I ordered three items, all of which were terrible quality and far too small. I spent an extra £15 returning them to America, only to be told that they were stained' and no refund was possible! The items were only out of the bags for 30 seconds and definitely were not stained when they left me!. Looking at other reviews this seems to be their standard excuse to avoid refunding. Please do not bother giving this rubbish company your money.

What a mess! All items have to be returned -- too small, and very cheap material. Order was incorrect. Received 2 of the same item and none of one. Trying to return items has so far been impossible. There was no packing slip in orders received. There is no phone number to call. The online return procedure is so %$#@ed up that it is completely useless. Says my order number does not exist although it clearly shows the order number on my initial order. Says my email address does not exist -- although Rotita has sent me emails to my email address. Their "24/7" chat is non-existent -- absolutely NO chatting! I fear that I may end up getting screwed out of $250 bucks because there is NOOOOO customer service or usable online return procedures. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation. JUST DON"T!

Three weeks to receive

One of 2 items is not as portrayed. Return conditions very confusing, followed by terrible customer service via chat. No resolution and the customer service representative just logged off without a word.

Rceived a return label so I returned one of the two blouses as the blouse was not as portrayed.

Two weeks go by and I receive an email saying the item was stained or had been worn, yet I never tried the item on as I knew I would never wear it. In reading their return conditions Rotita made such a big deal about the condition of the returned item I felt this would be their response so they could justify denying a refund.

I rarely order on line but Rotita is a terrible on-line company. I only wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

I hope this review will help others avoid the ripoff.

I ordered a swimsuit and a blouse from this company. They said they had a return policy, let me describe it to you. First of all, the clothing arrived 2 weeks later because it's from China. The quality is extremely poor. The clothing actually wanted to tear it's so thin. The bottom of top the swimsuit has no elastic in the waist. So disgusted, I went to return them.
Here's the return policy, they want to charge $7.99 per item returned (never mentioned this) plus you get to pay the return shipping. But the scam comes in when the item you select to purchase pops up with a "flash sale" so you get to save (in my case) $2.46. Unknowingly, you have voided their "return policy" so they will not take back the swimsuit a $22 purchase. My order total was $48.04, I would receive back less than $15 dollars.

Fair warning

Had to pay shipping and submit a ticket for an exchange for a smaller size, for them to deny it and then state the item was returned stained! I never even wore the item! It was way too large, which was the whole reason of wanting to exchange it for a smaller size. Horrible service. I have requested pictures because there is no way that item was stained. It literally went right back in the box after I tried it on and I shipped it back.

I waited for weeks for the clothes to get here and then the first one arrived. It didn't fit my wife so we tried to send it back only to be told that it was soiled. She only tried it on and never wore it. How could it have been soiled? Then the next three items came and only one of them fit. We tried to send them back but was told the time to return them had exceeded their limit. We tried to send them back the same day they arrived. Never buy anything from these jerks.

I was quite happy to pay the price initially for their tops thinking they must be of good quality to ask the price, however once I received them I was very disappointed with the quality.

They certainly look very nice in the photos, however the quality of the fabrics is certainly not worthy of the price asked. Colour of the items in the photos are nothing like they really are. They say on their website that the price offered has already been discounted, however I doubt that is the case. If they halved the current price offered, it might be more attractive. Quality certainly not there for the price - very expensive, I won't be purchasing any more unless they drastically reduce the price..

I ordered several blouses 4/21/19. They arrived 4 weeks later in 2 separate shipments. Nothing fit nor looked as good as the pictures. I requested a return authorization online, received, and returned the items on 6/11/19 via USPS. Confirmed that they received the return and NEVER received a refund. 2 Months later I chatted online and the first time the customer representative just left me holding. The 2nd time the same person said that I was being transferred to Onu and ended the chat. I tried back and they were not available for 1 - 2 hours... I have since disputed with my bank and they have advised that I am protected. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They will only take your money.
