I wished I looked for reviews before ordering from Rotita. I think I was scammed. From the reviews I just read I don't expect to see the clothing I ordered. My order is really late, they don't respond to email at all. Don't order from this site!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I never write a bad review. However, I have NEVER ordered from a company like this either. First, the quality of the items I received was very thin & cheap. After returning the items, they only refunded half of my order; they wanted me to receive store credit for the rest. I was not interested, so they said they would refund the remaining balance in July 2018 but never did. I kept waiting for it to appear on my credit card, but finally had to reach out to them again in Dec via their 'tickets.' They said they needed my PayPal acct number, which PayPal doesn't actually use. I figured they could refund the rest just like they did the original partial refund in July, but I had to send them my email address, the original receipt number & invoice id. I hope after 5 months, I finally get the rest of my money back! I also have to reset my password every time I log into Rotita.com. I think they actually just try to make everything as difficult as possible. Please do not order from this site!
I still can not find my order placed on Nov 24th. Today is 18th of Dec. My holiday partys are about over and my party top is still not here. DHL wont call me back. And NO phone number for Liligal to call them. Very few replys from lilgal. And really NO information from them when I got a reply... They do not have to worry about ME being a return customer... no way.

Ordered a Christmas top on Dec 7th and after order was placed I learned that it will arrive some time in January. Seriously?! That makes the top useless to me. They also charged my credit card a 3% foreign transaction fee without my knowing where they are located. If I get the product at all I'm sure there will be no way it will fit going by the reviews I've read. I guess I'm lucky I'll only be out $28. For others who have lost much more there should be some legal recourse! These guys are thieves. I wish I would have read reviews b4 I ordered
After waiting 5 weeks for one item, I sent several emails without success. They just don't answer; they don't have a toll-free number and the so-called chat line doesn't work! With this kind of attitude, why are they still in business? I agree with others: stay away from this outfit and spread the word. Rotita is a waste of time. Still don't have the item, no answers from this outfit and I may have to claim a refund through PayPal.
Rotita is a SCAM, I unfortunately ordered few dresses without reading the review. When I got them after a long time, the clothes were badly sown, VERY POOR fabric and wrong sizes. ROTITA is a THIEF. Buyers beware
Placed an order, the delivery date was disclosed AFTER the order was placed so I immediately cancelled the order. No refund; they offered store credit. I had been waiting for an different order which to date has not been delivered so I imagine I've been ripped off on that order as well.
You might as well put your money into a fireplace because not only are the clothes and shoes poor condition, you might as well forget trying to return... it just doesn't happen this place is a big scam!
I ordered two light jackets using their size chart. I am usually a Med, but ordered a Large and an x-large. The shoulder holes were too small as were the sleeves.
And when I missed the return date and wrote to explain that I had been 1500 miles away from my home, caring for my Dad and closing up his home after his funeral, I asked them to allow a return or refund. They wrote back a prefunctary letter that told me I missed the date and surely I could understand. No Empathy, No understanding, no exceptions.
I sincerely suggest you use a more professional company with better customer service and better reviews.
I ordered two costs from LiLigal. They are of the worst quality. One has sleeves so narrow that no one in the household can get them up their arms. The fabric of both is horrible. There is no information included to return them. Do I am out $70.00 and still have to buy a coat. I will never order clothing from the internet again unless from reputable company. I learned an extensive lesson.
If you can wait 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive, go ahead. Haven't received it yet, but I have a feeling it will NOT be worth the wait. It comes from China, I should have known better but I was not reading carefully and typing too fast because the price was good and I needed something for my Christmas party. It's tomorrow, and the item is still in LA. Stay the hell away. NEVER AGAIN, lesson learned. The good reviews on here must be planted.
PLACED AN ORDER FOR ALMOST $1000 CANADIAN - PAID IN US DOLLARS. THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT WARNING AND I NEVER GOT MY REFUND! Ordered what appeared to be 2 nice quality blouses & paid by credit card & arrived 6 weeks later. Both blouses were made of chintzy, garbage material that were probably sewn by 7 year old children. The typical JUNK you would have gotten back in the 1960's from Shanghai, China. Yes, they're based there. It was near impossible to figure out how to apply for refund and when I went through their process it took another month to get email from them. Filled out info on their website, as instructed, went to post office, put tracking # on pkg & the info they wanted and mailed it. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, NEVER REC'D the PARTIAL CREDIT they promised. NOTHING. $62.00 plus $9.00 Shipping down the drain. The FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION needs to be notified of this SCAM!
BUYER BEWARE! I returned clothes for refund because they were too small. I still haven't received acknowledgement of the refund. If I get my refund, I will gladly retract this post. In the meantime, DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM ROTITA OR ROSEWE!
I bought the long bright blue long sleeve dress that one side shoulder is sitting down near the elbow somewhere. Looks fabulous on their website... When I received it today. Not happy at all. Not even the same fabric used in the pictures. Poor poor quality, and the shade of blue doesn't come close to the colour on website. Cheap quality fabric. And a long shipping time.On website said it's worth over $100, I wouldn't even give them $20 for this. I wish I had found this revue forum before I would never have bought from them Never ever buying from these people again.
Ordered a slew of clothes for an up coming holiday cruise. Used the sizing chart and nothing fit! I ordered mostly XL and the dresses are like US size 6-8. No refund because they say it's past 30 days. It been less than 3 weeks since I received them. Evidently I kiss my $ good bye...

Items are of very poor quality and God forbid if you need to return them. Rotita has a very complicated system for doing so. They won't give you an address for returning an item until AFTER you submit a return request on-line. The return request requires a photo of the item. But when you try to upload the photo, you'll get error messages saying the photo is too large, even though it's within their guidelines. After several attempts to submit the return request, you get a message that says "timeout" requiring you to start over! I can see where some customers would get frustrated and say "forget it"! I think that's what they're counting on. I will NEVER order from this CHINESE company again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
