Don't buy from them!

I made the mistake by not checking them out first. I placed an order and all was fine. I order size L and it all fit and quality was equal to the price. I then placed a second order all size L and they were soooo small and the quality was extremely poor. You can forget about sending anything back, I settled for a partial refund and cut my losses.

Received produc6, (after I cancelled my order) wrong size.
Guess Medium in English is different than CHINESE.
Too small no return policy no response.
Stay away no wonder I am skeptical to order on line.
From anyone. American made is better and more honest.!

This company is a rip off!

I received my three items. I ordered mediums, i usually wear small but i knew they were coming from China. They were all too small. When we tried to return them, it was impossible! We ended up getting a 12$ refund for 88.00 worth of merchandise. Buyer beware! This company is a ripoff!

I purchased 2 bathing suits. Poorly made. Cheap material. One was damaged. You need a ticket to return. They never got back to me. Opened a dispute with PayPal. More time wasted. First offered me partial refund and keep merchandise. I declined. Next wanted me to return to China but would not send a prepaid mailer for damaged merchandise. I finally called my credit card company and they resolved it. Got a refund but the whole transaction took 4 months. There are enough credible companies around without ordering from these Chinese scam artists. Never again.

Rotita has the exact same items as Lilygal. Same pictures and items, and I ordered a swim suit back on June 6 and it is sept 24 and i still have not received it. I have tried to get in contact with them but i never get an answer back. I called the post office and gave them my tracking number and the post office told me that they can not track the kind of tracking number Lilygal gave me. It still to this day says my package is in Chicago and cleared for delivery since June 16. They have to change their name because too many people are catching on to them.

I would leave 0 if possible. This is the WORST quality garbage I have ever seen. I should have known better. There return policy is a joke. If you bought there garbage just take the 50% and take it as a lesson learned or you will be out 100%. This company is a scam that just anticipates you will try to return there garbage and gives you half back to avoid there stupid games. I bought over 250$ worth of stuff I would be afraid to burn. It smells like glue and feels like disposable material. Awful place!

Poor customer service

This company is about your money and not your satisfaction. The pictures are wonderful to look at, but the merchandise are not, and for the most part not what you will receive. They do not want to refund your money at any cost. The communication is like "I don't speak english". RUN!

Dont buy from this company

I ordered 3 bathing suits back on Feb 3rd of this year. Only received 2 of them... Order # was W**************... will include a picture of the one I never received... so I would like my refund of $ 41.81... my total order was $115.17 and this can be verified thru my Pay Pal Account... Kay W

Their cheap, sleazy crap ships from CHINA! Returning something to China costs far more than the item is worth. So you will wind up throwing it away and be out the money you spent. Just donate the money to charity. At least that way you get a write off.

I ordered three shirts. Two were shapeless and did not go in at the waist as shown on the website. The material is flimsy. The colors are much brighter than illustrated in the advertisement. It took early a month to receive the order. The pictures look great but in actuality, these are cheaply constructed garments.

I do not recommend lili gal for any purchase. I ordered a jacket and the sizing was off by two sizes. But, the worst part is that the jacket had a horrible smell. So bad that I
Was ill from the smell. I had to refold and repackage the garment, seal it up and place
It in the garage to get it out of the house. When I asked for a refund they used a
'ticket' method which was confusing. Who does that? Then they offered me a 50%
Refund noting that I was responsible for the postage back to China. I am disgusted
And wanted to alert other people who are considering lili gal to not waste your
Money or time on this company. Cheap, smelly stuff that cannot be returned.

I would add a photo, but it would be of me holding my breath from the stench.

Ripoff return process

Liligal makes it virtually impossible to return an item. First they offer you a half refund and to keep the item. When I replied that I'd like a full refund and I'd like to return the shirt, they sent an ominous reply that it is "unfortunate that I wouldn't take them up on their offer." Honestly... it was a creepy email; it sounded like they were threatening me. Now, I'm trying to submit a ticket to return my item and the website glitches each time I get to a certain step of the return process. So, it looks like their email was true: accept the half refund or lose everything you spent. Liligal seems to know their products are POORLY made and that everyone will want to return their clothes. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Knew I would have to pay return postage if I wasn't happy, so just ordered two $30 tops. I was shocked at the poor quality and horrible fit. I ordered according to the sizing chart, but they were huge. I can not over state the poor quality. I will NEVER wear these items. I settled for the 50% refund rather than pay postage and go through the USPO hassle. That was dealt with quickly, but I have to check my credit card to verify if it went through. They looked so nice in the photos. Don't be fooled. Good dish rags.

Return ripoff process

The clothing is awful - poorly made and rough fabric. When I wanted to return, they immediately tried to convince me to keep the clothes for a reduced price. Then I had to pay the cost of the return. I'll stick with Amazon Prime from now on.

Victims, please don't be upset. Let's get together, HOW WE CAN MAKE ACTIONS TO STOP THESE cheating companies. Please don't be angry, let's make a better world. Anything we can do, PLEASE POST HERE.

I bought a clothes, this is my first time buying from ROTITA, the most horrible online con company. The bad things are they still promo the picture online which buyer will not get what they see on the picture. The picture looks beautiful, but the real clothes is soooo ugly. I sent back it cost me $17.3. I was asking they should pay back the USPS cost. But, they don't.

I ordered a top that was defective. It was made from two different fabrics. I tried to return it, but could only do so if I paid shipping. Since the top they sent me was not properly made, I did not think I should pay for return shipping. They did refund 80% of the purchase price, but I still ended up paying 20% of the selling price for something I will throw out.

NEVER AGAIN! SCAM COMPANY

I ordered a "copy Gucci" dress on the Rotita website, and because I didn't want to be bombarded with Rotita emails every second, I signed in as a guest.
The dress has now arrived and its a TERRIBLE material and design and obviously I want to return it and get a refund (which I was assured I could do when I placed the order). However, when I now go back to the site to sort a refund, I need a password (which I didn't set to start with) so am unable to return the jolly thing! I have tried emailing/web chatting the company and had no response.
Last time I will be using them!
