DO NOT ORDER! I Ordered 2 items off here, waited 3 months and never recieved item. Found out item got damaged during shipping and unable to send, I contacted rotita about it and a return and refund. They ignored my messages and wont get back to me, wasted alot of my money.
Pay for gas and go to peeples or JCPennys, no shipping charges and you get your order! You pay hiding shipping charges and don't inner coupons, so please if you want order cheaper go shopping!
I ordered $59 worth of clothing from them... no confirmation, no promise ship date, but wow, did they ever jump on my PayPal funds! Forget about contacting "customer service"... they don't respond! I contacted PayPal for a refundthey were no help... they told me "that Lilligal stated the clothes had been delivered (1-1/2 months later). I told PP They were NOT delivered and was told to "check with your neighbors... maybe they have the package!" Never, never again! No refund, no clothes, NO MORE business from me! TOTAL SCAM!
They sent me the wrong size: the package said XL but the top was L. I had to pay for return shipping even though it was 100% their fault. Had to go through Paypal to get my money back and Liligal was uncooperative every step of the way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Do NOT purchase from this site or any other related to it. The products are clearly from a factory in China and EXTREMELY poorly made. Spent the money to return the items after being instructed to do so. ZERO response from these folks now, and they have my money. I will dispute the charges. AVOID THIS RETAILER LIKE THE PLAGUE!
It took almost 2 months to get my order. Once I did it was so upset. The blouses were very poorly made and one did not look anything like the shirt I ordered. They expected me to take pictures and describe what was wrong before refunding my money. We went back & forth for over a month. I settled for 1/2 my refund and was able keep the shirts. Last night I was searching for some clothing I no longer wear to give to a neighborhood woman. I pulled out one of the shirts... tags still on and noticed that the plastic bag it was shipped in stated "L". When I looked at the tag on the shirt it said "XS-S". To avoid a huge headache, avoid Rotita! They are the worst company I've ever dealt with.
Do not get involved with buying from this company. It is very hard to return merchandise. When I did return an order of 3 tops, the day after I received it, I was only credited 1/2 of my purchase price. And I had reordered 2 of the tops in a larger size that day too. I would never have done that if I had know I would only receive 1/2 back at that time.
Their designs look nice and different but the quality of the fabric is a ( -1). One of the tops I got felt like plastic and the sizes run small. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a shirt from them because the ads show such cute clothes and I wanted to see what quality I'd get. Needless to say, I won't be ordering more. The material is very thin and cheap. Poorly made too and the shirt does does not look like the picture that caught my eye.
They make you pay return shipping on defective items. I have never seen a company with this policy before. Their customer service is horrible. You can't speak directly to a person. Run Away!
I purchase 2 dress for my sister and when i received the item it was of very poor quality and size was also not fit, so i visit the website again to return my order but till 7 days there was no response from the seller side, so i searched a number in google and i got 1/800/809/4150 number to which i called and they helped me to get my money back as well as i was able to return the product

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a complete farse and scam! I ordered 10 items, some of which were for special events 2 weeks after my purchase. It took approximately 4-5 weeks to receive my items, had I realized this I would not have placed the order. No where had this company stated on it's website that all of their products from China- shipping directly from China. The quality is beyond poor. I tried a few of the items on and returned the entire order back. I then realized upon closer observation that the pictures on the online catalog have the clothing items photo shopped onto the models- the models are not actually wearing the clothing that they sell! I followed their instructions to return the items. I tracked my return with USPS and Rotita received my return package on June 12. There has been no communication from them regarding the status of my return. It is now July 8 and I have yet to receive my refund of $200. Oh how I completely regret not researching this company before I placed this order!
Ordered 5 shirts and 2 pair of capris. Looked really cute on the models in the ad. The quality is horrendous. Super cheap fabric, fit was awful! I don't know how they design and size their clothing, but nothing fit. And I could not return any of them as they all came in separate orders a month or two apart. And there is literally NO WAY to contact them. This can't be a real company. Please don't waste your money. If something is too good to be true (the prices seemed so reasonable) it usually is.

If you make the mistake of ordering from this inferior company they will NEVER STOP BUGGING you with ads and emails, even after you (try to) unsubscribe. The clothing was such poor quality I just donated it to the Salvation Army. I believe this company is horrible on purpose. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Buyer beware! The earrings were cute and all but the post came all bent to hell. Not even gonna try to straighten them. The earrings are still wearable, so not a total loss. Trying to see what I can do about the shirt. Despite using their sizing chart, the shirt is too small in the bust line. Shipping does take a while (shipped from China), however I did receive my package ahead of schedule. Not sure how an exchange is going to happen or if I am just going to get creative with some needle and thread. Just reviewed the return/exchange policy. You return items at your expense and postage is not refundable. I really wanted to like this site. Such a shame.
Ordered two shirts. One was to be a gift. The other was for me. The shirt to be a gift looked nothing like the picture. Stitching reminded me of 7th grade home ec sewing class. Very poor quality. Could not give this gift. The shirt for me was way too small. I ordered a large. I am 5 ft. 8 inches tall and 156 pounds - this was way too tight. I gave the shirt away.
On May 1st I ordered 3 shirts and delivery was estimated to take 6-10 days. On May 12th I received email from Rotita saying delivery would be delayed until June 4th. On June 8th the order still had not shipped and I requested a refund. Rotita replied that my order had been shipped and would arrive by June 4th as promised. (I guess they believe in time travel.) I contacted PayPal and requested their assistance in getting a refund. I received another email from Rotita saying that they would not process a refund because I had contacted PayPal. Happily for me, PayPal did get my refund for me. Rotita is a scam company advertising products that they do not have and cannot ship. Their customer service is horrible and they will lie to you. Save yourself a big headache and avoid this company.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
