I bought what looked like the cutest bathing suit ever, I seen on Pinterest. I ordered it for a trip I was going on a month away. First off, it arrived the weekend after my trip. Very disappointed! I tried it on and the fit wasnt just right. The top seemed ok, a little over the top.
But the bottoms skirt seemed a little long. Well I still wanted to try it out, so I packed it for my next beach trip. I put it on and went out to the beach. As soon as I got out of the water the skirt stretched down to my knee caps
I was walking out of the water looking like a foul holding my skirt up. Needless to say, the ppl I was with was dying laughing while I was looking stupid! If you want a good laugh buy from this company
I purchased three tops back in May. They are the cheapest and most horribly made garments. Sizes are off, construction is shoddy. Following their return procedure is pointless since they only respond with requests to accept products at increasing discounts. These goods cant even be resold on eBay due to their horrendous manufacture. What a scam. Avoid doing business here.
Ordered swim wear - was concerned when the dispatch email gave two dates for refunds if your delivery didn't arrive! If you start your delivery correspondence with "50% refund if you don't get it by this date, and 100% refund if you don't get it by that date" you think it must be trouble! Delivery was overdue - read dreadful reviews and thought "Oh no!" However, to my surprise my swimwear arrived! Pretty much as advertised, quality is OK/basic, could be better. I used their sizing charts to order and it's sized correctly. Took about a month from order to delivery. I seem to be one of the lucky ones - and have to say they've done ok by me.
I bought $100 in bathing suits at the beginning of June, it is almost August and still no clothes. I opened a ticket and the first response was fast but when I said just refund my money, absolutely no response so for the past 2 week. This company is a RIP off. I wish I was would have researched them better before I bought from them. Buyer Beware
Unfortunately for me I ordered 5 bathing suits thinking what a great price! First of all it took forever to get them and then after opening the package, total disappointment. They didnt fit at all and the quality was horrible! So then I did what they asked, following their customer service rules to return them and all they kept saying in their response emails was would I accept a partial refund. I kept stating NO, I wanted a full refund. After about 10 emails, that never happened. I lost about $60! There should be a law against people like this doing business in our country. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought a Khaki pant set from this company and it come to me in rayon material. The blouse was not finished, so it only covered the top portion of my chest. Also the sizes were smaller than stated. I have never had such horrible experience with ordering clothing before. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I saw this company advertised as LilyGal about a year ago when I ordered what looked like cute clothes at a reasonable price. It took nearly a month to get to me and that was my first clue that it was probably from China. That is when I looked at all the bad reviews and I have to agree. The quality of the clothing was terrible. Everything was dry clean only. The coat I ordered in my normal size would have fit my 8 year old granddaughter better. LilyGal must have gotten enough bad reviews but instead of any improvements they have just renamed it to Rotita. Similar clothing, same models, Same scam. I don't know how this is allowed to even be a legitimate webstore or how they stay in business. They should be taken off the internet.

My first site jabber review. Wish I'd checked here before my $150+ order. Everything you've read is true. Once you place your order you can't get back onto web site to contact customer service etc. Fishy as heck.
Ordered a item paid for 6 to 8 day shipping 30days later nothing, and tracking shows still in transit. The same info after sending in a ticket.
Purchased this dress - they shipped it fast but when I saw it... it was evident how they managed that. Loose stitching throughout (clearly visible)... could not fully unzip to try on because the idiot that made it stitched the outer zip section up preventing it from fully going down all the way (when you look inside you can see there is more zippage that should go down more).
You have to raise a ticket, attach images (yet their stupid website has size restrictions) then you get waffle bad grammar replies trying to give you partial refunds which given they knew they dispatched a crap quality dress out to me... is not on!
Such a palaver - shop with them hit n miss at your own spending risk! They are refusing to refund me in full so I have sent them a stern email (*******@rotita.com) and they will never see my money again... but that bounced back with 'raise a ticket' auto response. They are totally evasive!

Ordered swimsuits, very cheap material and TWO to THREE SIZES too small! Contacted company, they said 'spoke to my manager many times, will give 80% refund and let you keep item, how is this? What is your decision?" Believe me, from reading these reviews, I am sure I won't get a refund at all. If I do, I'll come back and update. But, BE FOREWARNED, they seem NOTORIOUS for CHARGING YOUR CARD EVEN MORE than what you ordered, never giving refunds! Criminals! So much for ethics in China!
Rotita does not honor their return policy. They tell you they have a return address in the USA for merchandise you want to return. But according to a recent review they required her to spend almost $40 to return merchandise to China. They are not honest. They won't issue you an RMA number to return items if you want a FULL refund. They try every which way to get you to take a percentage of the money you spent on their clothing instead of a full refund for all items you want to return. They pretend that there is a "manager" who won't let them offer you more than, say 80%. This is very similar to the Ethiopian scam but this appears to be based in China - but who knows. The clothing looks good online but is not as nice in person. Dealing with such an underhanded, illegitimate business that will not fulfill their published return policy is a very bad idea. Don't do it. It's not worth it. There are many more businesses that you can buy from that are legitimate and honor their policies and care about their customers as well as their merchandise. Rotita is a scam.
Yes i returned items and sent several times the UPS tracking information and sent them where UPS said it was delivered. I never received my refund
Ordered BEFORE vacation. Should have been here before leaving according to shipping times. Was not at house AFTER returning from vacation. Tracking says it is finally in the country? Hard to get a new password to sign in to further track and make comments. In limbo I guess. Hope it arrives someday. I will not order from them again due to delayed shipping, which in some instances, you are not aware of until AFTER the order is placed
I ordered 2 swimsuits, one for me and one for a friend. The suits did not fit either one of us. The bra cups are small and round (very strange, is this what Chinese women wear?) The suits are small in some places and big in others. I tried to return them and found out I would have to jump through several hoops and pay for shipping to China. After sending them a picture of why the suit didn't fit and filling out a questionnaire, they said to keep the suits and they would refund half my money. I decided it would be easier just to keep them, now I hate every time I wear one.

I have to pay postage to get that much of a refund. The ad says... if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange within 30 days of receipt,... but not 100% refund.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
