Took forever to get here. Quality was beyond poor. When I returned the item -with original packaging, and using the label they provided, they initially were not going to issue a refund. First they said it was damaged (how?) or no longer in stock (how is that my problem?) or not what was ordered (again, original package). They finally, after about 2 weeks, gave me a partial refund. They said they would not give a full refund because I used their label and so charged me for the insurance. I just did what they told me. Had I known, I would have thrown it in an envelope and just sent it back. Then when I tried to leave comments on Facebook, they mysteriously disappear. All you see are glowing reviews. Would run fast from this place.

Their website says the shirt is a polyester/spandex blend which was correct on the very first shirt I purchased. After that, it was a crap shoot. I ordered 3 more and they are all poly/cotton blend thus non-stretch. This also makes the fit horrible, like it's made by a beginner's first sewing project. I'm sending mine back, took a pic of the online chat of them saying they'd refund me once they receive it. After reading the reviews here, I don't like my chances. I will never order from this site again.

Buyer beware - you will not receive full refund, even if it is their error or defective product.

Ordered bathing suit that arrived with manufacturing defect. Shoulder strap was attached backwards so it twisted over shoulder. Since it was stitched, could not correct. Return was processed but they would not refund shipping. I requested refund of shipping because they didn't send me product as advertised and defective. Would not refund. Poor customer service. Why should I pay for them to ship me unusable product? It was their error. Bathing suit would have been ok for the price had there not been this defect.

Update - Rotita posted to this review Aug 24 requesting additional info. I provided info on Aug 25. Response on Nov 7 "sorry insurance fee cant be refunded...".

Of course they can refund any fee they want. The true statement should be they WON"T refund insurance fee.

I ordered two bathing suits that looked great online. I paid EXTRA so they'd be shipped quickly. 19 days later, the suits finally came. Boy were they awful! They didn't fit, were completely different colors from what was shown, they had unhemmed edges, uneven seams, and the only clasp on one of them came broken! Sooo cheap and awful. I'm now trying to get my money back. You have to submit a ticket to "request" a return! I don't have a lot of hope of this going well. I've never written a review before, but really needed to write this one to warn others.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothes from this company. They make it impossible to get a hold of them, take way too long to deliver with no tracking, the sizes are way off, and returns are impossible. They will have you return the clothing without refund. The will do everything to take your money for their cheap clothing where the zippers don't even zip. Worst clothing I've EVER bought online. Make note it's from China and they don't care about their customers or the quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ROTITA!

I ordered 3 dresses & had to return them due to size issues. I returned the very next day I received them. I was told by the post office, that they will receive the parcel in 10 days. I was chasing them to see if they have received the parcel for nearly 6 weeks & After that they sent me message stating they can't refund me full & cant send the another size as the item was stained. I don't believe this, as I sent the items the very next day & Rotita has not been open and honest and didn't even bother informing me that they have received the parcel until I asked them!

To my surprise another message came through stating only 1/4 amount was refunded and that too was on the rotita account & not in my bank account. It seems they are there to extort the money from people.

Beware & don't order anything from this company.

I ordered two tops from the site and the quality was good. It unfortunately did not fit and I asked customer service for return. They have a policy that customer pay for return shipping. I was fine with that and packages the product and mailed. 10 day later no refund came.

So I chatted with customer service and they said that I need the tracking number for return shipping. I like a regular absent minded customer had lost the receipt which had the tracking number. I went to post office and the lady who helped me had left the job. So as Hail Mary I sent an email to the customer service and they were nice enough to process the return.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROTITA. I purchased several tops and none of them fit. Sizes are what the size chart states they are. Now I am unable to get any response from the company for returning the items for a refund. Horrible company! No customer service number to call and when I try to log in with my log in and passcode I am told it is incorrect. I have reset my password multiple times, yet I am unable to log in. Worst purchase I have every made!
