The top looked pretty and reasonably priced and was deluded enough deluded to think it came from America. When it arrived foulest smell as I opened the plastic bag. Felt the "fabric," it was slimy. No label inside no address or purchaser information. I tried it on and it was a clingy disaster. Obviously Asian sizing. I am pretty annoyed as I am on a fixed income and can't afford to waste $50 Australian dollars on this ghastly product. It is not good enough to donate to charity shops. I feel totally ripped off. I have never written a bad review before but the Liligal website looked very attractive. I was going to order some more items. So glad I waited to see what this one was like before I did. That is the only bright part of my sorry tale.!
I ordered a very cute jean jacket but didn't wear it until 30 days had passed. I was totally humiliated at work when my coworkers noticed how the sleeves did not match. I sent pictures to Rotita but they refused to replace or refund the item.
I purchased 2 bathing suits from this company and the quality was HORRIBLE. I threw them in the trash after reading these comments (wish I had read before) because it wasn't worth the postage to ship the CRAP back to China.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I will ALWAYS check for reviews from now on when buying from an online company I've never heard of. Lesson learned

Very poor customer service
I ordered 2 blouses and 1 pair of palazzo pants. The sizes are accurate. However the zipper on the palazzo pants are on the right hand side (should be on the left hand side) and the top section of the zipper catches the fabric and very hard to unzip. I struggled for 15 minutes before I was able to get the zipper down. Since I can fix this issue I decided to not return. I have sent an email to Rotita. Waiting for a response back. The service is slow. Took 5 days to for my shipment to be sent and did not receive it for another 9 days. I believe there is an option for faster delivery for a charge. With other companies getting items delivered in half the time with free delivery, I would think that Rotita would prefer more business and get the shipping updated to a faster delivery. I know I would order more, but not with this slow service.
No return address and clothes are terrible quality. Postage to China to return goods is worth more than actual clothes which is what they count on.
It took 3 weeks for the order to arrive and when it did, I couldn't believe the smell when I opened the package. Extremely poor quality and doesn't look like the online picture. Will NEVER order anything else from this company!
Ordered one sweater to test the quality, company, etc. Waited forever, although was charged immediately. Finally received - poor quality, no label in the collar; return very obscure. Ordered a medium which is normal for me, and it felt like an XS. Rather than hassle w/return, I'll just give it to charity. It is nothing like the picture, and nothing I would wear anyway. So disappointed - it looked so cute on line, but very deceptive advertising. Will never order again.
I ordered a red and white top that was $31. It arrived in the sealed gray shipping bag inside its own clear bag which was soaking wet. The top was drenched with something which caused the red dye to blead onto the white. Totally ruined. How does that even happen? When I contacted customer service, they wanted ME to pay to ship this soaking wet ruined item back to them on my own dollar and only offered me a 50% refund. Buyer beware!
I recently purchased a dress from this site. My first red flag should have been that it was estimated 4 weeks for standard shipping, so it was obviously coming from over seas. When it arrived, it looked like something I patched together in my 6th grade home Ed class. That fabric was cheap, the dress is boxy I couldn't tell the front from the back(there was also no tag) there is a seam right down the front, and all of the edges look like they are about to unravel. I fear if I wash it one time it's done. I really love the style of the dress but the quality is very bad.
I purchased 2 dresses and the fit was perfect, beautiful fabric and I absolutely love them. Will definitely be ordering off this site again
The pretty photos are misleading to the extremely poor quality.
The clothes ship from China and are horrible quality with Asian sizes and proportions.
Total junk.
They will not issue a call return tag so you have to ship back to Chona at you expense.

I placed an order in June 2018 and paid for it. To date I have received nothing, and no response to emails. So frustrated and angry!
These are all the same distributor. They have even more than the above mentioned names. Watch for the same models and dresses in each site.
The facts are these: I purchased over $350 in dresses from this site. Over 75% had manufacturing defects and deformities that made them unwearable. I contacted the site for an exchange (not even asking for a refund) and filed a claim on their 100% satisfaction policy. Within 24 hours I was no longer able to log in to my own account on their site, nor renew the password or any other method of accessing my claim or order history. I had been completely stone-walled. I still have a full case of dresses that are not only cut improperly, but have no lining, are very cheaply made, cut badly, and sewn with very very poor workmanship, and are quite ugly in reality. And on top of that, I was completely blown off from the company, in spite of their satisfaction policy. It turns out, this all comes from China, and our Federal Trade Commission cannot enforce their promises to trade or refund. It is all straight up lies.

Bad quality fabric and workmanship. Looks nothing like the photo (very boxy). Their cheap, sleazy crap ships from CHINA! Returning something to China costs far more than the item is worth so you will wind up throwing it away and be out the money you spent. Just donate the money to charity, at least that way you get a write off. I'm taking the four tops I purchased to the women's shelter.
They never issued me my refund, even after I sent them confirmation of them receiving my returned item! I've made 5 (FIVE) attempts to contact their customer service department to question the location of my refund, It's been nearly 3 weeks since I returned the swim suit! Don't waste your money, buy your clothing elsewhere!
I actually found Liligal's clothes on ANOTHER WEBSITE--unfortunately I didn't write it down, but they were identical to the clothes sold by Liligal, and CHEAPER TOO! Liligal BUYS these clothes and resells them at twice the price--that's why they're so expensive. And that's why you can't exchange them for a different size. They don't even manufacture them themselves! I reported Liligal to PayPal, and PayPal actually refunded me the difference between what I paid for the clothes from Liligal and what was refunded me, because Liligal had LIED to me, that "my exchange had been approved." I spent $14 to return the clothes, then Liligal STILL only refunded me half the price. I asked PayPayl to remove them as a PayPal vendor.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
