Ordered an item that was supposed to make it in 7-10 days. I got an email stating it could arrive in 3 months, so I tried to cancel. Too late they said. So I was just going to wait for it. It's now been 3 weeks and has been bouncing around post offices for over a week now because the address is missing or something. No indication from USPS. So now apparently it's back to China. Will NEVER use again. Horrible experience.
I ordered two blouses and prepaid by PayPal, blouses arrived and looked terrible on tried to return them, unable to return unless I paid to mail them back to China. If I returned them by US mail I would have lost not only the charges for the blouses but also the postage to China. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered 2 swimsuits that took forever to receive. When I finally got them they were very poor quality and one didn't fit at all (both were same size). When I tried to correspond with them, the "on-line" chat was NEVER up. When I tried to sign into my account, they said I had used the wrong password. When I clicked for a new password, I got nothing (a link was never sent to reset password). When I tried emailing them, I got "try again, our email is down for updating). I tried each of these attempts at least 6 - 12 times and NEVER got through to them. I just resigned myself to the fact that I got SCAMMED (as it seems many others have as well). This outfit needs to be removed from the internet... it is nothing but a HUGE SCAM. I didn't realize when I ordered that it was from Shanghai China or I would NEVER have ordered in the first place. RIP-OFF COMPANY
I ordered two blouses from this company. Both were cheap and ugly. I will never wear either of them. No matter how good it looks, don't order. The pictures do not accurately depict the product.
This business takes forever to deliver, does not respond to requests regarding your order and finally their products look cheaper and sleazier then the sale bin at any "inexpensive" store that you can picture. The material is not as represented, the stitching looks as though a five-year old was running the machine (come to think of it, maybe that's the case) and the sizing and construction are totally crazy. Total waste of money.
TERRIBLE service! Order was not received. Ordered April 30,2018 still nothing August 5th. The tracking number LiliGal sent me wasn't recognized by UPS or Canada Post. Worst of all, I paid via PayPal and they have refused to send a refund.
I needed a swimsuit to fill out the rest of the summer. Don't care if it lasts until next year as I don't expect to be the same size.
I was nervous about sending money to China. Some companies there are perfectly ethical, others not so much. But the fact that they use Paypal lessened my fears.
I ordered on a Sun & had it the following Sat.
The color was exactly as seen in the pictures. The fabric was the typical "Lycra-like" fabric found in most cheap suits.
The top was surprisingly very well crafted for a $30 suit. (See pictures.)
The bottoms, not so much. It had only three seems. I would prefer a more substantial waistband on them. It was typical "Walmart-like" quality.
The fit was better than expected. I expected it to tug on my shoulders as Chinese products are always short in the body. ( I guess they just don't have enough large Americans there to get accurate sizing for us. :) ) The tug on the shoulders is there but barely noticeable.
Their web site clearly says "good quality for non-high end clothing" and that is exactly what I got. What can you really expect for $30 for a swim suit?
Seroously, people. If you want really good quality and exceptional customer service, you're going to have to pay more than $30.
Customer Services number NEVER picks up! No Emails answered or returned! No refunds! Purchased swimsuits and never RECIEVED! I WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREAU!
''30 days easy return' does not indicate that you have to return the item to America! It would have cost me 18 Euros to post my swimsuit back. Heaven knows what it would cost to post heavier items. No wonder they offer partial refunds for you to keep the item. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS.
These are by far the worst swimsuits I have ever seen. The quality is like that of a school girl learning how to sew. The size was not correct at all. Total waste of money!
Ordered ten items (129.00) in June 2018; arrived July 2018. Poor quality material and Chinese (small) sizing means no thanks! Followed refund policy, to no avail! They do not grant refunds - even though their policy clearly states it! DON'T ORDER! If you are like me, left with this material and no funds, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB in the least!

I ordered a swimsuit from this company before looking at any reviews. My mistake. The clothing they sent me was not what I ordered. Not a swimsuit, not the right size. You then send in a ticket to them to try and return the product and their first response is to offer you a refund of 50%. Again, not the right size, not what I ordered. You need to pay to return products.
I Have been emailing back and forth with Rotita for at least 8 emails re returns. The latest reply from Rotita says, "Sorry. You didn't order from this site". I looked at the bag my order came in and they don't even has the company name on it. They did not send an invoice with the package, They do every thing they can to make returns impossible. I know I ordered from the Rotita site. The items I ordered continue as popups from Rotita on my computer. This company is completely DISHONEST. Do not deal with them! Evidently in China one can conduct business any way they choose.
Cheap quality fabric. I have been in a few weeks struggle to return an item. I received no invoice or packing slip with my order. I received no email from Rosita when I placed order or when order was shipped containing order number. Therefor I have no order number! I emailed Rosita re return & they will not okay return until I give them my order number. Soon it will be past their 30 day refund policy. This company does not seem to be an honest company!
Read the reviews and DON'T purchase from this site. Worst customer service EVER. Can't contact rotita for refund information.

Orderd nice striped hoody it finally came but the wrong size i wanted l and got xl.So i returned to the return address on post only to find out it was the wrong address.So they told me it was to go back to usa not some unit here in uk. Why didnt they send me correct return add with return label like they ment to. I did get a refund but they didnt want to pay full amount at first 80% went to my account for another purchase so i bought the correct size that came today it fits.If you use them alot you get l points i used them along with the refund and bought a second top hope thats here soon. Yes the clothes are made in CHINA and come from shanghi its from a poor place and the sizes are ok if you read the size chart & dont mind POLYESTER!

Goods arrived, nothing like the item ordered. They refuse to cover return costs, will not refund me until I return the trash they sent, at my expense. To supply something not as described in their sales literature, then refuse to correct the matter must be illegal, surely?

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
