Customer Service does NOT return messages. Clothes are very cheap and poorly made, bad fitting, and not what the pictures look like at all. I'm so disappointed in my non-returnable ugly purchase.
This Company is a scam. Ordered 2 shirts, never received my order, they debited account through PayPal, did a little research the phone number and email address are fraudulent. Wish I had done my homework before ordering.

This company will scam you if you try to return your item. I bought a bathing suit and had to return it, as it did not fit. It was confirmed by USPS that the items were returned, but the company will not refund me. I see that others have the same complaint. STAY AWAY!

USA photos used, items don't look as pictures, shipping forever, not use don't disclose, can't ship back makes impossible. Shop in use don't waste your time on over priced not as, shown.
DO NOT ORDER FROM LILIGAL. You cannot return an item. They make it impossible. I ordered a shirt. Way too small to size. Cheap material. My worst purchase ever. They won't be around long. STAY AWAY! Do not deserve one star. Should be minus 10.
The nerve of this company to ask for a rating! I ordered in January received my order in February returned the item according to the instructions two days later via USPS still haven't received a refund. Now they're saying it's past 30 days and they have no record of receiving the return merchandise although I have the confirmation of the item being received in the warehouse so now they're telling me I can't get a refund. I placed an order in April 2019. Received the merchandise which the items didn't fit. I went through the necessary steps to return the items. Sent them back via FEDEX. They were received and signed for by C. Chen and as of today... I still haven't received my refund. I've chatted with a generic person Anu who told me that it takes 30 days, which it is now past the 30 day mark. This person had the nerve to ask for a good review, but has not helped resolve my issue.
I was so disappointed in this sight. I ordered a few Holiday shirts In October of last year, I did not get them until AFTER Christmas! The whole point was to have a few cute items to wear BEFORE Christmas... They were very unhelpful and when I finally received my items, they were cute, fit was great... Let me preface what I'm about to write with the fact I have not yet received the product, so I cannot speak to the quality.
I can, however, share the deceptive way their website presents itself.
In Checkout, "Free Shipping" suddenly had a close to $8 non-optional insurance charge added to it.
And only after you place the order do you get the message, "How long will it take to receive your order?" It will be way longer than you thought. "Total Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time"
From my order screen:
We will give priority to items marked" Priority Dispatch", but in orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Processing Time - 6-10 business days
Shipping Time - 9-12 business days
Total Delivery Time - 15-22 business days
That's Business Days, so it's possible I won't see what I ordered for over 2 months, at which point the summery things I ordered will be nearly out of season.

I return my items and it was received by an agent. When I checked to see when my refund would be processed I got a generic response. I figured I'll give it some time to process but ironically not until I live chatted a few moments ago that the agent issued a refund.
When I ordered my swim suit from Rotita it offered 3-5 day shipping, I selected it as I had 9 days before my swim party. They took three days to process it and 8 days to ship it. Meanless to say, that was not the shipping I ordered and now they are refusing to refund my shipping costs, and the customer service is taking days in between answering my messages.
This is a horrible site and if I could give it a ZERO I would!
Unfortunately my daughter ordered two dresses from this website. The small was actually more of a medium to large. To return, you need to take a picture of the item. Then they send you a separate email with a link with the instructions and RMA. Then you need to return the item and pay for the postage (which was half the cost of the item). The materials are also of poor quality. Buyer beware.
I bought two dresses they fit fine but the material is cheapest material for that price is too much $ not worth it buying they nice folded that's why I give them 1 star
The product was not bad for the price but ill fitting for me. Trying to return it and get a refund was a joke. Several hoops to jump through including sending pictures as proof that you possessed the item. The process is very convoluted. If you can't/don't complete it they offer a 20% refund without the return hassle as an option! What a rip off! Steer clear of this company!
The quality is not always great for the fabric and /or fit. Not consistent. My wife has bought and worn some real cute tops but our of let's say 10 items we have purchased, 4 of them were never worn or given away.
Delivery is long.
Took forever to get my order and then when it didn't fit and had to return it. This was over a month ago and still haven't gotten my refund even though there were multiple emails back and forth with them. Now they are saying it's been 30 days since the purchase date and it's too late to refund me!
Let's see. One item still showed not shipped as of 5-28, I filed a complaint and they issued a store credit instead of a refund! I asked for a refund in my request not a store credit. I have yet to receive the items they informed me had shipped on 5-11. It is 5-29 and no items. Not sure about anyone else but even international mail can deliver within 2 weeks. They say they shipped Fedex. Fedex does not take 18 days to deliver a package! Do not buy if you have a deadline for receipt of your purchase.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
