These people are unbelievable. Ordered, they sent me an email saying "congratulations! Your order has shipped" That was April 24th. After numerous emails, & phone calls, nothing, nada, zip. Only told we can not track the package until it arrives in this country. WT? Terrible Terrible service. Will return upon receipt.
I ordered 2 tops on April 17 - the same day they processed my payment and sent me a USPS tracking number that stated "Label created, not yet in system". I was to receive the tops between May 2 and May 9. As of today, May 14, I had not received my merchandise nor had I received any notification from them. When I checked the tracking number today, the message was unchanged - it was still not in the system. So it hasn't even shipped almost 4 weeks after my order was placed. I'll update this if I ever receive my tops or a refund.
Two days after I wrote this review my tops were delivered. I had ordered sizes based on the reviews I had seen before purchasing - which was to buy one size up - that was accurate. The tops are a disappointment to me since I don't like the material - personal preference. I do thank Rotita for sending them.

Send out Tracking Number that is not woth anything as all it is a label. Hasn't been picked up or delivered to USPS. Also got hit with a $1.80 International Charge? No clue what that was as there was no mention of it.
So what I order for my wife for a Mothers Day Gift/Birthday might be a Christmas Gift if it is ever shipped.
Won't oder again. Good thing is I used a Business bank account and if No legit Tracking info is available by May 11,2020 my bank will credit the charges back to me... Good to have a Good Banking relationship. DON'T ORDER A THING FROM THEM...

This company is the worst I've ever ordered from. They were quick to take my money but I have not received my item. I ordered it on 4/18/2020 and its 5/5/2020. The tracking # says label created but not yet in system. It's been saying that since I first got it. I created a ticket many times asking for the status and the replies are all computer generated and many words are misspelled and phrases do not make sense. I am reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
A bought a dress that was advertised as 95% polyester and 5% spandex. When it came, it was like cheap t-shirt material, made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton - no spandex and not smooth and shiny like polyester. I couldn't wear it. I wanted a full refund because they falsely advertised the material but they replied with "it's not our fault".
I placed 2 separate orders. The 1st was for bathing suits. Took almost a month to get the shipment. When it arrived I tried on the bathing suits. One strap immediately ripped from the garment. The second order was placed on Feb 2/20. Still don't have it yet. The last shipment update was on March 4/20 & nothing since. I have sent 2 emails (Mar 16/20 & Apr 3/20) asking where this shipment is & still no response! If it EVER gets here it better b good! I know some of delay is covid related but come on!? This is way to long & y no response!
I sent back very flimsy tops and never got credited for my returns, I will NEVER order from them again.

I purchased a top for a friend. When the top finally arrived it wasn't sized correctly, XXL was more like M/L. Also while it looks like the picture on the website, the material is very thin and looks to be a cheap copy of a better product. Since this was a new company to me I only ordered one item for $33. I requested a refund but highly doubt I will get it, but I am only out $40 with shipping, and I'm sure I will find someone (family/friends) who can wear it. I would advise to stay away from this and similar companies, go with known retailers and Amazon.
It's been over a month and I still have not received or even heard from this company! I would like money back!

The dress I purchased was of very poor quality, cheap material and badly put together. There was a rip in the lace on the shoulder which very visible. The company did refund the cost but DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE which was actually nearly 50% of the value of the garment as it has to be sent as a tracked item! They gave ignored my email concerning this.
I should have read the small print before buying.
The dresses look beautiful in the photos, but are cheap and nasty. You will be so very disappointed and lose money!

I placed a order a month ago with a delivery date March 6-11 and still have not received my package. You can't even track the package! The response I get is to be patient! Why should I have to be patient when this company is the one who missed their delivery time. They don't even know where my package is.
I ordered 2 dresses from Rotita for an event. It started out, I was suppose to receive it in 7 to 10 business days and 3 processing time. The date just kept extending so I tried to cancel the order b/c it was going to miss the event. Once I asked to cancel, it statedI had no internet connection. I tried to cancel for a couple of days but eventually gave up. I will never order from them AGAIN! I am still waiting on the dresses :(
I should have known the prices were to good to be true. The quality of the items when I finally received them was awful. But the delivery was even worse. I placed my order 7 weeks before my vacation for items I hoped to wear on my vacation. The first email confirmation said delivery by Feb 1st thru Feb 9th.The delivery date kept getting pushed back. My order was delivered when I was on vacation. It took over 2 months for the clothes to be delivered. I will never order from Rotita again.
Third time I ordered on 2/3/20 I contacted Rotita 2 weeks later was told product would ship & be recieved 2/20/20@ the latest. It is now 3/14/20 with NO delivery & no refund.
I ordered four shirts from this company. It took three weeks to arrive and the I could see right away that the clothing was junk. It looked like the design was spray painted on the the fabric was vwrybthink and I could tell that it was not of good quality. I did not even bother to try any of them on. I contacted the company about where to return the shirts. They emailed me back and then I had to pay $6.88 just to return them. The shirts cost $134.00 in the first plac. A month later they sent me an email stating that they could not issue me a refund because the merchandise was returned damaged. I did not even try them on so that definitely was not the case. Do not buy anything from this company, even if it is a great deal. It is all junk!
I placed an order on January 28,2020 for 2 bathing suits. I processed the payment through Paypal. I ordered these items for vacation beginning March 3,2020. The original delivery date was between 2/14-2/21,2020. The delivery date was changed to 2/22-29,2020. I tracked the shipping information on the USPS website on a daily basis. The shipping information never changed. The package seemed to be stalled in China, with absolutely no movement from 2/21/2020. I contacted Rotita several times, and they kept insisting the package was released. On March 3, I advised Paypal the order had not been received and they filed a dispute on my behalf. The day the dispute was filed, Rortita sent an email, advising the package had been shipped and according to the USPS website would be delivered on 3/7/2020. A day or so later I received an updated email from USPS advising the delivery date would be 3/9/2020. I understand the corona virus MAY have been an issue, but I can not tolerate the fact that Rotita continuously lied and said the package was released for delivery. It was received at my residence while I was on vacation, and out of the country. Next time I will be certain to shop locally. Rotita is off my shopping list.
The styles and the colors on the website does not reflect the actual merchandise. They do not fit at all. I would not purchase from this company again. I am unable to return the merchandise as there are no return labels Also it is very difficult to live chat with a representative. Better business would be contacted.

Answer: We have been providing free shipping and high quality products all over the world. Some customers may not like them, but they have right to return and get a refund. Meanwhile, there are many bad reviews not written by real customers, but fraud competitors. We really despise it.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
