I've been waiting for a month for my packages. One package was cancel, no longer available and they gave me a store credit. I'm trying to get it charged back to my card. The other package is sitting in China for two weeks and they say they cannot cancel my order.

Quality is lacking

Not impressed. Yes the styles and colors on the website are great, but it's not so impressive upon arrival. I ordered 3 items: 2 blouses & a bathing suit. (1 blouse fit really snug--I am a full busted woman but not overly fat). I ordered 1 size larger. I was unable to access their website to contact them about the return but it was not working properly and I could not reach them. The price you pay for the quality of items you get is not worth it. I won't be ordering from Rotita again. I'd rather shop locally and know what I'm getting for my hard-earned money.

I order a shirt for St. Patricks day back on Jan. 27,2020, believe me they grab the money that same day.
The shirt has not even shipped as of today Feb. 25,2020. But if you contact their customer service "Losliya" indicates the shirt has already shipped and gave me some bogus tracking number. There is not such tracking number for USPS or UPS or FEDEX Etc.
When I asked for a refund, Losliya indicated the shirt had already shipped so they could not refund me my money
That was back on Feb. 19th.

Be careful about buying from this company. I returned three item, the rest I couldn't as they were on clearance. Though the pictures are pretty, the fabric is like that you would get in a cheap bathing suit. Stretchy shiny fabric. All three items were the same fabric. And to return items they give you a first class postage return label so from an 80 dollar cost, they returned 55 and I still have two items that went to the trash. Worst experience yet from buying online.

Deceptive returns

I returned 2 unworn items with tags fir store credit. I received a templates email response stating they had received my item and it was defective to "tell them what really happened". Considering I've purchased over 50 pieces of clothing and spent nearly $800 in the past 3 months on their site, I realize this must be standard business practice to not honor returns. With the fluctuation in their sizing and now deceptive return practices, I'm hesitant to purchase again. I'm sure I can find a similar site elsewhere. Below us what was the problem listed with my item:

Sorry, i just got informed that the returned clothes are not in good condition, some are used, damaged or stained. Did you wear it or wash it? If the message i received about the condition on the returned parcel were wrong, please tell me the real situation. And please do not worry, if the clothes are never wore, i surely will give you full refund.

Never again

I ordered over $400.00 (with a good coupon) from this company. They gave me a two week span on when my order would arrive. The last date for arrival was 3 days ago. I checked my order on their site and it has not been processed yet... still waiting... almost a month now. They have not responded to my 3 emails asking for status on my order... VERY CUTE THINGS BUT VERY, VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased bathing suits that came later than they had indicated. The bathing suits were of ok quality but the arm straps would not stay connected. That is the best part of dealing with this company! I returned the merchandise and they have received them and I have been trying to get a refund since Dec 2019! The live chat keeps telling me to wait. They will send a email of confirmation in 2 days then refund 5 days after that. I have never received an email or a credit. I have sent tickets, have done 2 lives chats with Suganya. No help at all. Please do not order you will never see your money again. My order was almost $200.00. I will continue to tell anyone I know not to order from this company. Please everyone beware.

If you buy something and it turns out not to fit or not as described, good luck getting your money back. All you will get is a runaround. Don't buy from them. Bad customer service.

6 weeks for delivery.

I placed an order 1 month before I needed it. Processing time was 1-3 days. 5 days later I contacted the company via chat. Was told it would be another 5 weeks minimum before receiving. 5 weeks to receive something that is in stock is ridiculous. It really is a shame because they have such unique items, I had high hopes.

Just a side note, when I cancelled and gave a thumbs down, the customer service person begged me to change it. This makes me think they are also a horrible place to work.

This company should not even be in business. Put in an order for 16 items. I received a email saying it may be shipped in separate orders. Okay. Got the first 7 days later 2 items. Next one 4 items. No email stating why the rest had not shown up. I put in a ticket for cust serv to contact me. They said within 1 business day I would get a response. 5 days later I contacted chat service. She said the rest of my order would come 15 days later! I said unacceptable! She then said 10 days later, I said unacceptable. She said my order would be delivered in 2 days. Never happened. 5 days later, I get another email that your order will be divided into separate orders. The clothes that I have received are of horrendous quality. Since you cannot get a magnified look at the items, you really cannot tell what material they are made of. I will probably need to return all of them. Save yourself some trouble and grief and stay away from this online store!

Ordered placed for over $300. I was charged immediately but only half of the order shipped. Poor quality. Followed their refund policy and sent via USPS with a tracking #. Received an email today saying they couldn't issue a refund because product was stained, old or used. TOTAL SCAM

I returned 2 tops in perfect condition and not worn. They refused to give me credit and said there was a stain on one of the tops. There was NO stain on any of the tops. They are liars and DO NOT order from this company.

A nightmare

Called and obtained a return number and was told to advise them of the tracking number. When i gave them the tracking number they wanted the SKU#'S which I don't have as the package has been shipped. They should have advised me yesterday before i sent back the package. Would never order from them again.

The garments are made of cheap fabric and look nothing like the ones on the models. My bad, I should have realised that very few people have that shape - their pictures are obviously photo shopped. I am curvy and was excited to receive clothes made for curvier people. They are quite shapeless, and not nicely sewn. I ordered the clothes at the beginning of November 2019 and did not get my order until January 11th. I tried to chase the orders down and received very little help from customer service. The salt being rubbed in the wound is that returning this junk will actually COST me money, and too many reviews say that even after you have returned the clothes you never get a refund. This is because you cannot return them after 30 days, and it always takes longer than 30 days to get your order. I will NEVER buy from Rotita again.

The product we received (Christmas top) was very poor quality material (flimsy synthetic). The return process was very complicated and included a return address in USA which made the cost of return about the same as the price of the item. We unhappily accepted a small refund and put the item in the bin.
