Rotita is the worst company I have ever done business with Do not buy anything from this company they will take your money and you will never receive the product. If you are lucky enough to get any of your orders and wish to return them you will never receive a refund either. I will be processing a complaint with better business but I don't think that will stop this company from scamming people all they do is give you the run around and never answer your questions.
I've gotten two dresses and two tops from here and I am very happy with everything. The quality is very nice, everything fit perfect (their sizing charts are on point). Shipping was very fast (took about a week, both times I ordered) and customer service is very responsive. I'm very happy I came across this company and love how affordable everything is.
I ordered 2 items from this company and received a confirmation email of the order. 1 week later I receive an email stating 1 item not available and since I had not verified email address the order had been cancelled. I received no refund so I logged into my account, see my order and was given the option of ordering the available item. I did this and was told I had a credit for the other item that I could use or request a refund. I requested the refund and response was I had already used the credit when used the option to order the original item. Nothing is in process except the 1 item and the other is still unavailable so I asked for all orders to be cancelled and a full refund. We had many emails back and forth for 2 weeks, then all of a sudden 1 item has shipped and I am still asking for a refund of my unavailable item. I gave up on their customer service and sent a report to credit card company to sort out and received a refund within days from Chase. Yesterday I was asked to do a review of the product and service unbelievable! Will never order from them again and do not recommend at all.
I am very satisfied with my order, everything came on time and the styles are amazing! Love the patterns and the fit of the dresses I ordered! I would definitely purchase more in the future!

I ordered two tops. Was to arrive 4/25 to 5/3/20. When I kept contacting them was told was delayed. They kept sending me the tracking number which was fake. Finally told them to cancel my order. There repose was in shipment could not cancel. 1& 1/2 weeks later was told the shipment arrived in US WHAT! Finally received it 6/10/20. I did try one on. I notified them I wanted to return the items they asked if I had returned anything prior. No so they sent me a prepaid postage. Took 4 days after they received the return to refund my money.

The pictures on the screen looked great! Making the purchase on line seemed easy enough. And then it happened-no-it didn't happen. That's right, nothing happened, no on line response to the order, no follow up, no shipping information--that's right--nothing happened except that they quickly pocketed my money and PayPal was part of the equation.
I am very satisfied with the garments from Rotite fashion, good quality, very soft fabrics comfortable to wear, the materials are of very good quality and low price and fast delivery.
I ordered a shirt from their website two months ago. Still have received nothing but emails and a fake tracking number. They have no customer service representatives - only allow emails that say, "please be patient", and "it is being delivered". It does not take two months to deliver a shirt.

As soon as I get rid of the disturbing pop ups from one company, the exact same ads pop up with another company (NoraCora, Rotita, and other cutesie names. The one order I receive barely resembled the glamorous ad - cheap, poor quality. Now. I'm haunted by their pop up ads. Argh! They're awful - a revolving door of names to trick the customer.
I hope other people read my review because you should be warned that first, it took rotita over a month to get my order to me. Second, the quality each item I ordered isn't worth more than $0.10 an item. Rotita is by far the worst online business that people should stay away from.
At the beginning of April I ordered two swim suits. It was returned b/c of insufficient address. Today is May 29 I still have no credit or suits. I check with them and I keep getting the run around. Its also frustrating I never know who I am chatting with it always says Sowshi. I will never order from then again.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I place an order on 4/30 and there has been no update since 5/9. I have contacted them four times and always the same answer "we will encourage our shipping company to ship the product." Biggest line of crap I have ever heard.

I ordered something for my sister's birthday and it never arrived -- it's been a month and Rotita refuses to give me a refund. Saying I need to wait for the package, then refuse deliver so I can get my money back. How stupid is that? Rufuse a package that is obvisoulsy lost or stuck on some boat from China?

They assign a USPO tracking label, and never ship the item. It has been six weeks and I finally reported it as a fraud to my credit card company. They only communicate by email, and repeatedly say it is on the way.
Now that I read the return policy, they apparently can charge you for shipping on both directions, even though the shipping was free in the first place. I doubt I will ever see this item or get my money back.
Do not buy anything from these thieves!

Had the WORST experience trying to do a return with Rotita.com. I put in a ticket to return nearly two months ago, and constantly followed up via online chat and tickets for support as customs needed a lot of information I wouldn't have on the product. Rotita kept assuring me they would send a pre-paid return label, promised a manager would contact me within 12 hours, etc etc... and would never follow up.
The latest update I received was yesterday when they informed me that it's now TOO LATE to return the items, even though I've been working to try and return with them for nearly 2 months. When I expressed my frustration via chat with a representative, they seemed to have blocked my account from using the chat feature.
I have been waiting over 5 weeks & my order that hasn't even shipped yet. Go somewhere else. At least I only lost $30.00
I have ordered from these Online Chinese places before. You no I would learn. For one thing everything runs 3 sizes smaller than it says. I tried one more time. One item I ordered was way to small. I wanted to return it. It was shipped from San Francisco but if I return it I have to return it to China. That would cost far more than the garment. They offered me a 15% refund! I would rather give it to Goodwill. The clothing is not very good quality either.
Prices sound good but you don't get merchandise any where near promised date. I was told a blouse would arrive on 4 different dates and then given a tracking number that didn't exist. After another chat I was given a second tracking number which means it didn't ship the first time. NO UNITED STATES CITIZEN should now be purchasing from CHINA since their participation in giving us the Coronavirus. (my opinion).

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
