Wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. 12+ weeks since placing order and my payment was processed. NO tracking available and NO merchandise received. NO way to reach anyone by phone! Sent email and will update this 1 star review if anything positive comes of it but reading reviews, I'm fairly certain I'm out $30... at least they GOT their stuff... I got nuttin! Grrrr... STAY AWAY.

Their procedure for making a return is not easy and it's difficult to follow the directions. There is no Customer Service and there is no way to get help. I ordered a size L in a white tunic top and it was even larger than an XL. The photo on their web page was much more attractive than the top I received. I fooled around so long trying to figure out how to return it that the 30 day limit for refunds has already passed. I also find their webpage difficult to use. I finally figured out how to message them and I received an answer. I had another question and messaged them and I received the same answer (word for word). It was obvious that their return messages are canned. I WILL NOT SHOP WITH LILIGAL EVER AGAIN.

Ordered 4 Shirts, all 70/30 polyester cotton... first Rotita send me tracking number, which was empty for 10 days before the actually shipped it, then the order arrived one month after my order was placed, just to discover that none of the shirts had any cotton what so ever. One of the shirts is as stiff as cardboard. When I contacted CS they just replied to send them back via their website... so now I have to pay to return them because they refused to send a prepaid return label... my advise... stay away from this fraudulent company

I placed a really big order (over $200). I paid through PayPal. They sent me emails asking for photos of my water or power bill to verify my address for shipment! I paid through PayPal! They had my address! I never received the merchandise. I put in a ticket and they said they were not "entitled" to process my refund. So then I go to PayPal and disputed the charge. Paying through PayPal is the only thing that saved my money. Please don't order from them! I have attached proof.

DO NOT purchase from this company. I only gave this company 1-star because I was forced to in order to submit this review.

I purchased four different items and all merchandise was faulty in all aspects to varying degrees... cheap fabric, seams sewed together without being square, neck opening would barely fit over my head and sleeves (both long and short) were crazy tight as if made for a child. All items had awkward sizing with absolutely no consistency.

BUYER BEWARE - cheap prices = cheap merchandise. You'll get even LESS than what you paid for. Save yourself a huge disappointment!

This is by far the worst business to do business with. I ordered one top selling for $30. It took over one month to arrive and it was not worth the wait. The top is made of the cheapest material possible. I am sure after one wash it will be put in my dust rag bag. The top I received looks nothing like the one advertised. Save your money. Thrift stores sell higher quality merchandise. I truly don't understand how they stay in business.

The blouses I ordered were way off on size and didn't fit. Material was terrible. I got an RMA to return the merchandise and followed the directions exactly. I requested my money back. I tracked the package and confirmed they received it but I did not receive my money as stated in their return policy. Tried to contact them. There is no phone contact at all. You have to submit a "ticket" on their site and they said no refund due as past 30 days but it wasn't. I returned the merchandise within 19 days. They are a rip off!
