My first order was for two swimsuits that looked great on the models but like an old fashioned swim dress on me. So I sent them back at my expense and store credit. So I decided to use my credit and buy two shirts. Ordered them on March 23... I was wondering what was taking so long since it is now April 15th. It was only just shipped from Shanghai on April 10th! So long story short... so far the clothing has not been so cute... paid for my return and waiting waiting waiting for my current order. Lesson learned... just go to the mall. That's more fun anyway.
NEVER order from company online that do not have a valid phone number to reach. I ordered items & quality of material was cheap & shiny plus swimwear no type of stretch in it and sized incorrectly. I found out that these companies are overseas so that's what takes so long for order to be received. Do your research.
Poor quality dress doesn't fit. Return process is just as everyone else has described. Maybe my nieces will have fun with their new play dress.

I ordered 5 items and returned 3. Sizing was all over the place- one medium top looked like a big sack and the other medium top was TINY like for a child. The suits were very loose and flimsy so I sent one back I got a refund for 2 of the 3 items only and am out the shipping cost back to them. So far they kept the 3rd item and did not refund me because it was a 'sale' item. It did not say this when I purchased the items. Cost $105, refund $57. There is no customer service, no phone number available, everything is via a ticket and they expect you to upload pictures of the itmes, image of the shipping receipt (as if they are going to pay you back?), shipping # all over the package, and so on, yet don; t refund several items. Never ordering from this company again.

I ordered something over a month ago for my vacation. They sent out emails that it was going to be delayed. I contacted them to ask if they could cancel my order because it would arrive after my trip. Instead of getting back to me with a solution they waited a week and shipped it anyway and told me that I could just return it after my vacation or refuse the order. That means I've wasted my money
This clothing line is based in China. Poor quality and poor fit. This is usual for clothing made in China. Cute clothing but cheaply made. This is what China is all about. Be careful.

I decided to place another order to open a line of communication. After following someone's instructions regarding return/refund, I was told that "this wasn't the order." I KNOW it's not! They hemmed, hawed, responded in childish text (re: u didn't, etc... completely unprofessional)...
I filed several complaints about them with Consumer Affairs and several other sites and FINALLY after 4 months of COUNTLESS emails with morons, just got my refund this week.

After receiving the bathing suit, I found it to be a poor quality. I them emailed them, asking for a return label. They sent me a code and a return address which I applied to the package. Weeks later, I'm getting no where. They keep on sending me the same message. It's a total scam. Beware!

I ordered 3 tops from Liligal on 2 JAN 2019. When they finally arrived (almost a month later) they were of poor quality and poor fit. There was NO paper work in the bag of tops. No invoice, no return instructions. I Immediately contacted both Liligal and PayPal regarding my desire to process a return.
I have had NO response from either of them. I am out $90.06 and very frustrated.

I am not a customer and never will be. Their ads which show up on my newspaper are so annoying and distracting that it is hard to concentrate on the news content. I have complained on several sites but to no avail. And after reading all the bad reviews, I can see why this shoddy company has to advertise so aggressively. It has few repeat customers! Be smart. I ordered a dress for $32.34. The dress I received was poorly made bad quality and looked like my 10 year old grand daughter learning how to sew made it. This is unexceptable to even try to sale something like that. I have attempted to log on the website with no success. I have changed the password I don't know how many times with the same message that: Your email/password is incorrect. Please try again. The return policy requires that you to logon the website to get an application approval before returning the dress.So at this point I am out $32.34. I would recommend no one order from this company. I have never reported any business to the Better Business Bureau but I plan on it. This company is a scam!

Don't buy from this company. The clothing is not sized right so don't expect to be able to wear it. I did not get any documents on how to return the items so I contacted the company only to be "TOLD" to take a picture of the mailing label and it is was approved they would send me instructions on how to return them. No answer. Not sure where they are located but appears foreign and they don't treat customers like we do in the U.S.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
