I was so excited when I found this website with nice dresses and I thought I will be unique,
I was shocked when I receive the dresses they were totally the opposite of the pictures, the material is cheap and of poor quality it doesn't worth the price. They are easy to refund half of the money knowing they've already gained from their high pricing and the dresses were not worth keeping
I wish I should have read the reviews before ordering, so people stay away from rotita to save your money and check the reviews before orders.
Still have not heard from them after they stated via their site that I would get an approval to send the clothing back for a return. After reading these reviews, I am not at all confident that I will receive a response. Had I known this was a China based company, would not have ordered plus took a very long time for the order to arrive. Very disappointing but hope people understand that this is not a company to do business with for sure! ( Also thought it strange I had to add photos of my order to get permission to return?)

I ordered an XL sized blouse as I'd read this store's sizes ran small. They weren't kidding in the reviews. The shirt fits like a small sized shirt and is useless to me. I took a chance as I understood from the reviews, also, that returns are all but impossible at this company. Now I need to find someone small enough to be able to wear this XL shirt. Ridiculous!
I ordered a dress for my son's wedding urgently and when it arrived I was soooo pleased, the dress was so beautiful, size accurate, exactly what they show in the photos! We have to understand this is an online shop, measurements are up to us, the quality is really good for the price! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! Happy customer!
I ordered clothing, of which 2 pieces did not fit. I attempted to receive "approval" from them to return items within 30 days, however, they ignored my repeated requests. They are attempting to get out of returning my money. ROTITA Is a SCAM! If you like something they are selling, look for it from another retailer.
Just horrible. Would put you off ordering online. I ordered what looked like very nice, distressed leather boots, what arrived were shiny plastic, horribly uncomfortable and the ugliest boots I've ever seen!

They refunded me one of the three tops I ordered the next day. It still wasn't over, I had to submit ANOTHER ticket demanding a full refund which they did the next day. People, be aware of this company. They caused me so much stress, I felt violated to say the least. Unbelievable!

MY top has been in China since 11/5/18 with no other updates SCAM rotita.com.The company rotita.com did not waste anytime taken my money. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Didn't know they were in China and the clothes would arrive (if they arrived which 2 out of 3 were billed 2 months ago and still haven't arrived. One of my paid orders was cancelled without warning and I had to reorder.
The merchandise takes over a month to receive (from China), and is of very poor quality. They offered me a mere 13% refund... rip off!
I ordered a dress from Rotita and it has not shipped. I was given a delivery date that has come and went. Now they are telling me that I will have to wait until 12/22/18, and then I will get a refund. I don't want to wait almost two months for a dress I paid for and via tracking show it hasn't left China! They, Rotita, that these negative reviews are fake! Well this 68 year old woman is not fake by any means! P---ed off yes! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!
Ordered five items, two of which were okay. Trying to return the other 3 for a month now. Haven't sent me the address to return. Website is impossible to navigate. Every time you click on a field, it throws you back out to the login. Don't know if I will EVER get my money back but at least I can help by warning everyone I know to stay away from this website.
Don't believe their claim of money back! You pay cheap prices and get appropriately cheap crap. They advertised a "sweatshirt" but it's made of nylon tricot -- not sweatshirt material. I wrote a negative review and guess what? They never posted it. Surprise surprise.

Received my order in a bag marked XL but the blouse was marked S and it was small. I reached out twice via FB Messenger. Apparently the Chinese don't care whether you are a satisfied customer because they can always find another sucker to believe in their money back guarantee.
Never again will I ever order from liligal. That extremely long shipping time was never HIGHLIGHTED anywhere when I placed my order. That had no problem taking my money. That shouldn't have happened til I received the order. And what if the size was wrong or product defective? It could take a year for something that I don't want by then... very poor liligal. Very poor. I'm guessing that's why your clickbate is gone. You failed.
They will not refund my money? They are stealing from customers! I have not received product nor do I want it! I wanty money back and have been in communication with a Judy with Rotita and she has sent me wrong order number as well as wrong time And date of order! She makes every excuse in book to not send money back! Just sad and terrible! I even went through PayPal but even their resolution center said there is nothing they can do until Rotita sends me my money back! Rotita are thieving liers and Don't waste time money on their products! ROTITA GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
