I agree with all... horrible customer service, takes very very long time to receive. 16 days in and I'm still waiting for my order, I've spent $145 on vacation clothes in shoch I've had to go buy at a store since my order isnt here. Shop company Venus took 4 days and my order was as promised.
Ordered a shirt and lightweight coat from Rotita last year. They arrived and were, to put it politely, cheaply made and entirely unsatisfactory. I tried to log into their return page but it refused to recognize my order number. Spent over an hour trying to find a phone number or online contact but they offer absolutely no way to contact them that I could find.
So I turned the whole matter over to my credit card company, who tried for months to make contact and were also unable to do so and as a result I'm stuck for the full purchase price. Prospective buyers beware - they may not be a scam in terms of not sending your merchandise, but as far as returns are concerned: SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I saw all these reviews and was nervous but an add popped up for this cute St. Patrick's day top. I decided to take a chance on it and two other things (one of which I saw reviewed on youtube) and went thru paypal in case of problems. I received everything in a reasonable time, everything fit according to size and quality is fine for what I paid.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS NOR DO THEY HAVE A SITE WHERE YOU CAN GET INTOUCH WITH THEM. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL
I ordered six dresses. I thought I received the wrong order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The items they sent were horrible and cheap. One dress was supposed to be flowy... it was fitted and the only thing that matched the picture was the color!
Purchased a swimsuit back in September of last year (2018), loved it, but it was too big, I then requested a return label so that I could send it back and exchange it to a smaller size M. I returned the item back late September and never received my exchanged item 'til this date. I have been in contact with the company back and forth about this and even thou I have placed the RMA number they request to be placed in the return bag (I placed inside and out) they claim they never received it, and simply won't send me the correct item back. So now I'm left without my money of purchase, money paid for the return and nothing to show for it. Maybe I should have kept the wrong size if I had known I would have this much of a headache. I want my money back at this point. I will never purchase from this company again, and will make sure to make people aware of their unorganized business place, where they receive mail and shipments, loose them internally or maybe they sell them again for double the profits, and simply does not care for their clients.
At the end now I told I had placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they responded this: "ok". They know nothing will be done against them, because they are located outside of the United States. They should not be able to do any business here, if this is how they do it. Very Unfortunate Thing. Its sad. But I'm sure to tell everyone about it, and I wont purchase anything from them or another like this again.
I purchased the shirt the BEGINNING of February. I have sent emails. Got some bogus reply about email full i want a refund! I have to wait till April 20 for full refund it take 60 days to get the article and or refund.
I ordered two tops. Both arrived in short order. One is fine - cute, casual. The other looks nothing like the pictures, nor is it accurately described. The description says it would be a 70 poly/30 cotton blend. It is actually 100% cheap thin polyester. The color is described and shown as 'wine red'. In actuality, it is a bright tomato red. The fabric in the photo lays flat and has a slight ribbing which further helps the drape. The actual fabric has no ribbing and does not hang well.
The last insult is that >this item< is NOT covered by their well-advertised return/refund policy. I went back into the original description, as if I were going to purchase this again and there is NOWHERE in the description that it says this item cannot be returned. However, when I went to fill out the required return form in the return section there is a big notice that says "This item is NOT covered by the return/exchange program. "
The only way you will find out that you can't return this is if you buy it and receive it, and then try to return it but you can't. So I am stuck with something I will never wear. It means that I just spent $55 on one top instead of two. This is my first and LAST interaction with this company. Everything you've heard about sneaky rotten e-commerce companies is exhibited by this product and their policies.
I purchased a blouse and a few sweaters - They were made of the worst and cheapest material I've ever seen in my entire life. I tried to steam the wrinkles out with an iron and the material burned like was.
Bought 3 shirts for nearly $80. Received, look nothing like pictures, material feels look ke crepe paper, fit is horrible. I've been contacting them everyday for 2 weeks as you need a return auth #. I ordered two tops for my wife for a valentines gift. I ordered on January 23,2019 and was given a receipt date of 2/6/19. It is now 2/17/19 and still have nor received the order. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I sent an email requesting a refund but have not received any response from company. I guess I will have to chalk this up as a total loss. An expensive lesson.
I placed an order on 1/28/19 and was quoted a delivery date no later than feb. 15th at the latest. I asked a question about sizing 4 days before placing an order and didn't get a response until 2 days after placing my order. My order number doesn't work. I have been "tracking" my 1 item since I got the tracking number. The tracking info stopped on Jan. 30 2019 and hasn't been updated since. First it was because of the "China Spring Festival" from February 1-10. And then I saw a message on their site stating that factory workers wouldn't return to work until the 11th of Feb. It's the 13th here in the states and the 14th in China and information still hasn't been updated. I've submitted many "tickets" to inquire about my item and haven't gotten a response in 5 days now, although it states it takes 1 day for them to get back to you. I even tracked it through their shipping company EMS and the information has been the same since January 30th..."Dispatch from sorting center." I only ordered a blouse for a party at the end of march and reading these reviews have me on edge. I at least want to get my item. The only reason I ordered from them is because my mom has ordered from them and gifted me 2 jumpsuits that fit nicely and she said they were based in California and that it didn't take long to recieve her items. I wish I woud have researched them more before placing an order. I would have been better off just going to Ross for a nice blouse. If I do get my item, I won't be a returning customer. They suck as far as customer service goes. I can't comment on the blouse because I haven't gotten it yet.
Placed an order, they confirmed it, then CANCELLED it saying they 'couldn't confirm it'. Blamed me for not replying to an email I never got (funny, my email addy worked fine for the original order conf and all the spam 'coupon' emails in the first 24 hours - plus 2, yes TWO working phone numbers with voice mail that they never tried). They said they refunded some of the money (which the cc company shows no sign of having been done) but put the rest in a store credit for me to use later. They couldn't fulfill the first order, and think I'd order from them again? Argued with them, they said they'd refund the rest (waiting to hear from cc company). Fraud, thievery, cheating skanks. Oh, and they're in China, which you REALLY have to search to find out.

Ordered a bathing suit on Jan. 13th as of Jan. 29th, I still don't have it! USPS shows it was refused delivery - however upon checking it never made it out of California! Who in the heck are they trying to deliver it to?! Ridiculous website, there is NO way to contact them. They have an email chat, however no one is there to do it. I doubt I doubt I get a refund!
Do NOT EVER order from Rotita. No customer service at all. They don't give refunds, even if merchandise is returned following their procedure. There is no email, and you can't talk to them. STAY AWAY from Rotita. Worst company ever.
The items that I ordered were poorly made and the wrong size. I cut my lost of $68. And threw them in the trash.
I ordered 4 bathing suites and only received 3. One was way too big and when I tried to return it and question why I only received 3 none of my order numbers or invoice numbers would work on their website. E-mail address does not work either and there is not a phone number where you can call. On-line chat does not work either. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them. Like everyone else I should have read the reviews. I highly doubt they will... and really don't think they care! Never again.

I ordered 4 tops at $109. Three of them were the correct size. The other one wouldn't fit my preteen daughter. One of the 3 that fit, does not resemble the picture shown, except in color. The shipment started in SHANGHAI. This means, you would have to file a claim with the FTC, not the BBB. They only offer 50% refund, and there is no phone number.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
