I received the shirt in a timely manner from China. It is absolutely hideous! I really thought us was a costume. I emailed and got an address for a consignor in New Jersey to return it to. It was not a real address or zip code. I want a refund!
I ordered four items and they arrived in good time which is the only good thing I have to say.
The quality of the material used is a disgrace. The sizing does not correspond with the UK counterpart, which doesn't really matter as I wouldn't be seen dead in the items. Another worry is several other sites seem to be advertising exactly the same clothes. Huge Chinese factory turning out inferior goods on different site names to the West I'd say.

I bought an item but needed a different size. Got a "TICKET" to exchange and they offered a partial refund to not return the item. I bought the item in the next size and retuned the first unworn, tags still on in perfect condition. Upon receiving the return I was told it was damaged or stained and I would not receive full refund. It has been a month and still no refund. Because this company is based in China you cannot report them to BBB. HOWEVER you can place a review on the BBB WEBSITE. The item was only 35 $ but it is the principle of poor customer service that is the issue

My item should have been delivered in 6-8 days. I allowed 10 days. It has been 21 days now and no delivery. The wedding is in a week and if it does not come I will have nothing wear. I have tried to track it and does not tell me anything. No one has responded to my question. Never order again from Liligal
I purchased a top, the total cost being $46.84 through Liligal. What a disappointment. When it arrived it didn't even begin to look like the top they advertised.
I immediately sent them an email and sent photos of the top I received and the one they were advertising.
The one I received was totally shapeless and the top half of the back was black which matched the front and sleeves, while the bottom half was brown. (the order even says black).
It looks like they run out of fabric so the used something else.
At first they offered me a 20% refund if I returned it. This was followed up but changes of %.
However, having read heaps of reviews, I have informed them that I will not return it unless they refund me first. The cost of returning it will be expensive as they tell me I must get a tracking number and forward it to them.
Many reviews indicate that they never refunded the money, sometimes saying that they never received it after people say they sent it, others saying that it was damaged.
Adding the cost of returning it looks like it will be putting good money after bad.
It looks like I will just have to keep putting reviews up to warn others of what scammers they are and trying to prevent others from being ripped off.

Sent item back for refund, they received promised refund several times and not received. 4 months later still trying. Finally found phone number and called gave rma number and they found and said they would need my credit card number and remote access to my computer to give refund. This was after sending me a for thru email and when I filled out and sent back my bank calls and said I have a 500.00 from Walmart gift card on that card as I was still on phone with rep. I questioned him about it and he said it was normal and it would all work out in the end. My Norton then runs a check on suspicious activity at the same time and finds 4 Trojans that was installed as I was on phone with him. He told me he was going to call me back after talking with his finance supervisor but day and half later no return call. These guys are crooks don't buy anything from them the product was also inferior and you will not get refund. It was paid thru PayPal but they will not help since the company stalled with refund for 3 months and paypal won't help after 3 months.
I responded to Rotita that none of their reasons for not refunding my money were true and that I planned to report my experience in as many reviews as possible. They wrote back and gave me a refund without further explanation. I would still not do business with this company again--the quality of the item was poor, delivery very slow, and there are many other sites where one does not have to argue to obtain a simple refund.
I ordered a bathing suit. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I had already traveled, but tried the suit on anyway, figuring I would keep it if it was decent. It was cheaply made and really weird in the way it was cut-like it wasn't wasn't for a normal human woman. I had it on for a few seconds and put it back in the box immediately--it still had the crotch shield on it. I received this message from them:

NONE of the above is true and while I have written back to them, I have no confidence that I will ever see a refund.
This company is unbelievable. What I ordered they sent in a timely fashion. One of the items was defective. I returned it as they requested. At first they said they wouldn't take it back because it had been worn and was dirty. I just tried it on and immediately saw the problem with it and immediately called them.
It ended up being 3 months before I finally received the replacement. It took 75 emails back-and-forth for them to understand what it was I wanted. I ended up threatening to write a horrible review for them and that was when they finally decided they would send me a replacement. I kept asking them either send me replacement or refund my money and 3 months later out and 75 back-and-forth emails with people that couldn't understand my what I wrote, they finally sent it.
Never ever do any kind of business with this company it's not worth it.

I made a purchase (9-22) for my wife and daughter almost 5 weeks ago. I know they said it could take 2-3 weeks so I ordered far early (5 weeks in advance) to have the items for a Halloween party (in 2 days now).
So on the 10th I inquired about the items. I was told they will be here the 15th. I wait and nothing.
The 17th I'm told delivered already. I said no they weren't. Then they will be here in 4 days. When I questioned about you said delivered and now 4 days what's going on? They disconnected me.
Now on the 22nd they say delivered and I said it wasn't. They supply a tracking link in Chinese. Useless.
Then they say it was out of stock and I'll be reimbursed in a week or so. I told them it wasn't out of stock a month ago. After questioning them they disconnect me. Again.
I went to PayPal and filed a dispute. They respond that give it a few days please. I request a tracking # and they finally supply it and it hasn't left China yet. I demand my money back through PayPal because now I can't use the items. The party in 2 days. And I'm sick of their lies.
Their reply: I have checked your order. Your order is passing customs and then shipped to your country.It will take some time. After that, it will continue to be shipped. I have urged the express company to expedite shipment. Please be patient for a few days. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best Wishes!
They are refusing to refund me with this reply. Then when I finally get it they will say ship it back. Then they will make an excuse and only refund 1/2 back and after 2 months or so. I've just read the reviews which I should have prior.

They let me place an order and charged my PayPal account then canceled the order without telling me saying the item was not longer available, but kept my money. I never would have know had I not gone back to the site because they never communicated with me in any way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I have yet to get my refund or the blouse I ordered. I canceled the blouse and was told I would get my refund and guess what, weeks have gone by and I still haven't received my refund. And the quality of the cloths are a big hit and miss. BEWARE!
Do NOT order from this site! I spend $600 on an order and they scammed me! The first shipment had 17 items. I returned 15 items ALL IN THE SAME Box and they only refunded me for 7. I spoke to someone on their chatting serviceAnd told them they didn't refund 8 of the items that were in the box and they didn't respond. After a few minutes I asked if they were going to help me and the person flat out responded, "no". I took a picture to prove it. I was so shocked. I spoke with someone else on FB messenger and now they are ignoring my messages even though it shows that my messages have been seen. I ordered a few tops in size Medium. One came in size XXL. I returned it for the correct size but it has been almost a month now and still no replacement. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Extremely poor service and qualify. They are cheap but not worth it.

Wouldn't take Rotita items if they were giving them away. Took 2 months to receive, horrible fit and quality so I returned. Inaccurate information regarding sizing. Poor customer service. Took longer than quoted for delivery. Garment description wrong. Paypal did $#*! to assist. Ordered top tops of the same size - one just fits, the other does not fit at all. Total rip off for what I paid. Warned all my friends to stay away from them.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
