A nightmare
January 13, 2020

Called and obtained a return number and was told to advise them of the tracking number. When i gave them the tracking number they wanted the SKU#'S which I don't have as the package has been shipped. They should have advised me yesterday before i sent back the package. Would never order from them again.

The garments are made of cheap fabric and look nothing like the ones on the models. My bad, I should have realised that very few people have that shape - their pictures are obviously photo shopped. I am curvy and was excited to receive clothes made for curvier people. They are quite shapeless, and not nicely sewn. I ordered the clothes at the beginning of November 2019 and did not get my order until January 11th. I tried to chase the orders down and received very little help from customer service. The salt being rubbed in the wound is that returning this junk will actually COST me money, and too many reviews say that even after you have returned the clothes you never get a refund. This is because you cannot return them after 30 days, and it always takes longer than 30 days to get your order. I will NEVER buy from Rotita again.

Refunds and exchanges are almost impossible. Clothes are not really "true to your size" took a very long time to get my order.

The product we received (Christmas top) was very poor quality material (flimsy synthetic). The return process was very complicated and included a return address in USA which made the cost of return about the same as the price of the item. We unhappily accepted a small refund and put the item in the bin.

It took almost 5 weeks to receive my shirts. I reviewed the size chart carefully prior to ordering. Poor quality material. Then I tried to exchange 2 of the 4 shirts for a larger size. Their response time was extremely slow and they finally said I could not exchange them because it was more than 30 days past the day I ordered. Really?!?!

Their ads show some of the cutest clothes anywhere but what you get (if you ever get it) are very cheap copies. And trying to get your refund (again. IF you ever get it) takes even longer than their ridiculous shipping timeframe. In fairness, we did finally get our refund because we used Pay Pal. My items were returned because their idea of XL would fit the average first grader. Lots of other online ads from similar companies (all in China!) that are likely run by the same people. Avoid all of them.

I forgot that I had ordered from this company before. I had purchased a swim suit that was to small and instead of returning it they offered to refund half of my money back, which I accepted. I just got done purchasing 4 shirts which were to small and of poor quality (do not go by their size chart). After going back and forth about getting a refund and getting different answers from emails vs computer chats I contacted American Express and filed a dispute on the payment. Rotita refunded only $70 out of $90.63 as 1 of the items was on sale and non-refundable (which was never stated on purchasing the item). American Express ended up refunding the difference. I should have done more research before shopping as they are not part of the BBB, I will never order anything else from this company.

I ordered - for the first time- 3 holiday tops.The pictures looked great and I reviewed the size chart. The reviews were all positive. After receiving, the Large was too tight and the XL made me look like a 60 year old pregnant woman. I asked my DIL if she would like them and after feeling the material (still not sure what it is myself) she said no thanks the material has the "ick" factor. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone and was told only one of the 3 were returnable because the others were a sale item. I spent almost $80, on 3 tops got a $15.27 refund - It cost $10.50 to mail. So I just spent approx. $72.00 for nothing - Merry Christmas to me. Very disappointed.

Great customer service

I had put in a review here as i had received my dress. Stacey from Rotita customer services was straight on the ball, an apology was given and i was asked if i would like a refund or to re-order the dress. I re ordered the dress. Only to find that the original dress was found and i received it on Saturday. It was held up at customes from 30th of November. Thank you Stacey

I should have remembered... you get what you pay for. Thankfully only out $15. Bought shirt on sale. Sizes run insanely small! Material feels cheap. Will be surprised if it lasts more than 1-2 wears. Will not order from them again!

This company is not good. I will not ever use again. They have not communicated with me via email on my package arrival, it is late and still not delivered, they don't seem to be able to tell me where it is, and there chat people ended the conversation without fixing the problem. Now I have items ordered, not delivered for Christmas and I don't know where they are. I will not ever use this company again.

I was so excited to order two Christmas tops. Before ordering I checked to make sure of the size. Both tops ordered were the same size and were not even close to the same size. The quality of both tops was poor! I am so disappointed! They are both made out of heavy polyester fabric and look nothing like the picture. They look homemade. The material is thick and too hot! I wish I would have researched this company further before I purchased.

Cheap

Ordered 2 shirts. Used their charts to size but when delivered, they were way too big. After reading these reviews, I decided to not ship back since I already opened the package. These review said that the stuff they sent back were considered damaged and were not refunded the full purchase price. Not going to bother. Dont want a smaller size because the shirts are cheap looking... probably donating.

Careful buying from here!

Purchased five tops from this site. Got them in the mail, eventually. Took ONE out to check size. Tried it on, and immediately took it off. Time: less than 3 minutes. In spite of the fact that I had purchased the same size I use, the one I tried ran too small in the bust. Packaged it right back up, and sent it back. They told me the one I opened was considered damaged, and I couldn't get full credit for it. You can bet they will re-sell it, because it was NOT damaged or soiled, or anything. I was even careful to fold it just like I got it. This is a company, that, in my humble opinion, preys on online consumers.

Not quality clothing!

I ordered one shirt first, but was interested in many others. Glad i only did one. I will be returning it! For the cost it is so cheaply made and the design looks so much better in the pics then on the shirt when it came. Way over priced. I would not have even bought this shirt for a third of the cost.

If you do not provide your tracking number AND shipping company name THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. Yes you will pay to ship it back to CHINA! NOT CHEAP! The clothes are HORRIBLE so cheap, the tops I bought was like trying to wear a cotton sheet made to not move when you move your arms, NO GIVE, NO COMFORT, THIN, CHEAP. Also NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to talk to. I Wish I would had not wasted so much money, total loss, plus loss of $25.00 shipping on top of it. I have to put a dispute into pay-pal to try and get my money back -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------DO NOT BUY!----YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Exactly as expected

The clothing was of a standard equal to Ross, Walmart, etc. The photos were a bit exaggerated than the actual items, but for the price I felt the clothing equaled the quality received. It is important to review the detail description for fabric to know this when purchasing. If you didn't, as I saw some comments, that's on you. Delivery was a very long time, but in the end I received my clothing in 2 packages after 2 delays. I did not receive notice of delays, I had to go online and check which was fine with me. Items were professionally packaged and in excellent condition. The bathing suits were above the quality expected. I can not purchase at Ross or Walmart a better fabric and construction. Yes, we are limited in our shopping options on our island, so this was a great deal. Thank you Rotita.
