I bought a two-piece swimsuit for my adult daughter who dislikes plunging necklines on bathing suits. The swimsuit looks great, but we are going to have to make some adjustments. It has a bra inside, but since there is no elastic across the back, there is nothing to hold the bra against the chest. We will have to attach an elastic band inside from side to side across the back to hold the bra to the chest. She may have to put some darts in the bra to make it fit better also. The short pants that come with the swimsuit top could have had better elastic in it. It doesn't fit snug around her waist, but the long top will cover it and we may not have to do anything. The fabric and stitching seem okay, it's just poorly designed. However, we are going to make do because the style is just what she wanted and it wouldn't be worth the hassle to return it.

Terrible customer service - sent me a completely different style and color of what I ordered. They refuse to pay for return shipping. Terrible customer service and shady business. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. And be careful as they have other names as well but same company.

I purchased two dresses, they did not fit. I returned them. I went through the proper steps, tracked the package and STILL have not received my credit. This is a total scam if you have to return anything. The only way to contact them is submitting a ticket and nothing is ever resolved. Terrible, scam, don't buy anything from them.

Horrible service

I received my items and had to return two of them. I paid to send them back. They received the items and NEVER credited my card. I emailed, chatted multiple times. I submitted tickets and could not get resolution. DO NOT BUY anything on this website.

Horrible horrible

Bought two bathing suites washed them before i packed them for my vacation wore the first one, in the pool my skin was all black and blue from the bathing suit. Had to go back to my room to scrub off with a wash cloth. Second the same thing. Been trying to get a refund and send back the garbage but can't get an answer from anyone if i could give them a minus i would. Don't buy

First of all the dress quality is worse, i ordered 5 Dress from here and none of those were of correct size moreover quality was so bad that i was unable to gift them to my sister so i decided to return the product and claim my refund but in the whole website there is no help line number to call and ask for my hard earned money back then after 7 days i searched in google and found a number 1/800/809/4150 fortunately i reached the right place and they helped me, they took 2 hours to processed the refund with some steps and ask me co-operate which i did and finally got my money back within 24 hours as they claimed.

Please improve your cloth quality

BEWARE of TUASANI! I thought that being a FB advert it would be legit. WRONG! I made the mistake of ordering a " Hawaiian " shirt from this company. A month later the shirt, advertised as "cotton broadcloth" arrived. It was a poorly crafted and made from cheap nylon fabric. Complaining is a run-around. They keep asking for pictures of the problem. English is obviously not the first language of business. AVOID this company.

Have learned so much from buying from Rotita (I think Rotita and another clothing shop Rosewe are one and the same), that before I order clothes from an online company, I must check their reviews first. I ordered a jumpsuit from Rotita after checking properly their sizing chart. The order came and when I opened it, I knew right there and then that the jumper was too big for my size. Didn´t need to try it on. I then went on their website to see how I could return the jumper. The jumper came from China but the return address is in the US and I must pay for the shipping. It states on their website too that we could keep the product and they´d refund 20% of the price which is not helpful at all and very, very annoying. So to those who are planning to buy from this online shop, DON`T. You´ll only get disappointment and probably anger issues.

I received my item but it was a weird fit and wanted to send it back but when I followed the instructions and tried to click on the return ticket it did not respond. So basically, there is no way to return an item. Now that I've read these other reviews my guess is they disabled the return button! Scam Scam Scam!

SCAM COMPANY!

Unfortunately, I ordered from this company twice. The first time my top was the size for a small child. I had absolutely zero luck getting a hold of anyone to return or complain. I threw the horrible item away and ate the cost. Forgetting about what happened, I ordered from them again. Item still hasn't shown up a month later. I called to cancel the order and what a joke that is. Paypal says they will try to reach them and if they don't hear anything, they will refund me. We shall see. My biggest concern is all of the horrible reviews and nothing is being done. Paypal or somebody should be checking into this company. It is from Hong Kong and no response to anything. If you read reviews they keep your money and get away with it. What gives? DON'T DEAL WITH THEM is all I can say.

All the tops look so cute as they flash by you and ads when you're online. The prices were good and they were my style so I ordered three. It took about a month to get here which was ridiculous. 1 fit and was okay the other two which were the same size and style did not fit. The material reminded me of a vinyl pool liner. They felt horrible when you put them on. So I tried to return the two I didn't want and that was a cumbersome and needlessly complex process. I finally got them sent off at my expense and received my money within a couple of weeks. I will never do business with them again.

I was excited about my purchase as the tops looked so adorable on line and all the reviews seemed really good (though I think they were fake.) I added the "express" shipping rate to my purchase and it still took a month to receive. And what I received, to be honest, was just shocking! To put the advertised item next to the actual item which was received in reality was... well... laughable! All I can say is that I wish I had checked this site prior to ordering. Please steer clear of this company! Oh, and I also want to say that in lieu of having to send it back to China while paying the shipping they let me settle on a refund which was about 25% of what I paid. And now I am also getting text messages from Paypal and my credit card company (within minutes of asking for refund) saying there has been suspicious activity...

ROTITA! - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! First it took forever to get the item I purchased. It did not fit and I wanted to return it. Rotita has a 30 day return policy. I met all the requirements and have proof that it was returned to them in less then 10 days. Yet they would not refund my money. Said I went past the 30 day return policy, After making several attempts to work with them, I offered to exchange for another item. Again no luck. Believe me nothing they sell is worth all this. WARNING... STAY AWAY!

Be very careful!

I had to exchange a dress because the arms were too short. The merchandise was received by Rotita, however because they took so long to process my return it surpassed the deadline. When I responded that the error was on them and not me, they refused to listen. They have refused all further communication from me. Sooooooo, I guess it's okay for them to keep my money and my dress. Terrible business practice, I guess that's why they are money makers and I'm not'! Lesson learned!
