Spent $150.00, only one item looked good and I kept. I emailed them and went through the return label process to get refund for the other items. When they received the items they responded and told me one item was damaged and I could not get money back, which was untrue and I got no more responses from them. After I realized I paided through Paypal, I called them and they said they would file a claim and get my money back, and within 10 days I had my money back. THE ONLY WAY YOU'LL GET YOUR MONEY BACK IS IF YOU PAID THROUGH PAYPAL. PERIOD, unfortunately.

I ordered 3 tops and when they came, they were way to small. I only opened one package and did not even try it on as it was clear it would not fit. I returned with their label and was told that the package arrived damaged and I couldn't get a refund. I asked for pictures and was denied. I don't want another person to get ripped off the way I did, According to them only 1 item was damaged, but the entire 90.00 was kept. Steer clear of this place!

I purchased 3 tops from LiliGal and one of them shrunk the first time I washed it (according to the instructions!). I hadn't even worn it yet. I tried it on to make sure of a good fit and then washed it. I asked to exchange it for a bigger size to allow for shrinkage and the company refused, saying they couldn't accept worn/used clothing. After an excruciating long extended period of communication, they offered me a 50% refund. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered three tops. Received them within about 2 weeks so not bad.
All were ordered as same size.
One is too small. This is the one I really wanted and is okay quality too.
One has a hole in the shoulder where the stitching was missed.
One is fine, looks okay but basically poor quality.

From what I have read I will not take the time and hassle to return.
I'll wear the good one, and fix the stitching on the other.
Will probably give the smaller one away as it is actually a nice top.

I am so disappointed with Rotita. I ordered 6 tops - all a size larger than I am now. Not one single top fit! I was unable to try them on immediately as I was dealing with a cancer diagnosis literally days before my parcel arrived and I was in the hospital. Their 30 days are not my 30 days thats for sure. I took a screen shot of Canada Post Delivery on their tracking number which clearly showed I was just inside the 30 days. I got a form response from them dated the day after the day of our communications or lack thereof.

I purchased two inexpensive dresses totaling approximately $73. In the fine print of the purchase, they reserve the right to reduce your refund if they deem the clothing to be "used" when it is returned. Come to find out that just trying the dresses on makes them "used". As a result, my refund was reduced to $68 AND I had to pay $12 to ship them back. I returned them for the main reason that they did not fit, but also because the quality of the material was cheap and they were very poorly constructed. I feared the dresses would rip when worn.

Their refund policy is less than customer service friendly and the products are crappy. Buyer beware.
