another bad review if i ever receive my package.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I ordered products from Rotita and when the shipment arrived, I was very disappointed because the products were not a true representation of the pictures online and lacked quality. Also, the sizes were not according to the chart provided and the clothes did not fit properly.
I wanted to get a refund on about 90% of the purchases but that has been very difficult due to very poor and or no customer service. I was not able to get information for a return/refund after several attempts trying.
I will never order from Rotita again and advise you to do the same. I wished I would have seen the reviews prior to ordering. KEEP YOUR MONEY.

I received my order of $120.00+ clothing and they all looked like my 5 year old had cut out the fabric and made the clothes. DO NOT waste your money on these CHEAP, CHEAP, clothes!
If I could give them a zero I would. This company gave me a medium dress that I couldnt even fit over my head. Tried to return it and they only would offer me a partial credit. I asked for a full refund and they closed the ticket. No phone number either. BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I ordered three pieces that looked great online. Upon receiving, which took forever, I could see the fabrics were terrible and the workmanship cheap. Buttons are horrible and fabrics flimsy. There is no paperwork inside the shipment for returns. After getting online the company sends you a ticket number but you don't know what to do with that. Upon a live chat, which is not a live chat, you are offered a bargain to settle with them and keep the merchandise. If you do not accept the terms you are told you pay shipping, provide them with a tracking number from the post office and are not promised anything in return. They continue to bargain. When you refuse they come back with an offer of 80% and you keep the items. I refused and have not heard. I even wonder if I will ever get my money back from them. They try to wear you out so you do not return the items. It is almost successful since I am so angry and don't want to go thru anymore with them. I urge you never to buy
I placed an order, received an email confirmation for the correct amount that I purchased. Next day my bank showed they took more that the amount that I ordered. There is no one you can actually speak to, just converse over the system which proved useless. I ended up cancelling my order but could not get my money back. I had to dispute it with my bank and they gave me a refund. This company is terrible.
I order a 2 piece dress it was suppose to be white. It was cream with white net sleeves. I ordered 1x it was a large. Whey would I pay to have something shipped back when they sent the wrong item and color. Can't get in contact with anyone there. I will never I mean never order from there again. I purchased 4 items, took 2 months to get my order. One of the dresses I purchased is too small. When I tried to return I keep getting 'offers' to accept a lessor amount of money than I paid for it and to keep the dress. I kept turning it down. Now they want me to send the dress back and then they will refund my money? Very shady... I will never shop here again!

This such a scam. Same company keeps changing its name to stay ahead of the bad publicity. Look up reviews on Modlilly. Same problem, same scam. They will take fiorever to sent you the items (becaue they come from China!), send you a cheap imitation of what they show in the picture, and not refund your money even when you return the items. Never ever but from them or any other company from China. I had this problem with another company I thought was out of Great Britain but, SURPRISE! It was a scam. They were covering up the fact they were out of China to get people to but from them. Sent me cheap Walmart looking pumps instead of the Badgley Mischkas I ordered. BUYER BEWARE when purchasing from CHINA!
They got me. I got scammed. I believed the fake reviews and ordered $177 worth of swimwear. They are all a joke--horrible quality and fit. So here's what happens when you request a return: Liligal offers you 50% refund and you get to keep the suits. TURN THIS DOWN, like I did, and they will offer you an 80% refund and you get to keep the worthless suits. Or you can mail them crap back, and good luck getting your money. So I just opted for the 80% to reduce my scam pain, which supposedly will be refunded in next 2 days. Here are the customer service emails, in order:

Before any return, I suggest you read return policy, https://www.liligal.com/return-policy-a90.html It states that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee(Note: Customer from United States return the order to USA address, others return to China address). So I am wondering if you accept the alternative choice I advise. I have been trying hard to provide a 50% refund (90.19 USD) of the items you mentioned as compensation. In this way, you dont need to return or pay any return shipping fee. As for the item(s), you can keep it and deal with in any way you want. We hope for your understanding and wait for your early reply. Then we will know the next step to help.

Paid for expedited shipping. Did not receive for weeks and only after got PayPal involved. Returning shipment most grueling experience I've been through as not responsive and took 4 "tickets" with customer service to get refund. They state once you send shipping information on returned items they will immediately credit you. This is bald face lie. Took weeks even after sending picture of tracking receipt. Can't contact them by chat line or phone. This is the worst online experience I have ever had!
I ordered 3 swimsiuts but the one didn't fit. When I contacted Rotita to exchange for different size they said they cant exchange as it was delivered more than 30 days ago! I received the slip for collection from the post office 2 days previous to me collecting! The items took 3 months to receive! Never again will I order from them.
I have purchased swimwear that does not fit. Trying to return it and cannot access my account. I can pull up my order, but keeps saying I have no acct? But, keep getting e-mails? Not happy at all with their procedures. Should be less complicated.

This is a scam outfit, dishonest and incompetent. I am in the process of a claim with PayPal, whom I hope will stop dealing with this company. They sent wrong size, then refused to answer any correspondence until I got Paypal involved. Refused to reimburse shipping, which is so expensive, it's not worth returning for refund. Horrible company. I suspect those positive reviews are phonies!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
