Placed my order 7 weeks ago and have contacted them multiple times and they wont cancel, resend, or refund my merchandise. They blame me for only paying for standard express shipping. I am unable to track order through their information. I wish I would have looked at the company's reviews before ordering. Buyer beware.

I still have not received my order. Paid a total of $68 for one swim suit to get faster shipping. It is now 8 days after the "no later than" date and still nothing! Contacted them with a promise of reply in 1 business day, now 5 days later nothing either! Scam
I had 3 separate orders, and none of them came with a packing slip. There is no return address on the bag it came in. I went on their website and even though I am a sophisticated computer user, I found their site very confusing, you have to make a ticket, and then that is all they tell you. Nothing came telling me how to make the return. No email or phone number you can call. Finally used help chat and the person sent me a return address label. The quality of the blouses were very poor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 2 bathing suits in April. Never received them. Rotita took my money and never heard from them again. This is a scam from Korea. Please don't do it. They will take your money too. Fraud! I let the BBB know and they said this was not the first call on Rotita. BEWARE, OVERSEAS SCAM.
Rotita repeatedly emailed a reply of order delay, then delivery. I received one of seven sweaters, and we I repeatedly emailed this company in China, they replied with a generic email and stated the delivery was made. I have never lost a delivery in my neighborhood, so this is bogus! I am out $157!
After waiting two months for my order I received it only to find none of the items I ordered! The three items they did send, which were totally different than what I ordered were also the wrong size. Never again!

They are deceptive, For instance, on returns, they'll take ur product then say they wont give u your money back bc of a stain, or damage (when there was none). Report to the Better Businss Bureau.
I purchased some swimsuits from them back in the beginning of June. I was anxiously awaiting their arrival as summer was finally starting to hit where I live. So, I followed up on the tracking information and to my surprise, it stated the my package was delivered by DHL the previous day. Well, I recieved no such package. It is not here. I contacted their online chat and, after many days of back and forth, they agreed to reship the order. And now, I'm still waiting. And waiting. I contacted the company again last week to find out what was going on and to my surprise, they were still preparing my order to be shipped again. So now, I wait. And assume I'm out the $150 I spent.
Returned my 1st order in one package using their return label. Policy states If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the free return & exchange for US within 45 days of receipt. The company deducted $19.22 from my credit. Cannot call anyone. Only online chat x3 with no results and 1 email with no response. Very unhappy with the company.
I ordered this patriotic swim outfit for my July 4th birthday celebration and it exceeded my expectations. It fits perfectly and was just what I wanted. It came in the mail within 7 days of ordering it and material was just right for my South Padre Island birthday event. I'm wearing a size Large in the photo and wear a size 12 in womens clothing. These clothes look nice in photos, but are actually terrible quality. I ordered several tops--some had badly mis-aligned buttons or mismatched fabrics. Others were too small, although all items were supposed to be the same size. Then it was a big hassle to return them--Rotita required photos of my items before they would give me the return address. The return postage was more than $20--a huge waste of my money and time for items that were completely unwearable.
This is the worst company ever. But they're the best scammers on planet earth. I placed an order three weeks before the 4th of July, and was promised that with the shipping I paid extra for, that my order would arrive in time. I constantly tracked my order, and DHL said that it was waiting on my items from the shipping partner. When I reached out to Rotita via live chat, I was told my item had shipped and that I was due to expect it on the 7th of July. I advised that my package had not yet shipped, per DHL, and asked that I be given a refund and to cancel my order. I was then told that my order shipped via FedEx, but that they were unable to provide a tracking number. I again asked for a refund, and was given a confirmation number for my refund just before the person on the other end, closed out the chat. I logged back in and asked for an email confirmation regarding my refund, only to go around in circles again. I later found out that the order never shipped with FedEx, lie number one. Then found out it still hadn't shipped with DHL, which I already knew. Lastly I found out that the confirmation number I was given for my refund was in fact bogus, and a refund was never issued. I will now be calling my bank to start a fraud claim, and will be doing everything in my power to ensure this company tanks. I wish I could give them a negative 5 star review.

I ordered my swimsuit over a month ago and have yet to receive it. Every time I try to track my order it says that tracking information is unavailable. I have asked to cancel my order, and they refuse because it's already shipped out but, yet there is no tracking information. They refused to refund me because of my order already being sent out, and they say I can return it as soon as I get it. Never again will I order from this company. Save your money and time.
Stay away don't buy a thing if it doesn't fit and you return it in original condition they'll tell you it's damaged and keep your money there's no phone number to contact them you can do live chats till you're blue in the face there's nothing but thieves stay away the quality isn't all that either
Do not order anything from Rotita. I paid $16.99 for 2 day shipping. Received email I would get Tues, Wed, now today. I reached out and was told I would not get until july 7. Well the reason I ordered was for 2 day shipping and needed items for vacation. I was told it is because of covid. If this is true you need to inform your customer it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get. I have emails that are proof I was suppose to receive items in 2 days. They will not refund the $16.99. Do not order anything from them... scammed by Rotita. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank. In addition, notifying BBB to see how many complaints they have already.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
